Simple, affordable, spacious. Great for people who like to be left alone.

This place was nothing we expected it to be : (Everything is old, nothing works, it was durty because they didn't clean absolutely anything before our arrival. The kitchen, the bathroom was durty, the sofa for the third person was broken. So the check-in went really long since we asked to clean our place after we saw it. Apart from the location (20-30 min walk to the main Cathedral) it was a pure disapointment for such a price!

Now a bit tired. Everything slightly broken and slightly dirty.

Location is really good, but rooms are below average. Bathroom is old and ugly, furniture in general is not really new, but all of that would be acceptable if the rooms were clean. When we checked in and entered the room, the floor was dirty — you could find big peaces of dirt, broken glass and rise on the floor (you wouldn’t have to look for it, it was all over the floor), while in the bathroom you could find a lot of hair on the floor and in the bathtub. For 5 days no one even tried to come and clean the room (like they knew I did it multiple times a day), regardless of me complaining at the reception about the mess I found in the room. The lights almost don’t exist. Wifi is really bad. Don’t waste money on the breakfast here, there are a lot of good caffees around where you can have whatever you want.

Are modern apartments that don't lack anything, as much as a microwave that does not have. Are very well situated to go downtown on foot, and mouth of metro, about 5 minutes. If you come by car, it is blue zone Monday to Friday, but they offer a parking for€ 25 a day. It is in a very quiet area and you Have Internet but cable not by Wi-Fi. For my a very good option for visotar Vienna.

Good location. Comfortable. But I was not ready the bathroom when you arrived and was not of the best. You have a dishwasher, but no detergent. There is a kitchen, but no pots. The TV was not working (to me that did not bother me) there was no tea towel for drying dishes. There is an interior courtyard, which could be very cosy but it was dirty. Easy access, good restaurants around, within walking distance of the Rathaus. Could be better.

Dirty and customary. Only every 3 days the towels are changed and cleaned. I have found another resident's paperback. Delicious.

Good location, good price, very spacious room with microwave and kettle that gives you many possibilities to eat in the room. The elevator did not work until the room and they did not speak Spanish.

Very good value for money in top location. Especially suitable for families with small children, because there is enough space in the rooms to move and play. The rooms are quite comfortable, but for this price range more than fine. Best infrastructure all around, both in terms of business, and the cultural offer.

Central, uncomplicated but a little need for renovation.

Very basic. The apartment was clean and big. Only the oven and the fridge was broken and teaspoons missing. The service was helpful and the location is perfect to discover Vienna. All in all a good deal for the price.

Clean place, nice and small in a nice location.

Rooms and facilities in good condition, but check in after reception hours required a long wait outside the locked door, on the street. Had to wait for a long time for someone to answet the intercom, then 15 mins more wait for someone to arrive with the keys. So as long as you plan to arrive on time, this is a good value for money.

Very good price to quality ratio. Car park is 10mins. Walking distance.

Great location, very clean and spacious room, only a small issue with the bathroom prevents a higher rating.

The hotel staff said parking was available during the 10 minutes break in front of the hotel. However we had to pay 36 euros for 12 minutes to drop the luggage and move it to the room. Our family members are 4 adults and 1 child. But there was only 10 liter large pot and big large pan in the kitchen. There was no washing machine and the sink was too high to use. There was only one toilet paper in the toilet.

Good quality to price. Free Wi-Fi. Excellent location, leaves you at walking distance from most sightseeing places in Vienna. Easy parking area on weekends. No breakfast, but can arrange something if you ask.

The location is very good and close to the city center. The rooms and furniture are quite old and could use a refresh. Overall it is quite OK.

It is a settlement which is close to the Centre well release does not have great luxuries is an apartment. And something loud especially by street noises.

Cosy appart-hotel from modern and a good size. Nice and friendly staff; only minus the House kitchen where I stayed: too small and not very functional.

Really nice hotel/apartments, at a fair rate. Subway nearby and close to the city's main sightseeing spots. There is no AC but I didn't need it, room temp was cool. Would stay again.

Very close to the Center, very well connected.

We booked 4 nights at the Laudon and had a very poor experience. The rooms where not well maintained, the service was not good at all, the extra bed we had requested and paid for didn't show up until the 3rd night and then upon checkout they refused to adjust the rate. I would not recommend this hotel for families, couples or business travelers. It would be fine for college students traveling on a low budget.

Nice, but small appartments next to city center. Public transport (metro/tramway) nearby.
