Fabulous apartment. The beds are so comfortable, the bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas are so spacious. Great view. Totally recommend you have a stay asap.

We always book an accommodation to them and they even told us to go direct to their website.
When we booked an accommodation we sent a request regarding our room, weeks before check in. Sadly we never get an answer until the day we need to check in that our room is on 1st level. Badly we can’t cancel anymore but if we knew it earlier we probably did.
Not very happy at all and surely we probably not going back there anymore. Sadly they lost another good client. We stayed with them at least 3x a year.

We had 4 nights here 2 bedroom renovated 27th floor was one of the best places we have ever stayed at facilities magnificently maintained pool wished we didn't have to leave location great this was a 5 star place to stay at we will be back soon good.

At this time of global coronavirus pandemic I was so disappointed in you not offering a credit for our up coming stay. I realise when booking that no changes could be made and up front full payment required but surely you could offer your visitors something! Our prime minister has asked all Australians not to travel unnecessarily, we want to do this and hopefully stay healthy.

Perfect location for holidays and nice ocean view!

Good apartment within a short walk to annamazong bowls club some great shops and restaurants!

My husband and I enjoyed staying here. Only one thing, the lounge suite was grubby, so either clean it or replace it.

This Apartment/hotel is amazing. Pool is really good the surrounding are kept clean and fresh. Bbq area, tennis courts, 2 spas, sauna and a gym. Now lets talk about the room… OMG. I got a 1 premium bedroom apartment… I think its about 100m2. The room is one of the best I have stayed in a long time. The reception staff are very nice and helpful. We had ocean views even on the 7th floor. Deffinantely recommended at a good price! I will return one day!

My stay at Belle Maison was fantastic. The staff were very polite, friendly & helpful. The rooms are very clean & tidy — serviced twice a day & the bed was very comfortable. The restaurant & the meals were great. With the free bicycles on offer as a fantastic way to get around. I thank the staff for helping to make my time here a enjoyable experience. My daughters stayed there last weekend. I will elaborate and let you know that one of my daughters is 24. They had a 3 BR deluxe Suite and yes the accommodations were HUGE and spacious, and the views over the coast, gorgeous, but, that's where the positives end. The apartment screamed of early 1980's decor and it showed by the wear and tear that not much had been replaced since then or even maintained. Given the fact that this particular "choice" rents out for $380. Per night, it really is not worth the money. To top it off, they charge for "extras" like even an additional towel to hire was $3.00. They didn't even have the bog standard salt and pepper sachets in the what they called a "starter kit", which merely provided dodgy coffee and tea of pretty generic brand, which was clearly left there for the next punter (had also probably been there since the 1980's as no one would drink them). To top it off, they also demand a $300. Deposit which they take monies out of if you don't wash and put away plates etc. My daughters also left the place cleaner than it was when they arrived. In short, not a place I would recommend to anyone.

Great location, great views. Lovely & large 2 bedroom apartments. Our family keeps coming back to Belle Maison when we visit Gold Coast.

Stayed in 3 bedroom apartment. Was nice but very noisy. Could easily hear noises from other apartments, hate to hear what others heard from ours with 3 boys — cheaply made with poor insulation. First night 4am fire alarm evacuation, fire engines took 30min to arrive, and later permanent residents told me that they didn't leave the building as they happen too frequently! Also, when checking-out receptionist (short blonde/grey haired middle-aged lady) spoke very rudely to (Indian) cleaner. So while our stay was generally pleasant and surroundings were nice, in my opinion and experience there are plenty of other better places to stay on the Gold Coast. Happy Holidaying :-)

Belle Maison has always been a tidy and well kept location. Great for families. Maintains a no party rule for occupants. Nice pool and spa.

Brand new renovated apartment. Superb. The kitchen even has a wine fridge.

My favourite place to stay by far, beautiful pool area, gym and short stroll to Broadbeach, Pacific Fair and beach. Always want to go back before I leave. Carol.

Dated is being polite, my granny has more modern decor.

One week stay; just like being at home. Except for the mismatched crockery and blunt knives. This isn't much to complain about though. Overall this unit met our expectations of a 4 1/2 star unit.

We had a wonderful 3 day stay. The apartment was one of the best I have ever stayed in and I will definitely return with other members of my family and will recommend Belle Maison to my many interstate family and friends.
