The breakfast is very good and the breakfast was very good. Very friendly staff and breakfast. There are many details: board games, bookstore, complimentary leberk. Se every day from 14 to 17h and even a small but charming own cinema, with pop horns!
it just lacks tea and coffee in the room to be perfect. Bed, pillow and room temperature excellent, plus they are spacious and modern.
Very good location.

The hotel is very central and yet very quiet : about 5 minutes to Sweden Square also the Opera Square and St. Stephen's Cathedral can be easily reached on foot and for everything else there is S and U Bahn.
The rooms are nicely spacious and practical.
The breakfast is delicious, partly prepared and freshly prepared to order. There is no huge buffet where a lot ends up in the garbage.
Staff is very friendly and always helpful.
We will be happy to come back on our next visit to Vienna.

Really lovely, original, modern, and very well located hotel. Our room is so spacious and originally with enormously large windows,
but the most important item is the staff! They are so friendly and professional. The breakfast is à la carte and so delicious.

Simply lovely — and perfectly situated.

Our family of four stayed here for 4 nights. Hotel takes me back in time like when I stayed in old New York apartments — the floors creak when walked on, the heaters are gas and mounted on the wall, and window trims have been painted over multiple times. In addition, you’re pretty much on your own after 10pm (no receptionist) and the public areas is almost like a shared living space with other “roommates”. What made the hotel for us was the breakfast and location. Free gourmet breakfast from 7-11am everyday. Hand crafted coffee and fresh eggs and crepe. It’s almost like a bed & breakfast instead of a proper hotel. Downside for us is internet is super slow and unusable. The spa area is basically a large shower room. The movie theater only plays one film at 5pm (classic The Third Man) so no one uses it — it would have been awesome if they have a dvd library on demand. Nevertheless a great experience and very well done to make us feel at home.

Central location. Room equipment very chic and at the same time well thought out. Incomparably great breakfast. Very friendly service. We are here for the fourth time and again thrilled.

Omg. What is all the fuss about? No reception or any staff in evenings. Not clear how to enter the hotel door. Need a code which was not provided in advance so hanging out in a corridor for 15 minutes. Communal areas very warm and no daylight. Plugs didn't work in room so can't charge phone and no staff to rely on. Spacious minimalist decor is ok. Not really a hotel but more of a bedsit arrangement. Don't understand The Telegraph giving this a 9/10!

One of my favorite boutique hotels. Great service and location. I loved the little touches like finding a Pep dispenser in my room when I checked in. Loved the popcorn machine in the hall and little theatre running old fiims along with the snacks and sparking wine that was put out in the afternoon. Great little courtyard to rest for a bit before heading back out. Very clean. Fantastic made to order breakfast.

Our final night here and just WOW. Fantastic design boutique hotel. We have stayed at lots across Europe… but this is special… a great find. Firstly the room is lovely and spacious with a great big roomy bath… and power shower with complinentry nice toiletries. But the breakfasts… a chef will cook for you… yummy … you can have a 4 course brekkie… but more… at 2pm they lay on beer, teas and meatloaf … and in the evening popcorn and Whisky … the lounge is full of beautiful quirky books… cannot recommend this place enough… and… the folk here are so welcoming… just great. Very central to all the sights in Vienna.

It was a great stay. The staff were extremely friendly and complemented with the hotel's original style it made us feelling visiting our good friends. Breakfasts were very special and lovely. Room was spacious, pleasant and clean. There are a lot of restourans and shops of all kinds around in several minutes of walking.

A home away from home, couldn’t think of a better way to describe this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and made you feel like they were your friends and wish to make your stay in Vienna more memorable. The room was pleasant and with the blackboard outside your room makes it even more personal, breakfast was super lovely, everything was made freshly so no your ordinary “hotel buffet breakfast”. The pillows were a bit too soft and doesn’t feel like they were for sleeping on, unfortunately we had to use the cushions to replace our pillows otherwise it was almost impossible to sleep on those. Overall it was a fantastic stay, the location is great to go anywhere in Vienna, would definitely return.

This place was great. Friendly staff who allowed us to check in early, great room, cooked to order breakfast included, snacks and beer in the late afternoon included. And a great location close to attractions and Metro, including a quick one seat ride to Wien Mitte (airport trains) or Wien Hbf (international trains. ) Cannot recommend any higher.

My husband and I had a really lovely weeks stay, room 12 was so spacious, comfy and quiet and I loved the big bath! The staff were incredibly friendly and the breakfasts were amazing, especially the crepes with sour cherry jam which the chef cooked each morning. Try the sausages with cowberry mustard too. The location of the hotel is close to everything, we were able to walk everywhere including walking along the river to the Ferris Wheel. Thank you all for making our stay in Vienna so memorable.

Great hotel very well located right in the city center in an old building. The hotel is really charming, very well decorate and the staff and really friendly and helpful. We had a great weekend at this hotel. The room was very beautiful, decorate with a lot of refinement and good taste. The breakfast was also excellent. We would definitely stay at this hotel which I highly recommend.

Very well located in Innere Stadt; great to visit Vienna historical Center by walk.
By the other way, this hotel is original, modern and design, you will find the lobby at the 2nd floor, rooms are designed and dressed with taste.
The morning, your breakfast is served " à la carte ".
the staff is very nice and always ready to help you to offer all the accomodations.
And to finish, according location and services, the rates are not expensive at all!

Small, fine and extremely friendly.

I have stayed here twice already and I can't wait to go back. The hotels' location is great, but can be hard to find if your not familiar with the area. It is only marked with a orange banner on the outside and can be mistaken for an apartment complex. I enjoyed the free Wi-Fi and iPad to borrow. The rooms are large and well designed. Excellent breakfast and very friendly staff. If you find yourself in Vienna, stay here. You won't regret it.

Ideal location in the center of Vienna, cool and unobstrusive design, nice large rooms, lovely lounge area, very friendly people — and GREATEST BREAKFAST EVER.

I have visited this hotel twice, both times in January for the Ball Season. It is really nice and the hotel director helped us personally when our luggage was delayed.

Seriously. I am not kidding when I say my experience at this hotel was simply fantastic. If you're in a rental car, it's not the easiest thing to park in that part of town, so I'd suggest a cab from airport or get the underground. Staff = brilliant. Rooms (at least the one we were in) = brilliant. Breakfast, all freshly cooked and what a choice = brilliant. If we ever go back, this is the place to stay. They really made this leg of our Europe trip welcoming, warm and memorable. Love this hotel and it's one of the most affordable hotels in town. They need to raise their rates.

The hotel had everything one would hope so, a perfect location, smart design. But unfortunately it has come in the year and the leaders seem not to notice that. The door rubber hanging off loosely. A shower be can only with the shower head, because the lever to the switch no longer works and the mixer on the washbasin, which is also pretty shaking. Too bad that it releases a very nice room in such a condition to the guests. (was with 180, 00 € the night also no bargain) I hope those reading this.

Very good position, near U, near pubs, big room, very quiet, web free, all beautifull.
