Beautiful building with best views.

Great location. However, we did leave feedback as the laundry had a bad odour.

Great location and peaceful too, nice bathrooms and comfy bedding and for the warmer months a nice balcony to chill on, with a view. Visited the pool and spa and will take advantage of this next time. Breakfast is a bit like a packed lunch but as I did, I bought food in-house and took advantage of the kitchen to cook and eat. Close to Chatswood train and bus stations.

The service apartment is a home away from home… The suites have lots of space 1 hall, a bedroom, kitchen, laundry and toilet. There is a huge football field close by, for running in the mornings. The gym is small and only has a few treadmills. The pool is small but nice. The management and hotel workers do not disturb unnecessarily.

BE AWARE: Their online booking doesn't cancel your bookings. I made a booking with this hotel for one night on the 31st August. I had to cancel this and did so on the 29th July outside of the cancellation period and got a confirmation on the screen saying cancellation has gone through and no charges will be taken, but I didn't get an email from them. I didn't really think much of it because I just trusted their system works. Then today they took the money from my account for booking. After speaking with someone there (who by the way called me LADY — look lady etc which is pretty 1980's behavior') the bottom line from them is that if THEY don't send an email then it doesn't matter if I cancelled online — I have to pay. I even have the search history on my internet explorer to prove the date and time I did it. They don't care. So be aware that they don't honor their own cancellation regulations.

Lovely hotel, beautiful 2 bed apartment. Comfy bed, friendly staff and an overall great hotel. Would stay here again.

Very good 1 and 2 bedroom suits. Daily rooms service along with other facilities like small gym with 2 machines and cycling and swimming pool located on 7th floor. Location is prime 2min walk from chatswood train station. Woolworths, 7/11 is located at 2min walk from hotel. Westfield mall which has almost everything from clothing, food, games, etc. Person can spend whole day exploring it.

Great location, very convenient. Rooms are spacious and well presented. Staff are accomodating and friendly.

Well-maintained and appointed apartments reasonably priced for what they offer. Some other locations can offer a more modern styling but this place serves its purpose fine.

Had a 2 night stay in 3 bedroom apartment, thoroughly impressed from start to finish! Service was wonderful, apartment and rooms were spacious and well appointed. Underground parking on site. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Walking distance to train station with only a short train ride into the city. Lots of shops close by. Will definitely stay again and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a Sydney apartment for holidays!

Nice place and location. However the fridge was not working. Excellent facilities like spa and swimming pool.

Two bedroom apartment is soacious but decor is dated. Reception could only provide two keys despite there being three adults. The train noise from adjacent Chatswood Station is loud and disturbing.

Attended a company meeting at the Sebel. The room was I'll suited for such ya purpose as numerous pillars blocked the view of the speakers. Their was also no place to eat food during the lunch break.

Great friendly staff. Always greeted with a smile. Always helped. Nice clean rooms with all the facilities I needed. So handy to all the amenities. Across the road from Westfield. Awesome shopping here. Plus so many choices of food within walking distance. Stayed here for 10 nights. Highly recommended. Thanks to all the staff.

My car was vandalized by the hotel duty manager who said he did it according to the building manager's order. We are very concerned about the invasion to our privacy and safety.

Great friendly staff, the great hotel, have a great room with a nice view, clean and comfy beds. Have a  huge pool and the breakfast buffet was awesome. Staff is always helpful, they are willing to help you and guide you to the hotel especially if you are in the first stay. Definitely worth it and prices are reasonable.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. They have comfortable beds, clean room, very nicely decorated. The breakfast buffet is a great way to start the day. Staff is very friendly and lovely if you need something they come quickly. Altogether a great experience and I will always come back here.

A very poor experience all round. Not only were the reception staff rude on arrival but the room was in poor condition too. I would not recommend this to anyone wanting a more than average accomodation option.

Booked accommodation for 4 with 2kids told them when I booked 3 days prior that I needed 2 single beds only to find when I got there this wasn't done
Then 20mins into my arrival that we had houses keeping invading my privacy wanting to make the beds up
Which should have already been done
Then went to pool if find that the heated pool that was advertised on there site wasn't heated as it had broken down a few days before
Surly is could have been fix straight away as that was one of the main reasons I booked this place

Fabulous staff, friendly and functional. The rooms were great, nice and big with premium channels and comfortable beds. Ask for a harbour view and you can see the Sydney Harbour Bridge. I recommend rooms 1908 or 1902.

Far from happy! Checked in and couldn't get into the room. Had to wait to get a key because the card reader was faulty. Got the card reader fixed at 3pm for it to then not work again at 11:30pm. Had to call to get someone to let me in my room every time I left it. The room smelt like a men's urinal and the shower head falls off and slams you in the head while you shower. Not sure if the vile smell in the room is the carpets as they had stains all over them. Tv stopped working in the bedroom after 10 minutes of watching it and never turned back on. Had to pay an extra $25 on top of the $330 for one night to park my car in the hotel car park. Not sure why you charge people the $25 to park in your very overpriced dump of a hotel…

Stayed in this hotel on a couple of occasions now for business. This is a bit better than the other usual place I go to. I stayed at their one-bedroom apartment and also on their two-bedroom apartment on a high floor. In both cases, the rooms are very clean, neat and tidy, and smelled neutral. The room had a balcony that overlooked the local footy park. The balcony is big enough to have breakfast on, if that's your thing. Hotel amenities include Wi-Fi (extra charge), pool, spa and a small gym. This part of the Accor Group, so use your membership if you have one.

Certainly not a 5 star hotel. Upon arriving was told to wait in reception for 5 minutes till someone could assist me. 20 minutes later the guy on reception dissapeared and I was still left waiting. Sun loungers at the pool were stained and torn. Stayed here as a one night getaway from the kids and was looking forward to my first night sleep in 4 years. Realised early evening that you can hear the trains leaving and departing, as you are in view of the Chatswood train station. Not ideal for light sleepers. Enquired at reception regarding getting earplugs but was told all chemists were closed (6:30pm) and there were no other rooms available. Staff were totally uninterested and didn't care or even try to assist further. There was also an eager pianist practising scales in the next door room (there are residents as well as guests). Fridge was warm and didn't chill food. Not what you'd expect for the money you pay. Don't visit if you're looking for peace and quiet.

Perfect for us. Clean neat well accommodated two bedroom room… Close to shops and public transport just what we needed … thank you definitely be back.

Very clean, easy access to public transport and shopping. Staff nice but advertised 2 king beds in 2 bedroom apartment that only has 1 king in main bedroom and the other room for children or sim is a double bed! So no splitting the king into 2 singles so teenage daughters had to share. For the price I would of liked the truth. And as for our views which it states all rooms have views from the ocean across the city skyline to the blue mountains? Nope sorry we got ugly buildings and a paddock in the horizon. Very close to trains and weekends very noisy with people traffic and shouting. Would I stay again? No sorry.

Rude customer service. The only hotel that I want use F words for the comment. Give them a call 2 days before to book a room, it was confirmed on the phone. Then the team called me 6AM! at morning ON THE CHECKIN DAY. Soon as I called back no one has any idea wahts going on and says that my booking is not on the system, all my frends are coming from overseas and now there is no hotel avalible at chatswood, all my people are tired and got no where to go. Many thanks to this F hotel and will never recomanded to any one.

It's not easy to find a staff who smiles at Sebel Chatswood, especially a guy called Joshua in AM shift. Staffs are unreliable and not very coordinated. They must be under reduced working conditions since they seem to be unhappy at work. Location is very convenient.

Great central location. Easy to find. Close to shos and amenities.

Fabulous room with great views and very spacious. Boys loved staying there, they didn't want to leave. Room was very comfortable for a family of 4. Definitely would stay there again.

I go to hang up our clothes to find 4 coat hangers for a one week stay! When I ask for more I get crappy dry cleaning hangers. Evidently it is the new standard as people stole the timber ones. Lift your game Sebel!

We will be back for sure. Very clean and comfortable. Very polite and helpful staff. Amenities and facilies around the Sebel were fantastic. Can not complain about anything. Thank uou Sebel Chatswood for making our family holiday an enjoyable one.

Comfortable and well appointed rooms. Service left a bit to be desired. Very limited menu. Given crust in breakfast order of raisin toast. Told by staff there were lots of restaurants to choose from but not what I needed after a long days work.

Very nice apartment hotel in busy Chatswood. Friendly staff, efficient. Rooms/apartments were good, clean and well appointed. Very close to everything, Westfield is practically next door and so is the train.

Hotel is well located — opposite Westfield with a Coles and other shops. Many places to eat as well. Train station is also nearby. Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. Room was large — separate bedroom and lounge. Laundry as well as kitchen. Even a small balcony with a couple of chairs. Bathroom had separate bath and shower. Overall very good, although perhaps a little frayed at the edges.

It was a great spot, very clean and lots of facilities, Will come back.

Stayed in a three bedroom penthouse with the family. Great location, room was spacious and fully featured (three bathrooms and a huge kitchen). Parking was allocated and straightforward. Overall a good stay that didn't disappoint.

Nice place sorry about the age! Our apartment was a spacious two bedroom unit with separate bathrooms. It also included a very large outdoor patio area. The hotel was smack bang in the center of activities, night life and cafe restaurants. Our first impression showed that the accommodation was not satisfactorily cleaned to high hotel standards. The room furniture was worn, tired and dated. Most surfaces felt dusty even the mirrors in the bathrooms were badly in need of a good clean. The room smelt musty as if it hadn't been used for months. Even the air conditioning pumped smelly air into the rooms. So much so, that even though it was a hot day, we switched it off in preference to warm open air from the windows. At this point I must say that the staff were excellent in their service both on check in and check out. The car parking was a bit of a 'mish mash' but I guess you put up with this if your sharing space with permanent residences. At least they could allocate a certain space for hotel guests instead of driving around trying to find the green sigh that says 'hotel guests' intermingled with other signs. Overall not bad, but the room could use an upgrade.

This is the first time I had to do a detailed vedio of the room condition just before we check out, because we had been warned to be charged on extra cleaning fee on the exiting carpet stains in our room during our stay while we absolutely has nothing to do with the stains at all!
It was like a usual day then the reception stop us on the way pass and showed us two pictures of the existing carpet stains in our room and tried to claim extra cleaning fee from us. We had been told either to remove by ourselves or pay the cleaning fee. While we knew we had nothing to do with those stains, we asked for other evidence to prove those stains were made from us such as pictures took before we check in to the room. They were unable to provide any. That made us feel really uncomfortable living in this hotel because now we had to worried about them blaming us of all the other stains which were already exit before we came in. We basically had been forced to pay the extra cleaning fee or to remove it by ourselves. (I found a multi purpose cleanser left on my bedside table without any note by the housekeeper and I assumed this was the way he/she ask us to clean by ourselves). And the worst is yet to come.
We were then check out those two stains and they were very dry and seems to be there for quite a while, we then tried to ask the duty manager on that day to have a look at the condition of the stains and she refused to come up and have a look at it by herself.
