Friendly staff! Exceptional service!

My family has been staying here for the past 12 days while my husband and son have been in hospital having a kidney transplant. Marcus Jackie and staff have been absolutely amazing. Nothing has been a problem for them they have shown such kindness and empathy towards our situation and have gone above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible during this difficult time from upgrading and changing rooms while bringing in a second fridge to accommodate all the food we had to keep cold as we were in isolation due to the kidney transplant. Would highly recommend this hotel and commend all the staff for their professionalism, courtesy and understanding to all of our family’s needs and requirements during our lengthy stay!

Had the most pleasant stay, beautifully furnished rooms and extremely helpful staff. Thank you all so much for making my stay worthwhile. I hope to return again. Stay safe.

I stayed at Silkari Suites Chatswood the night before and the night off my wedding. They were so accommodating — the suites were large and very modern and clean, there was plenty of natural lighting for photos and the staff were so friendly — I even got late check outs for all 3 of my rooms! I would stay here again in a heartbeat for sure.

There are no negatives, the best serviced apartments in Sydney. On the doorstep of the Chatswood shopping district, easy access to all areas, moments to train. But it is the staff who make Silkari amazing, they are so kind, helpful, friendly and genuine in every way. Love you Silkari.

We would thoroughly recommend Silkari and would stay there again in a heartbeat. We ordered 2 x balcony suites and not only were they next door to each other, they were ready for us at 8am after our cruise. Room was perfect and very clean. Service was friendly and there restaurant mama mulan was fantastic. Highly recommended.

The room we booked had very nice beds and the kitchen was pretty extensive where we could cook dinner. The common area of the room was spacious and was very nice to be in.

Excellent property to stay at. Would recommend to anyone at anytime. Hospitality — too good Courteous staff, very clean, fully functional kitchenette, two malls just a stone's throw away… nestled in the shopping market area pf chatswood with all amenities just within reach.

Close to shops and a vast array of food shops. Easy access by car. Fantastic modern serviced apartments. Property was clean and spacious, had kitchen and laundry. What more could you ask for? Recommended!

Rooms were beautiful and staff very friendly. Right on the middle of Chatswood — across the road from Chatswood Chase shopping centre and around the corner from the vibrant restaurant night life. Free coffee and muffins of a morning was a nice touch. Will definitely stay again!

The place was immaculate and the staff very friendly and helpful. My sisters and I needed to visit our dad in hospital and Silkari was so close to the station. No request was too difficult for the staff. I would definitely come back here again.

Disappointing. Classic case of over promise under deliver! I am currently staying, In “the executive studio” on level 1 it is the noisest room I have stayed in, with street noise late in the night and starts early in the morning! It could definitely do with a good clean, there were marks all over the mirror doors, and food waste in the dish washer yuk! Surprised that David Jones put there brand anywhere near this! Wish I didn’t have to stay all week!

Good location. Parking easy to get to. Room was nice and tidy. Would be nice if main room curtains had blackout curtains as well. Room with sliding door let's in light so needed to use a portable blackout blind to darken it.

Very nice, great place to stay if you are travelling for business. Close to eating and shopping as well as most apartments having a well appointed kitchen. The closest supermarket is the small Woolworths in Chatswood, but there is more than enough there to get dinner ingredients. Make sure you take advantage of the free coffee and muffin in the foyer in the mornings.

After reading the reviews of Silkari Suites my expectations were high, but unfortunately it didn’t live up to them. I travel every month to Sydney for work and this was my first time staying out of the city. Don’t get me wrong, this is a nice place, the rooms are spacious and well equipped. But the little things matter more when you’re expecting to be staying in a nice place. We stayed in a 2 bedroom executive room for 5 nights. It was myself, my wife and two daughters. Pros: Big room Well equipped kitchen Good location Good price Cons: Stained furniture — you can see from the pics I uploaded. This put us off sitting in the living room. Not clean — their idea of cleaning was changing towels and making the bed. Carpet was not vacuumed once in the 5 days and nothing was wiped down. When we arrived there was used soap and shampoo in the bathroom. No iron board — I was here for work and required one. When I told the receptionist that there was none, he didn’t believe me. He then told me there was none in stock. I eventually got one.

Great experience. Staff friendly and rooms very clean and presentable. Close to shops and a vast array of food shops. Very close to three major shopping centres all covering off all major retailers. A short walk to the train station which gives you access to the world. Highly recommended.

2 days into my 5 night stay. Nothing but rude and arrognant staff. This place doesn't deserve even one star. Had staff barge into the hotel room twice in 2 days, with no warning or anything, and not even a apology. At time of booking nothing was mentioned about parking, come time to check in they want to charge me $25 a night for a carpark. Absolutely rubbish. People seriously before you book here make sure there is no other accommodation available in Sydney. I was told of a balcony outside my room. Two people can't even sit there and make conversation.

Not worth to spend money. Stayed 2 months. Cold people with zero customer courtsey. Front office has no clue how to handle customer except a few.

Stayed in this hotel for a week for business. The rooms are nice and clean. The decor is modern contemporary. Staff is excellent and unobtrusive. Its location in Chatswood is perfect, as it's conveniently close to shops, food and entertainment. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for accommodation in the Chatswood area.

Excellent rooms and staff were polite. One Thing that was frustrating was the smoke alarm on the ceiling at the end Of the bed flashed a very bright light. If only it was a metre one way itd be fine! Had to take it over. Otherwise the rooms are brand new, keep the noise out and cleaned spotless every day.

This place is like heaven, place is clean and room cleaning services dose well cleaning also out the balcony is a stunning view great place to stay at on vacation. My only concern is the dodge slow and unresponsive A/C touchscreen control, otherwise great place to get muffins (They give out free muffins to guest from Monday to Friday)

I have been working in Sydney for years and these apartments are the nicest apartments I have stayed in by a long way. They are ultra clean, ultra modern and at a competitive price with other apartments, hotels in Sydney. The apartments are also 5 minutes walk to Chatswood Station and right in the hub of the town. Will definitely be staying here from now on.

Excellent furnishings, complete amenities included in the apartment such as a washing machine, dishwasher and even an ironing board. The entertainment is impressive, with a wide range of on-demand movies all available for free aside from the digital TV channels. I likes the bluetooth clock by the bedside, which can function as a wireless speaker for your phone. The daily housekeeping maintenance is also a great value-added service, which includes changing the bedsheets and replacing all the used towels. You definitely get what you paid for, especially considering its location in Chatswood that's less than 15 minutes away from the train station and a stone's throw away from a dizzying array of restaurants and two major shopping malls, Westfield and Chatswood Chase.

Stayed at this amazing hotel for two nights in a two bedroom balcony suite, the room was beautiful, with a lounge area kitchen, even a washing machine and dryer, it is in such a great position close to wonderful restaurants and cafes, Westfield shopping centre on one side, Chatswood chase on the other, train station just a quick walk up the road. 2o minutes to Sydney by train. From the moment we walked in till the time we checked out the staff were fantastic, helpfully but more importantly friendly and cheerful. Love this place will be back very soon congratulations to the management on a superbly run establishment.

The hotel rooms are really good but smells in the room is too bad. Air conditioning not working properly in bed room. Hotel supervisor did her best to resolve issue but no luck. Due to hotel fully booked no room change provided. I hope hotel maintenance team do the regular cleaning and checks. I might recommend but surely request to check all stuff in the room before booking.

Great staff, fantastic room (2bed) very clean. No complaints.

Just be very clear, this is not a hotel. It's a set of rented apartments with no additional service. No food facilities at all, no laundry, no assistance with luggage, no gym or pool, and my wake up call was a quarter of an hour late which is not acceptable for business travellers. The standard of accommodation is basic by UK standards. Fyi I stayed here 4th June — 8th June.

I recently stayed the weekend in a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 of my granddaughters. We loved the central location… cleanliness. Friendly staff… the soap (was amazing) and so close to the train and the city The girls really liked that there were muffins at reception in the morning… only 1 small feedback we had to ask for milk on the second morning as it wasn't replaced when room was serviced… Overall a very good experience and I have already recommended it to family.

Great well thought out rooms. Full kitchen if you want to prep a meal. Feels like a hundred restaurants close by so why bother. Have only been in one bed apartment so can not comment if there is family options. If you need taxi ask at counter. Train close by if you want that option. Rooms need black out curtains. Not good if you like dark rooms to sleep in.

No gym facility. Good staff. But rooms are very small and stuffy. The kitchen space is so small that cooking is not comfortable.

The rooms are way nicer than I was expecting, and staff are helpful. I haven't spent a huge amount of time here but I have enjoyed it comfortably. I would recommend.

Excellent new apartment accommodation. Rooms are well thought out in their layout and very modern. No restaurant or room service which I guess is to be expected from this style of hotel but not my preference. Lots of local places to eat nearby makes this ok.

Check-in clerk lacked training and difficult to understand her spken English. Room nice and well located for Chatswood but bathroom fan noisy as jet engine and cannot be switched off is bad. Small narrow shelf above hand basin is a challenge. No breakfast facilities and none seemed available for 6:30 in surrounding area — big negative. Otherwise an reasonably good hotel.

Service attitude difference! The hotel has eco-friendly design, the balcony door is not shut on at least two days without air conditioning, the first three days notify the front Desk, the Manager to the room view argues that there is no problem, we asked to the other room compare Air Conditioning size, said the room is already full cannot be arranged, we have a one year old child, the child never could sleep well, the hallway temperature than the room the difference between 10 degrees of more, but also ask why not early call to check, the attitude of the poor never before seen, and finally to the glue repair of the balcony door, the deterioration review it!
