My husband & I have stayed here twice & would recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious, well equiped apartment. The ocean is directly across the road & the views from the ocean front rooms are amazing. The staff are extremely friendly & nothing is too much bother for them, any problem with the room & they are very quick to remedy it. The hotel is also very close to public transport & maybe a 10 minute walk to the heart of Broadbeach.

We had apartment 39 on the 13th floor and it was absolutely perfect for our business weekend away. Beautiful apartment with everything we needed and the best part was the view. Beach is a 30second walk across the road. Will definitely be back and recommend to family and friends 😁

We had a lovely Girls Getaway… the apartment had wonderful views from 3 balconies and was clean and tidy. A great location for the beach and a short walk to Broadbeach…

Stayed here for a little family staycation before covid hit and have decided that this is a great place to even bring some close friends down to enjoy.

We stayed at Boulevard North for 3 months whilst living and working on the Gold Coast. The apartments were brilliant with fantastic views all the way to Cooloongatta, and centrally located to all that you want. Best of all however were Chris, Marion and their team who could not do enough to make us welcome. Will definitely be staying again. Nick and Nardia.

Check in was easy and friendly welcome. It’s like a tiny house with everything in it. Very clean and looks newly renovated. Definitely stay again.

It was an absolutely wonderful stay. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The location was perfect. Wonderful views from our apartment. Very clean & fully self contained and the customer service was outstanding. We highly recommend it.

Absolutely a beautiful place to stay the view was amazing the staff were excellent would definitely recommend.

Very dated rooms and decor with trip hazards in the bathroom and kitchen — questionable if it’s even up to code. The furniture is as old as the building itself including a very lumpy bed that was described “as like a woman — they come in all shapes and sizes” by the concierge when highlighted. Might be nicer in the upper floors but won’t be back to try again — one stay in the early 1990s is enough.

The friendly warm welcome on attendance followed by a fresh clean apartment surrounded by beautiful ocean views by day and pretty coloured city lights by night.
Already planning our next holiday here in September :-)

Highly recommend. Gorgeous rooms. Everything provided. Only thing missing in our room was a TV in the bedroom and coffee cups and normal drinking glasses.

Just got back from a mother daughter getaway. We had a great room, was nice and refurbished. Great spot and walking distance to everything we needed. Even gave us a voucher for a great dinner at Sage restaurant, great food. Thanks so much, will be back.

I love this place, coming here quite few times. A bit worry now that it's going to be built another apartment block next to it and will close a magnificent views from it. Otherwise, I don't need something better.

Sue has been absolutely amazing! I highly recommend this hotel as the service my sisters and I have received has been extraordinary. Sue has been extremely helpful & accommodating!

Stayed at Boulevard North, 11th floor in Oct 2017. Boy, it was the most wonderful stay ever! 180 degree of unobstructed ocean view, as far as the eye can see! Broadbeach market was nearby. I feel it's the most perfect location to stay in Goldcoast, just a little distance from Surfers Paradise, located at a serene place, right at the ocean front. This was our best stay in all of Australia!

Good amenities, Wi-Fi was strong with no data cap, view was great. However, I dislike being given a small bar of soap to be used to clean my body and some of the things were broken e. G. Holes in the apartment, key to the balcony was bent, door does not slide smoothly.

Good budget accommodation. We paid for an upgraded room — I'd hate to see the non upgraded ones! Bed very uncomfortable, with the side of the mattress being torn and feeling and hearing every spring in it. Walls and skirtings very dirty Doors and windows jammed and very hard to open — we could hear neighboring rooms trying to open/close theirs too Staff helpful and friendly and attended to maintenance when requested. Nice gardens, pool and spa. Nice and quiet area within walking distance to shopping Centre and eateries Perfect location to the beach with amazing views.

Good but not great place to stay. Mantra properties are better as a rule.

Such a great place to stay. Whale watching from the balcony and a family run biz. They helped me with transport from Brisbane, tour advice and where to eat.

My oldest brother & his wife are the Managers of Boulevard North Holiday Apartments at Broadbeach on the Gold Coast. Quivering in my pants as I get on the phone to Zane Bary being my oldest brother & asking for a really, really big prize for my event, cringing he is going to say "are you kidding me Sue, I doubt it! " Instead he says… "Sue you are doing such a good thing for the community of course we will! Do you want a 1 or 2bdrm apartment? " Because I feel so bad for asking I just ask for the 1bdrm apartment. (Wish I said the 2bdrm apartment now). Then Zane says we'll also throw in a $60 dinner voucher for Sage Restaurant down the road! Not only that, Sarah (my sister n law) rang me a few days later & said to me… Sue what you are doing is such a worthy cause, I would be really honoured to give this 1st prize to the very deserving winner, so I have already purchased a ticket to be there on the night! Wow, I am so lucky to have such a loving, caring family who can see that this story really needs to be told to many! Thank you Boulevard North for being our Gold Sponsor.

So close to the beach and a great view. Place needs a bit of a do up but great facilities and walking distance from nice restaurants.

This place has totally amazing views… but… that's where it stops. Dirtiest place I have ever stayed. Everything and everywhere in the entire apartment was filthy! Nothing like the photos on their web sight. Seriously, this place needs a visit from the health department. NOT going to recommend 'Boulevard North Apartments' to anyone.

This apartment block is in the perfect position. Right on the beach front, with stunning views from the rooms. A tidy yard and facilities, including a warm heated pool, with a cosy spa beside the pool. The rooms are ample size, but always clean. We have stayed here several times, in part for it's cleanliness and well kept feeling, as well as the fact it is not close to any noisy bars or clubs. The road between the building and the beach is not a main thoroughfare. It's just a stroll across the road to the stunning Broadbeach, with patrolled surf live savers either to the left or right, (a couple of minutes walk along the sand) If you are looking for dining options, take a light walk towards broadbeach main shopping area, where there are countless restaurants, many offering Italian fare and seafood, with beautiful fairly lights for night dining.

Our unit was disgusting smelt, dirty I will be complaing to council health department.

Dirtiest place ever stayed, photos look nothing like it. Rudest/arrogant managers which have nothing to be arrogant about with such a terrible job. Worst place I have ever stayed. The Managers have been writing there own good comments as you can see from "Suzanne" trying upsell people obviously Ray and Margaret. Nice one guys best of luck putting a hotel down the drain.

Fantastic place to stay, for a short or longer break. My husband and I stay every year and are always blown away by the amazing views — definitely worth the extra for an Oceanfront unit. Managers Margaret and Ray are very friendly and helpful, we can't wait to go back.

We only stayed two nights but cant wait to come back again… room was clean & comfy bed great views. Be back very soon the manager could have been a little more friendly but didnt have to see him to often.
