Amazing service, spa, & breakfast! Just wonderful!

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was superb! They were also very generous by keeping our luggage after checkout while we toured the city. Provided great directions for sites! Made our stay memorable!

The interior is good and the bed is comfortable. But Can see spider silk on the light and particle on the corner of bathroom.

Very comfortable, located 200 meters from the train station, very spacious room and bathroom, very good attention.

Not particularly a good hotel. More an OK hotel. The building itself is old and sound prove is bad. Breakfast is ok but don't expect too much. Its location is not prime take about 20 mins walk to the old town and exciting area. Without expectation then you will find this hotel ok.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Warm atmosphere with cosy furnishings. Great breakfast buffet, especially the scrambled eggs excellent. Pleasant music and room size. Rooms also cosy and clean (welcome with water fruit and Mozart praline). Overall, the way you want a hotel stay. Only parking €10 per night. Definitely recommended, location optimal. 5 min to the first sight. Everything in walking distance perfectly. We would love to come back.

This hotel is located in a nice place next to a mall … The resturants are close enough or max a 15min romantic walk to tbe lovers bridge … Hot water is not stable … staff are fantastic and helpfull. The decor is antique in a way but the hotel had smartly managed to ease your stay.

Cosy hotel with all basic amenities and is at a walking distance to old town where all the places to visit are. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Room size is okay not very great but on terms of cleanliness it was awesome.

2017 Europe 10th tour, the foreign people to win the monument preservation is really good, have the time opportunity really want to go again.

It's not quite a 4 star but rather a 3 star hotel restaurant very good good prices accessible good room cleanliness The hotel is a little older.

Good location about 5 minutes from the main train station by walking. Right next to Spar express (small supermarket attached to a shell gas station) which is convenient. Very courteous and helpful staff with apples and cookies at the front desk 24/7. Need to log in free Wi-Fi a few times a day but great speed.

Very comfortable Hotel City centre and centre of interest in 15mn on foot.

Tasteful hotel. Only 300 meters from HBH. To the old town 20 minutes walk. Restaurant in the hotel with good menu. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Good location close to transport links and 15 minute walk into the alt stadt, clean and comfortable rooms with ensuite facility's. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Will defiantly stay here again.

Close to the city centre, nice room, nice staff, quiet and private parking.

Stayed on the first floor, room lovely and spacious. Very quiet. Shower was big and really hot. Only criticism would be that the beds are quite hard and the pillows very soft. We asked for additional pillows which staff were more than happy to provide. Staff were really helpful with all of our questions. Would stay again.

Hotel a few steps from everything, very close to the station and the Old Town (15 min walk). Well run and well furnished, equipped with all the comforts. I did not try the breakfast, preferring to do it in the old town. From Italian, the only flaw is the bidet:p, otherwise everything OK.

Average Hotel, small rooms, breakfast is not included in the price and costs €15 per head seems a bit ' a surplus, parking is also paid at a cost of €10 per night, friendly staff, one of the guys at the reception speaks Italian and is very simpatic Or.

We had a nice stay here in room 101. Location: The hotel is located in a great area in walking distance to shops and restaurants. We frequented the mall across the street to buy groceries and get coffee. Bus stop is very close that will take you anywhere you want to go. Hotel room: The room was nice. However for two people with eight days worth of clothes we packed the wardrobe full. That can happen anywhere though. The room has a small refrigerator and kettle to make instant coffee and tea. The TV was a flat screen with a good picture and HDMI inputs. The bathroom shower/tub was great. Plenty of hot water and pressure and a nice deep tub. The mattresses are very firm and this is the only reason why I didn't rate the hotel higher. Seven nights on a very firm mattress still has my back aching. Hotel Sauna:. The sauna is nice. The Turkish bath looked a bit awkward to enter and exit but it was down for maintenance anyway. The steam room was nice and steamy but could have been a bit warmer. Please follow sauna etiquette and enjoy it. It is a fully nude sauna. Hotel Restaurant: This is a great option for dining. We enjoyed all of the meals we got there. They serve traditional German food as well as some non traditional items. Best of all they have beer for those of you can indulge. They do not have any gluten reduced or gluten free beers and nothing specifically states it is gluten free on the menu which was tough for me but I survived.

Good room with friendly staff. Bathroom was excellent. Bedroom was slightly dated, but it added to the charm of the hotel.

Wonderful stay in a 3 bed room. Nicely furnished, clean and accommodating. The restaurant was excellent. Conveniently located near a small mall with cafes and a BIPA/ Billa for those last minute needs. Parking lot was good, 10€ a night.

Clean & quite place. Near to the city centre. Free car parking. Cool staff & helpful.

Close to train station but remote to city center, room is very small and outdated. The lady behind the desk was very mean, treated me like a homeless. I will never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. This was only bad experience I had during my otherwise pleasant 18 day — 7 city Europe trip.

Near the train station, convenient location, although the decoration is older but clean and tidy, sound insulation. The waiter is patient, the disadvantage is no laundry room, walk to the nearby laundry room for about 10 minutes.

Clean and big room, everything is excellent, close to city central and train station.

For a short trip in Salzburg, the hotel is sufficient and recommended. Breakfast offers a wide selection, as well as lactose and gluten-free products. The staff at the reception and in the breakfast room is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean.

Great location. Especially if train travel is important. Staff very helpful and when I asked for anything they acted quickly. Great sized family room. Kettle with normal supplies and fridge. Negatives — mold in bathroom, air cond was not always working, squeaky beds, expensive breakfast (so went to supermarket and bought own supplies for 4 days for less than one persons breakfast cost for one day). I would stay here again.

I loved the friendliness of the staff, rooms in good condition and clean every morning.
Possibility of access included in the price to the wellness area with gym and saunas of various kinds.
I would not call it a 4 star, but I recommend it!

Only tested the restaurant, which was a pleasant surprise.

Lovely hotel. Nicely located for a nice stroll along the river into town yet close to the bus and railway station. Road was a little busy which the hotel is on but that didn't bother us. We had the only room with a balcony which we requested at time of booking (rm 120) really nice room and very helpful staff and would be happy to stay here again and would recommend.

Great hotel! Very charming and friendly staff. Easy walk to train and historical districts. Would have given 5 stars except for restaurant. Dinner was fabulous. Breakfast buffet was a little lacking and inside eating area hot! No AC. Rest of building was air conditioned and very comfortable. Otherwise would definitely recommend. Cute little cafés nearby to get breakfast at.

An excellent stay in Salzburg. Don't judge a book by its cover. You aren't in the U. S. Its a great hotel with great service! We rented their bikes for a day and it was in a perfect location to the rest of the city.

Proper location from/to train, bus station and nice service.

Very nice hotel and I love the apple tree in the garden.
