The room was filthy. The bed had food crumbs in it tiles had dirty footprints on them carpets weren’t vacuumed. The sheets had stains on them. Filthy room disgusting.

Very close to shops and restaurants.

Good music, nice company. Excellent meal.

Hotel on a fine location, clean rooms and beds and super friendly staff. Would definitely go there again!

Kitchen is Terrible ordered meal waited one and a half hrs nothing this is a norm for the restaurant coming here regularly… hotel excellent the restaurant let’s you down I will recommend NG council move all staff to other accommodation… if we can’t feed staff then we are letting them down telling them where to stay …

Reception staff very very helpful. With a query had regarding pick up for excursions. And all very friendly.

Wonderful staff, helpful in every way including advice where to go and good food recommendations.

Room clean, staff friendly. Accessible to main areas in town. Only overnighting, so ok.

What a absolute dump I wanted to go home after arriving at this dump of a hotel.

Travelled all day from Uluru. Arrived with a not so welcoming arrivial from staff. Arrived in reception with two staff serving one customer and had to wait over 10 minutes to be served. Not great customer service. Got a room at the last minute which was great however, too over priced for what was offered. A room next to the laundry and other guest's so loud next to the room. Room was very average for the charge. We booked for two nights but only stayed one. Had to get out of there. Would recommend the Hilton as that's where we ended up for a cheaper price and better quality.

Bed clean but bathroom is very dirty, it seems it hasn't been clean after the last guest. It even has a used hand soap. Not a 4 **** definetly. : (

The area is very central, service was lovely. I feel the rooms might need an update as it feels more like a motel these days.

Convenient but definitely NOT recommended! Management/Owners are obviously screwing costs to the minimum; it is not the fault of staff. Its the little things like no tissues, lack of replacement shower mat and a very ordinary, always running out breakfast place, where you have to pay extra for reasonable coffee and poached eggs which suggest those in control are minimising service to maximise returns. The service is terrible! This is a very, very ordinary outfit and the owners are clearly leaving it to staff to deal with… not recommended! Won't be coming back!

Didn't like the room. Felt really old, the room I was given was right beside the laundry. Washing machines and dryers aren't what you want to hear. Needs an upgrade, the only nice thing that I gave a star for was the entrance and reception… Beautiful artwork, bit staff are moody. I'd travelled all day and booked this hotel a few days in advance thinking it looked larger and nicer, a good place to wind down and relax after travel, than it did in reality. I asked 15 minutes after checking in if I could check out and the price… Had to stay eventually as they were going to charge me full day price. Asked very polite.

Nice hotel, with landscaped areas for barbecues, or meals in the courtyard.
We still perceive a sense of insecurity. Everything is secure.
Closed parking under the hotel, entrance into the hotel by the parking with separating door always locked, Aboriginals idle in the vicinity…

Clean room with very comfortable beds. Reception staff were polite and helpful. Location of the hotel was very good with easy access to mall and shopping centre.

Rooms are nice and cozy well furnished, only drawback is that you hear noise outside your room very easily, especially early morning when people are up and about.

Its a three star hotel. Good value for money for what you get.

Hotel is very central. Small and dark pool. Room without window, more chamber than hotel room! Very very sbgenutztes bathroom and shower tub, could have been exchanged vooor years ago. Furniture, walls all worn out or better said in the years come. Can't understand how to say that it offers all the comforts, nothing it offers. You don't want to stay in the room, because you feel cramped and where you are grabbing, MSN fears might just break down because soooo old. Needs a complete overhaul. The hotel ESC booked, still seems to have enough guests who don't mind! For 1 night just still okay. Do not recommend, try a 4 star hotel, maybe you have more luck!

Had private room, shared bath. Nice outside areas, great location. Clean, quiet with helpful and friendly staff. Amy is a star!

Unfortunately, just to get used to. Room dirty, view creepy. The worst hotel I've ever lived in. The only thing that is good in this hotel is the restaurant. Even the whole environment is really creepy.

Nice and clean hotel. Reception has organized us inexpensive collective taxi to the airport. Very good restaurant in the hotel. Very central location.

Good room. But I payed $19 for breakfast despite I asked a voucher for $14 (at the reception). Dinner was good.

Quiet, relaxing, very good reception, very well located.

Incredibly average, but conveniently located hotel. The room we were given had wet carpet with a heavy odour, however once we notified reception we were given a new room. Staff also seemed relatively inexperienced. Overall a comfortable stay, but will not be returning in the near future.

Location is excellent within 2 mins walking distance from the high street. Has a restaurant attached to the hotel that can offer room service if requested. Staff are very helpful and want to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

A nice hotel. Reasonably comfortable. Close to the centre of town. Best furnished area was reception. Rooms are abit jaded. Staff were very good and helpful. Lift slow. Could do with a disabled toilet on the ground floor. Not upstairs.

Good spacious room, well equipped, reasonable prices and very conveniently located in the centre of Alice Springs.

Average Hotel near the center of Alice Springs. It has private parking and there is the possibility to have a barbecue in the courtyard of the hotel. Still recommend going to eat in the great Aussie restaurant right next to the hotel.

Very good value for money — comfortable bed good ac design bathroom — relatively noisy to the neighbor's room but didn't bother Me. Great location in the city Center.

Very ordinary for a 4 star hotel, rooms dated and bathroom not so clean, toilet running constantly, let them know but nothing was done. No mini bar list to access prices etc. Dark haired girl on front desk could do with a lesson in professionalism.

The staff are freindly and helpful. With the Aurora Hotel on site with a smorgasbord breakfast, lunch and dinner. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Room was clean initially. Beds made well first day barely made the second. No face washers at all. Towels not replaced even though hand towel was obviously dirty. Bath towel small, wouldn't go oud my body and quite well usedNone of the complimentary coffee tea or milk was replaced for the duration of our 3 day stay. Single bad mattress slanted so that blanket fell off. Red Ochre grill downstairs was very satisfactory. Good location central CBD. Noisy room above the car parkroom located over.

Hotel located in the centre of Alice Spring, the rooms are suitable, the hotel has a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi and a breakfast Also.

Awesome location, great room and lovely service. All the staff were so happy to help. The Red Ochre Grill has amazing food — We ate there both nights and lunches — highly recommend for good food and service.

Welcoming reception and receptionist but the room we occupy is very nice. Unsealed towel hanger, elimé bed top, damaged baseboards. Not really the level of standing announced.
However the room is clean. The price of the room was very good.

Smelt like dogs pee in the room and the dark haired woman working should go back to giving massages.

Great location, close to town and next to Todd River. Rooms are quite basic but have all the essentials. Friendly staff. Wi-Fi doesn't reach my room so I have to go to a central location.

Great place to stay while visit Alice Spring. Good location, good staff.

Would not recommend this hotel it's old and dirty and needs upgrading. The bathrooms are terrible and rooms need a desperate make over.
Plenty of other hotels in Alice worth staying at.

Dilapidated hotels The bathrooms are good for a complete refreshment, full of limestone everywhere.

Stayed a week, day 2 my floor mat and a towel was taken from my bathroom and day 4 my other towel was taken and none was replaced, my bin was left for 3 days without been empty, there was a banging noise ever hour during the night, you needed to book a tablet at the restaurant and even with just a few people in there was told 30 min wait to be seated and was over a hour to get a meal after been serviced,

Room smelt like cigarette smoke! Room didn't have a bottle opener, rang reception sorry we don't have any. Loud trolley noises at 6am on a Saturday morning and lots of noise from the carpark directly outside our window.

Great location, rooms are OK for the price. They can look after bags for you while you are going walkabout.

It was nice. Will be back foe sure. That pool is hidin away just how I like it.

Hotel was overall nicely kept, the room was clean, and the air conditioning was very effective. The dinner restaurant was fabulous, surprisingly high-end. The main downsides are the bathroom could've used a deeper clean and the breakfast buffet was average at best.

Stayed here 7years ago. Great service, clean and in the heart of Alice.

If you have an ounce of integrity about you, you will never stay at this location. They are racist bigots that refuse to accommodate indigenous people. Absolutely disgusting.

This place was terrible there were rat droppings all through the room, my dinner was not cooked, the shower was not clean at all and there was traces of feces all over the toilet flusher. Gross. Never again.

The hotel is in a great location but the rooms are run down and dirty. My first room had a foul smell emanating from the drain. I asked to be moved and my second room was a little better but still dirty. Not the 4 star hotel that it claims to be.
