Our Room was very self contained Comfortable beds, spacious area & A very large bathroom All amenities were in the room Plus Massage, Pool & Spa @ the hotel Their Restaurant was large & the good was delicious 😋 Tara was very helpful @ the front desk Friendly & obliging Highly recommend.

My mum and I arrived today, the front desk guy who checked us in was Amazing, very helpful, the room is ok, clean and well presented. : However DO NOT RECOMMENDED, eating at the TALI Restaurant as I had fried rice for lunch and it gave me food poisoning the symptoms I had were vomiting, diarrhea, sweating, fatigue — all symptoms of food poisoning. : What a great way to start my holiday. — see symptoms below.

Friendly staff good service.

Reception staff are very friendly, room is well appointed and bathroom is tidy and clean. My only issue has been the open hostility from gym members who weren’t happy that we, as hotel guests, were using the pool lounges they wanted.

Lovely place, slightly dated, but seriously clean (see casino comments), staff attentive, relatively safe (casino really needs to try harder), reasonable prices, what more could you ask for?

It a fantastic place to stay and the staff are fabulous.

The new building (5) is fresh and functions, the older section is older… its still the best place to stay in Alice no matter what.

Check in staff were helpful with great service. Unfortunately, the room was nice but the bathroom was dirty with a lot of black hairs on the floor and clumps of black hair in the bin. The bathroom was an unpleasant design with open plan shower, having the water go everywhere. Reception staff did not care in the least when feedback was given. This is unfortunate, given that NT residents are trying to support local tourism.

Crowne Plaza Alice Springs Lasseters is a wonderful property. I stayed there the night of 8th February 2020. Well-located and close enough to both the airport, as well as to the main street/CBD of Alice Springs. The staff were fantastic. Terrific pool space. A number of restaurants/bars onsite. Breakfast was epic! There is also a $15 shuttle to the airport you can use. I will surely book again if I return to Alice Springs.

Checked in to Lasseters after first checking in to the Hilton and finding it extremely unpleasant. Crowne put us in an amazing room in block 5. Staff were incredible, room was perfect. Really saved our trip.

I'm a frequent guest at the hotel. Things have improved since the renovations finished. However, room service quality is not so good. Breakfast service was great.

Top in Alice Springs… kindness quality and price… fantastic location. With parking. Rooms large and with all glo accessories.

Rooms excellent but stay was marred by v/poor room service. Breakfast was over 40 min late and eventually had to be cancelled due to arrival of tour bus! They did supply a Breakfast pack but it contained cereal and milk which is a bit hard to consume on a bus! Had to make do with a muesli bar for 2 hours to first stop where we were able to get a very welcome bacon & egg sandwich! However our dinner in Tali restaurant was first class and highly recommended!

Poor check in disappointing on arrival that we like numerous other people were left waiting in excess of over 2hrs for our room when they were aware of our ETA. The upside the room deluxe king room is beautifully appointed and bathroom is too. Walk across to the pool. Room service a bit slow and being charged $5 on top of order you would expect the food to be hot? However hubby had a steak sandwich that was cooked perfect my Barra was cooked but cold our sides chips tasted old and cold. Sad for the price. If we weren't so tired from our flight and wait on arriving we would have gone to a restaurant or visited family for a meal.

Lovely large rooms. Comfortable and clean. Staff very quick to help and always smiling. The Casino is not as welcoming. Had a meal at Juicy Rump did great steaks, but the young man on the bar taking lunch time orders may need more training in customer service. No smiles, no product knowledge & no waitperson skills. Quite disappointing as the steaks were cooked to order and very tender.

Excellent service and amenities. Convenient shuttle into town (only 2k away of you want to walk). Multiple restaurant options within the same complex.

Absolutely discusting spending all that money renovating you could have put some money into the alice community health.

Really enjoyed the atmosphere at the Casino. Nice and warm inside on a rather cool day. Nicely laid out, well priced drinks $6.00 for a Schooner both beer and cider. Comfortable lounge to chill and take in the NRL. Happy to walk away with 60% profit after recouping full drinks cost. Bonza afternoon.

Quite nice rooms and friendly staff. The place is big so done rooms have a fairly lengthy walk. Parking is free but high speed Wi-Fi isn't.

Affordable, clean, staff were excellent.

Beautiful surroundings and fantastic hotel. Had a small problem with the room but the staff were fantastic and sorted it as quickly as they could.

A few minutes from the centre. Right next to the Casino where you can eat. Rooms comfortable. Pool area not croded.

Very expensive for nothing special. There are much better places to stay. Just 1 night was moe tahn enough.

Clean and modern hotel. Nice large rooms. Large and clean outside pool with poolbar. Was a bit surprised at dinner because when a table is prepared for four, a couple may not sit there. They have to sit on a table prepared for two. Table size was the same.

No stars what so ever, the security are absolutely disgusting. I tried to help a friend and they treated me like a suspect. Then proceeded to shove me and kick me out. I would never go here at night. The security staff are absolutely vulgar apart from one lady.

Nice accommodation. Good restaurant. Spend the extra money and get a Deluxe Room in Block 5.

I enjoyed my food at the juicy rump. Was a good sized portion and tasty — I ordered a parmy. I know the people I was dining with weren't to impressed with they're steaks, saying they were undercooked. But overall I enjoyed my experience.

Had a drink with a friend. The staff are friendly and it's a nice atmosphere. The was live music which was a nice solo piano playing and nice singing.

The rooms are very nice and the staff are very friendly. I recommend it.

Very large facility next to the casino and a golf course. Large pool area. Nice spacious rooms. Great breakfast buffet. Free Wi-Fi.

Rooms are beautiful and the gym and pool areas great. The restaurant areas are very disappointing, very grubby and tired looking. Doesn’t seem to have any dress code and the service is of very poor standard. The whole area needs a huge make over and a lot of money spent on them to clean them up and build up there standard. By all means stay there but don’t eat or socialise there.

Excellent service. Tali restaurant was lovely and our room was of a high standard. They are in the process of much needed renovation. It will be amazing when finished.

The King room was decent and clean. Spacious enough for a single traveller with a desk to setup your laptop and utilise the complimentary Wi-Fi.

A great huge 2 room appartment. Very clean, spacious, quiet. The whole resort looks fantastic. The staff at the front desk are all very helpful. Going down for a buffet breakfast now. A few of us are here for a wedding and we got a fantastic deal. Thank you.

Meals each night with a beer $17. And they are GOOD meals… large and the selection of sauces is incredible. Great outdoor area, and service is amazing. Don't miss it, those meals are a winner.

Great rooms and staff. Has only improved since being taken over by the Crown Group, hotel standard has increased significantly. Rooms are spacious, although the bathrooms in the new blocks are rather dark with all lights on. Room Service was wonderful, extensive menu available. Rooms have HDMI cord outlets for guests in the new block however the hotel has since disabled the use of these, not sure if this was done prior to crown taking over or after. However calling reception for assistance they will only inform you there are none, despite the fact that they are all present in Block 5 and visible to all guests. Guess they need to force people to purchase the expensive in house movies.

Amazing room, very clean and tidy, super audio system connected to the huge television, very comfortable and big bed. People there are very kind and caring.

Food is great but the service was extremely slow and messed up our order several times. I guess it's what you might expect in Alice Springs but hopefully they can improve this so I can return now often.

Went to the casino 3 years ago and came back, they have renovated it and it looks great. Bar service was good and while sitting at the black jack table the service was great as well.

Great hotel but beware of the Casino. He doesn't pay anything especially at night when he fills up with perpetually drunken Aborigines.

Had a great stay here — — beautiful facilities and the pool was very well appointed — — very clean and tidy — — will def. Stay here again.

Nice hôtel. Small Casino. The main fact is that here in Alice Springs there is no network but a Casino.

Steak was more rare than medium. Staff were young. Bottle of wine was warm. Bar manager was arrogant and rude.

Food very average. Atmosphere noisy and smells like a nightclub.

Lovely on a Sunday for Brunch on the deck!

Great deals on a tuesday. Service could do with being that little bit better!
