The hotel is almost opposite the state.

Got upgraded to a suite after disappointing breakfast service. The suite was awesome.

The hotel is good in the price segment — but not any more. Many small things disturb and are sometimes very easy to avoid or are very easily preventable. To fix … But then why don't you do that?

Room is nice size and clean, location good in the middle of town. Normal price for breakfast is too high with €30. But people are trying hard and are helpful.

Beatiful, spacious rooms, great service, I can only recommend it. The breakfast was excellent, wide selection of all types: warm or cold, sweet or salty, healthy and fitness food, huge selection of bread types, they had everything. The room was big, the bathroom very well equiped. Clean, tidy, excellent. The bed is more of the softer type, but this is very subjective, I personally prefer the hard ones. Great location, close to all sights, most in walking distance or easily accessible by public transport as well.

Very nice hotel, located near the opera. Friendly staff, cosy room, soundproof, with separated toilet. A little bit expensive especially when your plane is cancelled and they won't negociate the price of thé room.

Was there by the day of the open door and I liked it very much.

We were there for breakfast, so not a guest at hotel. The choice of food is great, quality also okay. The only point of criticism on my part was that it was quite hectic in the breakfast room, which is in turn normal in a hotel. The location itself is right in the centre, ideal for tourists. Right on the ring.

Due to many recommendations booked here for 6 days. Actually a nice hotel, but a lot of subtleties lie next to the track for this wanted level. Suite on the top floor with many defective switches and fixtures (shower tray at half past eight etc. ) — that's for sure. But for me the biggest problem, many half-hearted prudent employees. The cleaning lady takes towels, but does not put any new. A mini shower gel for 2 adults and 1 child will be replenished, if at all — what do you want? Glasses/cups are washed out in the bathroom instead of adding new. The room was very clean and the breakfast was very good and the food was good. Unfortunately, the small buffet was not redefined on a regular basis – too bad. Little choice, which then does not come to light. May one or the other be sure to evaluate as too critical, however I pay here for 5 nights about 2500 euros (only bed and breakfast! ). I like to spend money, but that must be worth it. My personal opinion.

Excellent place to stay in Vienna for tourism and business as well, friendly and supportive personnel, spacious and nicely decorated rooms, just opposite of the Vienna Opera.

Registered through booking. Asked for the high floor and city view. Got 3rd floor overlooking the courtyard-well. Shame.

Very well priced hotel in Wien and the suite is spacious. You should try the spa on 7th floor and enjoy the view while you are in the sauna. Food in the restaurant is also very good.

This a lovely, pristine, hotel in a great location in walking distance to shopping, museums and public transportation. Very nice personnel and service. Great morning breakfast.

A nice fine hotel with good location.
Only €9 to take a bottle of water is a little exaggerated.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… Wonderful Hotel! Staff did all to make our short stay of 3 nights delightful. It's super clean, big, you can reach absolutely every sight downtown within minutes. The opera e. G. Is across the street. There's also a city bike station right in front of the hotel for spots far away. The breakfast was delicious, especially, egg Benedict. For five stars a little limited, still enough to start in a healthy and good day. We got room no. 501, with was like in the x-ordinary room pics from their webpage.

The hotel is home to an excellent Haubelokal with the name at eight. Great creations, very nice service, relaxed atmosphere.

I STRONGLY implore that you NOT go to this hotel. I would give it a 2 rating only because I have never seen a 1. The hotel is flithy, the front desk personnel does not answer phones and the entire staff was rude. Their food tasted like it was delivered three days ago from the local 7-11. They even tried to charge me for an unwarranted additional room… especially avoid Peter Philippe and Clara Neuhauser.

I am so glad we decided to stay at The Ring during our time in Vienna. We had a King room and it was _huge_, immaculate and with a comfy bed — all of which proved to be incredibly handy because we had arrived in Vienna sick and ended up spending our first two days without really leaving the room. Not only did the staff take great care of us, the room service was great, the bathrooms clean, the hotel super quiet and yet with a window into the hustle and bustle of the street. When we were finally well enough to explore Vienna, we realized it's the location of this hotel that really makes it a winner — it's a couple of minutes walk to the Opera house, a minute to Karlsplatz and to the metro. There's a supermarket around the corner and a huge array of restaurants and a short stroll to Kärntner Strasse which is the famous Vienna shopping street.

Rooms excellent, in general everything OK, but absolutely indifferent reception staff surly and spoils everything.
