Fantastic central location with easy access to the beach, units are clean and tidy. The managers Tania and Darren are excellent hosts and very friendly and helpful. Will certainly be coming back.

Wonderful location and the hosts are just lovely. They couldnt do enough for you to have a relaxing stay. Very clean units with a great view and easy access to the beach. We will be back thats for sure.

You hear the ocean at night, a couple of steps to the sand … So close to the beach, every room has beach views short walk to Surfers Paradise ‍♀️ full kitchen and nice balconies with views … great new onsite Managers & excellent prices …

Please don't come here. Very extremely basic they don't give you anything not even one plastic bag to put rubbish. When you go to spa there is no button to push next or close to you. So you can enjoy. You literally need to walk up the stairs to get out walk up the stairs to press button again. I made mistake visiting this place once and iI will never do it again. Wayne & his family were a very warm welcoming surprise on the Gold Coast. Impeccably kept grounds, clean neat & tidy accomodation, a stone’s throw to the beach & walking distance to everything.

Spent 6 nights with 3 kids. Modern, very clean, and well maintained. Unlimited free Wi-Fi on multpile devices. Pool and spa were awesome. The beach was than 50m from the front door. Secure underground carpark. Would happily stay again!

Nice enviroment and nice people around.

Its a great place. I can here the ocean from my room. The manager wayne is very helpful even showed us were to rent a car. We get free Wi-Fi and I have felt welcome since I got here. The room is clean spacious and tidy I love it.

Hosts very welcoming and helpful. Apartment a bit small but comfortable. Well located and close to beaches and town centre. Good value and convenient.

Fantastic quiet location on the beach. A short walk to surfers. Great views of the ocean from our room. Cat and Wayne were very helpful. Cat even showed us around the apartment and room on our arrival. I will highly recommend to anyone. Cant wait to visit again another time. Reasonable price too. On our original booking I was given one of there best rooms and on arrival I still got to have this room. Recently renovated. Very impressed.

Nice apartments with ocean views.

The only good thing about this place is the location-2minutes stroll to the beach. Since we arrived on Wednesday the 8th Nov until today the 11th Nov — we were told by the Manager Wayne that the renovation above our room 6B will be completed on Thursday the 9th but it seems that the knocking and drilling is still ongoing. The continuously noises from above room ruined our holiday here in Gold Coast. When booking this serviced apartment, we weren't aware that you will have only… 1 bath towel each for the rest of your stay and you have to purchase a toilet roll when the one provided has run out. There will be an extra charges if you want your room clean. We will not coming back to stay at Emerald Sand apartment in the future. Wayne — thanks for your assistance in booking the Australian Outback Spectacular show and transportation for us. The show was amazing.

Beautiful location and views, comfortable bed and good pricing, turn on/off the water jet Spa is located too far away from the pool and probably needs a furniture upgrade.

Best location, little tired and old and need of a really good clean, however in room 7a (double Storey two bedroom unit with three balconies) the views are great, get a great breeze and everything works. The guy that runs the place could not be more helpful.

Yes great place for holidays.

Good and value for money. Less than 500 for two bedroom sea view room. Dishwasher with tablets and washing machine and drier available. Felt like we are at home. Two toilets is so good. Bit old fashion but good.

I have stayed here every year for the last 4 years love it great view lovely people close to eveything and cheap love it cant wait to go back at the end of this month for another great bday in surfers.

A great place to stay close to Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach, awesome beach and ocean views no roads to cross to beach. Very friendly managers.
