This time Ibis let me down! I always used ibis on arrival because there is always one near the airport and it was always pleasant as an option when arriving late. This time this Brisbane also angered me because they only communicated after booking that there is no elevator or concierge after 10pm! I confused the dates and the girl made me repay the room after so much insisting that the hotel was full but lied; in the end she gave me a room with sheets and quilt stained with black! Very rude she also doubted that I had agreed to check in over 10pm; I had to show her the emails. We started from the thinking: "never again"

If you're not arriving within the hours of their airport shuttle, it's not worth staying here as it's not that close to the airport and taxis from there are way overpriced. There's also nothing to do and nowhere to go nearby. The rooms are very basic and small but clean and comfortable enough. The bathroom however is quite cramped and the water gets all over the floor as the shower is just a curtain in the corner. The steam also sets off the fire alarm if it's too hot. Overall, I found it expensive for what it was and probably could've found something else for better value.

Very, very disappointed. To say that it’s near the airport is a complete lie. The moody lady on reception was really difficult to deal with and at times very rude. Having said that, I would 100% recommend this hotel to a friend. Superb facilities, great staff and the receptionist was great BUT she was an absolute mug. It’s also not near any food places, which was annoying because we were hungry and wanted to eat food. Anyway, thanks big lad, see you again soon! x.

Ibis Budget is exactly what it needs to be. We usually stay at the Ibis up the road and alike. The difference is not in the quality, but what the qualities are. Services were convenient, staff were smiling and helpful and if something lacked, it wasn't enough for me to mention here! We enjoyed our stay, take it for what it is! Negative comments about coat hangers and 3, not 4 towels just goes to show that everything else was ok!

The beds were very comfortable. We had 3 towels for 4 people, no hand or face towels. The coffee mugs had coffee left in them, one had soup dried inside. The room was billed as a “Suoerior Family Room”. It was very small. So… we were not happy with anything except the beds.

A basic no frills room for staying when you have an early morning flight. Their airport shuttle service is great!

Close to Brisbane Airport and provide a shuttle service. In room tea and coffee, long life milk in fridge and TV. Very early morning noise with families leaving for flights but it's normal anyway. Ensuite bathroom a plus. Queen bed comfortable. Clean room.

Tha staff is very friendly. The room is cheap and basic, exactly what you need to just sleep over. It has the required amenities and is clean.

I’ve stayed in hostels better than this. The room we were in was so small that there was nowhere to put our luggage but on one of the two single beds. There was no phone, a noisy air conditioner that we couldn’t work out how to turn off and one coat hanger on a hook on the wall that was meant to be the wardrobe. The “barista” coffee was burnt and I just threw it away after a few sips.

Ok hotel, simple and Clean room. Great service for late arrivals. Shuttlebus bus to airport.

Great location, nice modern rooms and very good breakfast. Would stay again.

This is our favourite place to stay prior to flying out of Brisbane. Rooms are clean and have all you need. You can add Breaky for $1

Perfect spot to catch a night's sleep between flights. The breakfast is pretty decent as well.

Extremely small room-tricky with luggage & a family, no where to sit except everyone on the bed. Clean & tidy room & facilities. Hand & face towels would have been appreciated. The staff member who booked us in was unhelpful & not very friendly, wasn't impressed by her manner. Luckily we were only there one night.

It was small, couldn't open blinds or window. Papercup for coffee, no coffespoons. Had to get up to change TV channels and air-conditioning wasn't working.

Super friendly staff and convenient for the airport, perfectly fine rooms. Downsides only it's quite hard to get to by public transport and the twin room my friend and I shared didn't really have enough room to store two suitcases.

We stayed there for 1 night between flights. It looks a bit old but did the job for an airport hotel. Breakfast was nice as well.

Middle of nowhere. No lifts. For two people is cramped. Recommend spend a few more dollars and go elsewhere. Suited to an overnight stay for one if you miss your connecting flight or something.

Over priced underwhelming very budget property. The staff helped when we made an error with our booking but wouldnt win the friendly staff award. The pillows are thinner than Kate Moss. Stayed in lower rated properties in Bali that are better. Room wasnt cleaned properly.

Kettle, fridge and TV with tea and coffee — thats all you get. No cooking items whatsoever. No view. Cheap and nasty but minutes away from the airport. At $328 for 2 night with 2 adults and 3 kids, its a pretty good deal.

Cheap no views noisy but very close to Brisbane airport only minutes away that the only reason we stayed thrre.

Small room, but extremely clean. Staff were good, parking was plentiful. Much better than staying at the "other" hotel at the airport.

For a budget motel our stay was pleasant. The room was clean, however the single bed was not made. The front counter staff was lovely and very helpful.

Very close to airport. Ideal just for a night. Staff is friendly. The rooms and toilets are very tiny. The fridge had a very bad stench.

Excellent hotel for a one or two night stay. It was clean and the staff was friendly. The rooms are compact but we'll laid out and the seem quite spacious even though they are relatively small. The only thing to note is that there is no shampoo or wash clothes which would have been annoying but we had extra from the last hotel. Another thing against it is that the price for the family-sized room is a little more expensive than what I would have paid for this style room. Overall, I would recommend this for anyone looking for nice accomodations near the airport.

Poor room quality and disgustingly hot inside the hotel. Aircon is old and battles the brisbane heat. Often not cleaned properly. Only positive is the staff are nice.

Simple hotel, microwave, and shuttle to Brisbane Airport for $15.

This hotel is very basic and in an industrial area but is very near Brisbane Airport. The room was comfortable even though it was fairly small, and the bed was good. This hotel is ideal if you just want a reasonably cheap hotel to spend a night whilst in transit.

Clean and helpful. It is basic accommmodation but as economical as can be found that close to the Brisbane airport. Budget travellers should be aware that the cost of shuttle transport is extra. I found Uber a few cents cheaper than the hotel shuttle.

Overall for the price, the Ibis Budget Brisbane Airport wasn't too bad. Included breakfast and well stocked vending machines were nice touches. We found the location a little difficult to find and didn't see much signage to help. Plus the sink and shower taps needed a little maintenance as they were loose and difficult to use. Other than those main issues, it's not a bad little spot just to spend a night close to the airport.

ZERO STAR — Absolutely discusting.

Reception was lovely and helpful with everything we needed, you do only get the basics in the room but it's clean and enough if you don't want to pay any more, good stay.

Shoe box room with a bed covered in ants! Disgusting and not worth a cent of what I paid. Over priced and yet they call it 'budget accommodation'. Back packers would be better! Not even a bed made ready to sleep in… just a rolled up sheet and blanket to do it yourself. Furious and won't refund once you've paid! Looking forward to going home. Thanks Ibis for putting a dampener to the end of our holiday.

Comfy room; Staff are amazing. :).

Just the standard Ibis budget quality. Can't expect much of it. But clean, mattress is comfortable and staff very professional. They also have a shuttle every 30 min to airport for 15 bucks.

So pleae take my advice. First thing I came here. A custmer was already angry to a staff. Tv doesnt work smells stinks. U pay budget. U get budget time. That simple.

Excellent value for an airport hotel. Room was small but clean with tea and coffee facilities and a fridge. Staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent value airport shuttle : $15 for up to 4 people every half an hour. Would recommend for a quick stop. Will use this hotel again when on an overnight.

We left our hard drive in the room, have called multiple times. We were told they'd already checked someone else into the room at 10am in the morning, then have been promised a return call which hasn't come twice a day since. Decent room but staff clearly lied about new people in the room (how could anyone be checked in when we weren't even supposed to have left yet? ) Just terrible service and lazy staff.

I stayed at the IBIS Budget near the Brisbane Airport for one night. I paid $114 and booked the room through Wotif. The fee for one night is steep but the hotel's proximity to the airport may be responsible. I rented a double room with an en-suite. Both the en-suite and room were clean. However, the decor (linoleum floor, whitewash walls, plastic stool and bench bolted to the wall) was reminiscent of a hospital room or prison cell. Reception closes at 10:00pm (I arrived after 11pm) but a convenient self-serve kiosk near the entrance to the hotel provided me with a door key/card. One plus! There are no tea or coffee facilities in the room — the bench is too small to accomodate a kettle, cups, etc. Anyway. A continental breakfast (cereal, toast, spreads, coffee and tea) is available for $9.00 — the dining area is near the entrance. Close to the airport but for $114 per night a $9.00 breakfast should be included in the price.

Not Good! Do yourself a favour and stay in a clean hotel.

The rooms are small but clean — I booked for 2 adults and a child. The child's bed is a bunk bed built over the main double bed. There is a sign on the bunk bed that says "not Suitable for Children under 9 years old" My child is 3 years old. There was no mention of the 9 yo thing when I booked so we all slept in the same bed. No to comfortable. Also the room was upstairs with no lift. Not good if you have luggage. Its OK for the single traveler but I'll be thinking twice before I stay there with the family again.

Clean. Wifi is slow but free.
