The staff are rude, unhelpful and make fraudulent charges to your credit card. I’ve contacted the hotel several times with no response regarding these incorrect charges. Would be great if they would answer their phone or return my calls. Would love for a manager to contact me regarding the situation but am reduced to posting on Facebook about these issues.

Badly run/organised, many faults, need a refurb, lack of covid cleaning. Lack of things/service blamed on covid. Highlights were some of the staff. Polite and friendly attitudes made this stay passable.

Would never stay again the people are so rude and staff were no help but 1 lovely lady that works in the carpark she was the most helpful lady that works there never ever stay again.

The absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. A complete rip off for the price. Dirty room with mould in the bathroom. Air con broken. Lifts not working properly. Alarms going off all night. Poor check-in experience. Rude and aggressive staff who can hardly speak English. Small car park with no spots available. No bar or room service. Avoid this hotel. It’s is disgusting. I wish I had read all the other negative reviews prior to booking.

The front desk ladies were so welcoming and friendly. Also a big shout out to Jay in the restaurant for making each meal so enjoyable. Prompt service with a smile, Jay really goes above and beyond.

A stay here means a lesson in self service: unreliable reception staff (refusing to believe issues key cards weren’t working after three attempts at telling them) ; breakfast staff not understanding orders; missing pool towels; non-existent amenities in the rooms and decaying beds.

Conveniently located near CBD abd shopping centre, (within walking distance), plenty of good eats nearby. Clean rooms, room service as needed, well maintained accommodation. Staff are friendly and approachable.

Great location close to everything including a great Vietnamese down on the next corner.

The staff are very friendly, and have gone out of their way to make us feel at home. The rooms are always clean and well looked after, and the food at the First Edition restaurant is incredible, and very reasonably priced. Special thanks to Jay and Dominic for their spectacular service. This is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Everything was perfect. I will definitely come back again.

Just arrived for three nights — Was sceptical after reading the reviews but pleasantly surprised. Got an apartment style room worth it for extra space. Clean and tidy, nothing flash, but comfy bed and all ok and clean. Bar lovely and friendly staff, good food average but ok. Check in staff not as friendly but quick and efficient — So far so good.

As gold Accor members, we decided to have dinner in the restaurant. I was extremely impressed with plant based choices on their menu. I chose a hand made pasta, my partner chose a steak. Whilst he thoroughly enjoyed his meal, mine was served with what I thought was prosciutto throughout the dish… being a choice from the ‘plant based mains’ I was surprised, but no one could tell me what it was.
It was not mentioned in the ingredients, as a vegetarian, I didn’t want to eat the meat, I tried to pick through it, but it was everywhere, and couldn’t eat the meal.
I was left ignored and hungry.
The maître de did recompense my partner when we left, but I was left with absolutely no offer to fix the problem during the time we were there, if they had made an attempt to help, I would not be writing this review.
It was worst meal served by an Accor restaurant, we won’t be back.

I wanted to say a huge thankyou for providing free accommodation for my friends in their time of need. It was a warm and supportive gesture which offered them great relief from such a horrid situation. Thankyou so much.

Looked great online … I called to booked Then when we arrived we where very surprised to find out about the $25 per day parking fee which was never explained! very misleading! Staying 2 night $50 extra is a lot! When I questioned it care factor was 0! Even if you had of offered a discounted rate we would have been happier! Car parks are tiny and I can hardly get in and out of your car Won’t stay here again or recommend.

I would recommend you stay elsewhere. The meal was terrible at the hotel — the restaurant that opened at 5:30 wouldn’t seat us at 5:27. Ok so we’ll wait a few minutes, it took 40 minutiae seat us. When the food came it looked good, my husband had beef ribs and I had steak — the steak was 40% grissle it was inedible, my husbands “plate “ (breadboard) split — no service to the point we couldn’t even get another drink — kids meals were ok but after that experience we went elsewhere for dessert and breakfast — on checkout they did deduct some of the bill — we then went to the car park to get our car. They had moved it without notifying us they would and during that they damaged our car. I stay at Novotel quite regularly and have never been as disappointed as I am today.

Room was average, bed was comfortable. Having to pay $22.50 for the parking is not acceptable. We paid $20 each for breakfast which was horrible. Kept running out of food, plates, everything basically. Food was not very well cooked and had to wait for it to be filled up. They need to specify on the website about the parking.

Good location. Basic but comfortable rooms. Hotel rooms need a refresh. Parking is more expensive than the $20 stated on the hotel website and is valet due to small area in the basement parking. Novotel should update their website to inform customers of accurate parking information. Experienced an issue of being double charged post check out. Issue was resolved however it shouldn’t have occurred in the first place. This issue also occurred with others in my travelling party.

Given the charge, advertise, and the Novotel brand — I would never recommend staying here. Go up the road to the Avenue hotel — same prices but far far far better. The car park in the Novotel was atrocious and they charge $20+. The room service menu is terrible. The rooms were very very tired — scuffed furniture, badly word carpet etc. The bathroom is a 3.5star hotel type one with the shower in the bathtub. No coffee in the room. Cheap teabags. Layout of the room was ridiculous. If you're considering the Novotel — only do it at half the price as it's fair value at $100/night. Sorry Novotel — would like to be more generous but for what you provide and what you charge — it's not acceptable. Look at your competition and the market and price your product properly and you'll get better reviews. We're enjoying the Avenue Hotel up the road which was 10% cheaper for the same type of room and is a genuine 5star proposition (with free parking I might add). Having said all that — — the staff were faultless and very helpful and they arranged a good outcome for us.

Good central location, close walking diatance to everything you need. Friendly team members and a nice friendly atmosphere. Interior could do with a revamp/update but only cosmetic, no major issues. Buffet breakfast has a great selection and great pool and spa!

The rooms were comfortable and provided a pleasant view. The pool sauna and spa provided a great spot to relax. The gym while not the most amazing one I've seen was very respectable. It was close to plenty of wonderful places to eat and go to. The bar had a nice range of drinks and the food was amazing, however they service was not. Things took a long time to do and they often didn't recognise that we were waiting to be served. Keep in mind however on the of the two bar tenders was only on his second day.

I had a last minute thing (professional/business) which required me to go down to Canberra with about a weeks notice. After some quick searching I decided to stay at Novotel based on conscience and price.
After booking my room for 1 adult for $269 or $279, my confirmation email listed 2 adults, 2 children for $409. I was shocked and confused with this so I called to see what had happened and if it could be rectified.
I spoke to Kate, who informed me the change would have been on Novotel’s end. When I asked why, it was delicately put to me that because I am a women, I must be bringing two kids and possibly a husband along with me. A bizarre comment which did throw me off. I explained it was a business related trip and I needed those changes made. I was assured it would be done. A few hours later I send an email confirming these changes. I received a response saying it was now two adults and asked if I still wanted a soft bed made up. I called again because it didn’t mirror what was discussed with Kate. A second lady answered the phone. I explained the situation but she was most unhelpful. She assigned lots of blame, refused to go further back than Kate’s conversation with me and offer anything new; expect being totally unfazed at Kate’s reason for the guest and price hike. Unfortunately I didn’t have many options left so I proceeded with Novotel.
On check in, everything was normal until the receptionist said I never provided credit card details.

The room itself was fine, nothing special. Like others I would like to raise the issue of what could be considered entrapment with regards to parking. Having checked my itinerary and the website and having spoken to Adnan on check in I was in no way informed that parking ran at $20 a day. On check out Daizy informed me that the room was paid for but dining and parking were outstanding. I never ate at the hotel so I’m not sure why that was attempted to be charged to me and I… take issue with the parking fees. Daizy informed me there was a sign in the garage, that you can only see if you have already entered the garage. Under Australian consumer law you cannot enter someone into a contract if they are unable to see it first and have no reasonable way to decline it. Once in the garage I could not leave without having incurred that charge. I informed Daizy of that and she became rather rude. She initially told me I couldn’t take my car without paying, although I had already driven out of the garage, and then that I could just not pay. I asked if that meant I could walk away without consequence and she informed me no. I then said I would pay but dispute the charge and she then said she wouldn’t let me pay. This went back and forth before she said if I paid I was accepting the charges. This is pretty appalling, I would expect this of some dodgy motel but not a Novotel branded property.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Bed is nive and comfy. The shower was strong and and clean. Location is good and close to restaurants. You can pay $20 for parking. The only downside is the corridors are quite dirty and looks like could use some cleaning.

I stayed at this hotel for a couple of days. The rooms were basic but clean, staff were extremely helpful with giving recommendations of nearby restaurants and things to do. Also the location basically sells itself. It's based right in the heart of the city, within walking distance to a lot of destinations and right above public transport hubs.

Cool 60s/70s wood panel and brass styling. Reasonable price. Could do with some modern features — the card readers in elevators were all temperamental, no usb/charging ports near the bed.

Really enjoyed our stay here. While it's definitely a corporate hotel, the Novotel Canberra managed to transform into a welcoming family hotel. The rooms are decently comfortable & with all the amenities. However the 1 bedroom was not what we thought as it had as meeting type room instead of couch. Maybe book two rooms or a suite instead. Also, breakfast was so busy however the staff were friendly & helped us when we had issues.

On top of bus terminal, so crowded area with lots of people with luggage waiting around. Not the greatest part of the city but not the worse, very central. Short stroll to Canberra centre bit of a hike to lake.

Beautifully presented rooms and staff that are friendly and very helpful. Centrally located hotel close to the Canberra centre, and right next door to the tourist hub of the Jolimont centre. Great for business travellers who want some quiet at the end of a long day.

A Novotel hotel as you'd expect it. Clean, slightly dated, above average breakfast. All to give you a good nights sleep without bankrupting you.

Unfriendly city hotel without charm, measly room for the price.

After we finally received the room we booked, my son was was anxious for hours that we would have to move again. This is the very real impact on a guest when your reservation team fail. It started last Sunday when I phoned and spent 8 minutes to make sure we could secure a special access (wheelchair accessible) room with interconnecting room. I followed up with a 7 minute call on Thursday (because I’ve now organized travel for years for my kids and half the time we turn up and what I’ve tried hard to organize doesn’t materialise). During this call I double checked that rooms for our particular needs were available and told by the reservation gentleman that our needs would be met. Upon arrival on Friday it appeared that while we had a reservation we did not have a hold on the configuration I requested. ‘It’s not specified in the booking notes’. The reception gentleman was clearly embarrassed and very apologetic. Not everyday that you have a guest with their own commode in reception I’m sure! He searched hard to accommodate us and we went up to our rooms. Upon arrival at the 7th floor special access room we found a shower that couldn’t accommodate a wheelchair user. Your duty manager later acknowledged that the room shouldn’t be flagged in your system as special access. Our second attempt was the accessible room we’d hoped for — but unfortunately the interconnecting room had been given to another guest which we only found out after unpacking. Third attempt was great!

Great location, from which we could travel to all our important places as we came on a business trip. Car parking is tight, but well managed. As an Accorclub member we got VIP treatment. Fresh juice of one's own choice in breakfast was a highlight.

We upgraded to an apartment which was nice but the aircon didn’t work so it was an uncomfortable night. The buffet breakfast was very good with plenty of vegan options (this was the best that it has been over several stays).

Great central location. The room is modern and big. There is a nice pool with jacuzzi on the last floor and gym. The staff is friendly and the breakfast was very good. There is a parking with extra cost in the same building.

Quiet hotel in the heart if Canberra. The rooms are quite average. It is an all right place to stay for a night or two, but probably not longer than that. Services as the mini bar and breakfast are overpriced, especially when you can get a great breakfast 5 min down the road that seems more appealing and cheaper. The hotel has a pool that contains a spa and sauna, but that is probably the only feature worthwhile to mention. Although it is rated a 4 star hotel, in my opinion it barely meets the expectation of a 3 star hotel.

Been to this hotel for couple of time when visiting Canberra. Right at the center of CBD and everything is within walking distance. Love the receptionist and always feel welcomed. Valet parking at the lower ground floor and the attendance always make sure that your car is ready when you need it. Only thing that I will like to see is that the carpet at certain floor be changed to a newer carpet and some of the room needs some upgrade. Love the gym facilities.

Located near the central business area of Canberra, the Novotel here provides clean rooms, a good bar (if you're wanting to stay in), huge buffet breakfast, an accessible gym, and easy access to transport to take you to the popular tourist attractions. Staff are very helpful in meeting reasonable requests. Tip: Parking is available for cars at $20 per day. The best advice to offer is to leave the parking to the valets, lest you risk taking on the narrow path and even more narrow parking spots.

Good location directly opposite the Civic centre. One of the better Novotels I have stayed at. Clean room, basic in decor but well laid out. Great facilities with a good gym, spa and pool. Breakfast was good, lots of choice and parking at reduced rate of $20 for night.

Our company hosted a small event in one of Novotel's function rooms. They were extremely helpful and courteous throughout, to us and to our customers and they made the day go by very smoothly. Highly recommended!

Our stay was pleasant, the staff at check-in were friendly and polite. Went to happy hour and the bar staff were not very friendly. A smile doesn't go astray and a welcome how can I help would have been nice. The room was clean. Would have been nice to be on a higher level and not have a few of the bus depot below and buildings.

We enjoyed our stay at Novotel Camberra. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly (especially the restaurant and bar staff), the room was spacious, clean and well appointed, the restaurant served lovely food (and very affordable kids meals) and the location was very central. We especially liked the indoor pool and gym facilities. We would have rented the bikes from outside the hotel but there were no kids bikes (it would be good to offer some children's bikes given it is a family hotel)

The room was comfortable, the kitchen dining area is uninviting, very bare. Our dining experience was disappointing the young man 'barman' showed us to our table was charming however the host was not. She kept looking at her watch and we unanimously agreed we were made to feel uncomfortable and an inconvenience. Service was rushed and we felt that she needed to leave on time. My sister& husband were staying in the hotel as well. Breakfast the food was terrible!

We stayed at the Novotel since we are part of the Le Club. Tuesday was the only night we could stay and we were charged $361.00 for this. In our opinion, the Novotel is not worth this amount. If we could have made it on a Friday then we would have only paid $172.00. (Obviously, the sitting of Parliament decides on what price they charge). The hotel is conveniently placed. In our opinion the quality of the hotel does not justify the price. Usually, toothbrushes, razors, etc. Are available in quality hotel, but, not in this one. Maybe we paid extra since we had a wonderful view of the bus station out of our window? We will definitely find another hotel when we next visit Canberra.

It was comfortable enough for one night but if I'd stay longer it would be more problematic. Main problems: 1. The mattress was too soft. Sleeping for more than one night can be bad for the back. 2. I could not switch from one Internet device to another after reaching the limit of three device per room. 3. The lift is a pain. 4. The breakfast is good but too expensive. Also the service during the breakfast does not correspond to the price. I asked for a tee spoon (there were no tea spoons anywhere). The girl said "yes, of course" but did not come back.

Home Away From Home experience. Our annual family stay at the Novotel is as always a PLEASURABLE stay. Facilities indoor pool location & attractions are a prime requisite for our daughter's Athletics competition annually but the Hotels main asset is in its personal service all round in my opinion. Check-In staff were terrific, professional and laid the foundations for a comforting stay, as was Bar & Restaurant service team who looked after our needs. Dinner was brilliant and Breakfast was good consumed in a new & relaxed atmosphere. Finally would like to thank Jasmine for her professionalism and brilliant customer service regarding my un-expected reservation modification requirements with charm & charisma. Her personal care to our family needs were delivered with a smile and a "no problem " concept. "Good staff are hard to find" as my friend in the restaurant business for over 30 years tells me. We received a warm welcome upon arriving at reception and were pleasantly surprised to be told we were being upgraded to an apartment. We were also given a voucher to take to the bar on level 1 for a complimentary drink. The apartment was a good size and the bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. However I did find the next day when getting a dessert plate out of the cupboard, to put fresh fruit into, that it wasn't as clean as it could have been. I put some water into it and left it in the sink to soak. The next afternoon on our return to our room we opened the door and for a split second thought we were in the wrong apartment because there was a dessert plate sitting on the kitchen table inside the door with 1 green granny Apple and a small packet of lollies in it with a glass next to it with 2 Twinings English large leaf Teabags in the glass (unused). The dessert plate that I had left in the sink had been cleaned and put back into the cupboard. The next morning I went to reception and told them about the items we found on the kitchen table the day before. They said they would notify the manager in charge of housekeeping. Upon our return later in the day the items were still in our room on table, I did take a photo of these items. They were still there when we checked out. Both my husband and I enjoyed the selections offered for breakfast in the restaurant on level 1, the staff were attentive and friendly.

The room and initial service were great, but breakfast appeared to be very hectic and on one morning, chaotic. The family room was spacious and well decked out. The pool room was very nice as well. The staff at the desk were great too. Our first breakfast was a bit busy and there was a bit of a mess here and there, expected in a peak period. However, on the Sunday morning, we had to wait at the entrance for ten minutes before anyone arrived to let us register and find a seat. It wasn't that the staff there were doing anything wrong as they all looked very busy, but it just seemed that there weren't enough of them there to help out. By the time we were allowed to find a seat, there was a line about 15 deep waiting at the front. By the time we had finished breakfast about an hour later, there was no line at the front, so this busy period appeared to be short-lived. Nevertheless, it was a bit annoying having to wait so long with no clear direction from staff. Breakfast aside, overall, it was a very good experience again.

I've always found Novotel properties to be consistently good for any type of travel. When I first started traveling to Canberra I was pleased they had a Novotel, and it's so well located. I love that it has a pool, fitness center and spa, as well as a good restaurant, which I have been to quite a few times now. The rooms are well appointed, comfortable and it's very easy to get to sleep at the end of a long day. I haven't stayed at any other hotel in Canberra and I probably never will, as Novotel is just so good. They always make you feel welcome.

Clean and spacious room. Excellent buffet breakfast. The pool, gym and spa were clean and spacious. Plenty of clean towels to use for the facilities. Easy to get too and close to main shopping centre with a variety of choices to dine at. Close to main attractions within the A. C. T. And easy to get around with your own vehicle.

Stayed overnight. Service at lunch and dinner was good if a little slow for requests. Food was fantastic and use of 50% off with our Accor was allowed for our food. Room was okay but a little old. Carpet on the hallways is very old, warn and dirty. Urgently needs replacing. Try not to arrive outside of parking valet hours as there are not many parks and space is very tight. Pool is listed as heated but was quite cold. Maybe it was warm for people from cooler climates. Overall have enjoyed our visit and would stay again if on special.

It is always a pleasure to stay at the Novotel again did not disappoint, staff responded quickly when needs were expressed. Although Slow response when requested pillows at night, my daughter had nearly fallen asleep. mostly great service. the morning breakfast was really over busy, customers were clearing own tables and trying to seat themselves. We had to sit separately to get a seat and waited a long time for a coffee. I have also had this experience before at Novotel, including the last time I stayed where the wait was unreasonable for food at the restaurant. I am surprised given Novotel is a four star hotel and given it clearly has happened before in peak times, that some process has not been put in place to ensure people are not waiting. For example giving people a coffee in the lounge area but not letting them in until a table was ready for them and already cleared and re set?

Be an Accor member to avoid $10 Wi-Fi charge. $20 parking fee is too much. Guest should be given a complementary bottle of water at least. Although available, winter special of free breakfast was not offered on first night.

Novotel Canberra' accomodation was great. It was ce trally located in the cbd and service waa spot on.

We had a Professional event earlier in the friday which went off without a hitch, the staff was very proffessional, and the facility was fantastically maintained. However later through the night, we had a drinks package with them, and as our group tends to get a little loud, the staff began to become a little tempermental and unproffessional. At one stage we were cut off from drinking, which is something I have never experienced with the same group of people in many different refined locations around Australia. I would consider hosting an event with loud groups of people at a more lenient location, however with a group that doesnt tend to get roudy, the location is fantastic.

Really close to Canberra Centre, which is great. In fact, it's close to everything in the heart of the city. It's clean, but my room's safe is broken and the shower door does not align and hits the other side, causing water to fill the bathroom floor. It's not really a big deal, but my perfectionism gets in the way. That is probably my only complaint. I absolutely love the bed and the huge bathroom towels. Staff is great. If I come back to Canberra, I'll definitely stay here. Oh, I stayed here for two weeks.

Enjoyed my stay here. Rooms were large and well presented. Central location, close to everything. Restaurant and bar was great and offered good service.

Everything was great, except I wasn't advised that parking on site would incur an additional cost ($20). I wasn't impressed that none of the staff explained this to me especially when I specifically asked if I could use the carpark.

Breakfast was great. Kids under 16 free. Room is ok a little small. Good pool and spa. Parking spots were shocking. View from the room wasnt great. Good location. Fox channels on TV as well. Decent hotel but dont have high expectations.

Staff were friendly, room was clean. King size bed was uncomfortable (too soft! ) and wife and I didn't get much sleep. We tried to eat at the restaurant but it seemed short staffed, we only saw 1 waiter for a Saturday night service. We waited to be seated for around ten minutes before deciding we would get room service instead — however when we called reception to order they told us to call back in half an hour. We waited, then placed an order — I wanted the American cheeseburger with speck ($3 extra) but the receptionist didn't know what speck was, though it was listed on the menu. Eventually ordered it "with bacon. " 2 hours passed with no food, so we cancelled the order and went to bed — there was no apology from reception, though the phone did ring about 20 minutes later while we were trying to sleep. We weren't charged for parking (normally $20 per day) but not sure if that was to make up for dinner or not, as nothing was acknowledged in that regard. Breakfast was nice!

Checked in and reception notified us the charge of car park. Drove into car park and it was appalling trying to fit our family car with roof racks into a car park. The room was dated, mini bar was not re-stocked and empty packet of chips with last guests details on card was left in room. The room is small with bathroom having an unsafe flooring. Bed was really comfy though! I did believe the Novotel's standards would be higher. Renovations would go a long way inside to improve guests stay.

Room was sufficient however bathroom area got quite wet post shower. Bed was comfortable. Buffet breakfast had a good selection however was quite expensive.

Here for a conference and got nothing but friendly people. Didn't stay here overnight but a great place for a course. Food was great!

DO NOT STAY HERE! Arrived after driving from Sydney only to be told that there is no available on site parking! What an absolute joke. The next closest parking is 10 mins walk away. Which is outdoors and not secure which you still need to pay for. The managers only solution was to offer me valet parking at $40 at a parking starion that was only accessible to them on the weekends. If you are driving from anywhere and expect to park your car on site (not an unreasonable expectation) DO NOT STAY HERE!

Shockingly poor. I took my family for New Year dinner 2014/2015. It was vastly overpriced @ $95 per head The vegetarian option was poor and could not be eaten. The live music was unsuitable for a dinner event. The tables were sticky as they had not been cleaned between sittings. The service was something out of a British comedy. I had to ask three times for drinks to be brought to the table. The staff were untrained. We will never return. Save your money and don't go and be disappointed. In the end it was out of honesty that I paid as we all felt the experience was so poor. I had to queue up for some time to pay as they only had one staff member taking the money. Pitiful effort. Really.

Earlier this year, I stayed at the Novotel with my partner and I very much enjoyed it. We planned on only staying only a couple nights and enjoyed the stay so much we ended up calling the front desk and asking if we could stay one more night. They were more than happy to have us again. We didn't go in the pool much, because we enjoyed the spa and sauna a little too much. We ordered room service, and it was very quick coming up to our room. The room was cleaned every day when we'd leave the room and always had fresh towels.

I am very glad I didn't look at the previous reviews as judgement of this Hotel. I attended the 2013 National Multicultural Festival. Walked across the road and I was amoungst the action. When I needed a break we walked back freshed up and here back to it. The service was exceptional. Thank you Mathew whom brought my car to the front at such a late hour on Friday night, and was there when I returned at 11.30 pm. Sarah at the Desk. Thank you for your warm smile. 12 hrs after making booking and 2 weeks until my stay. My circumstances changed and will not be able to attend. Even thoe I paid top $ 280 per night for 2 nights. I was unable to get a refund. I Offerd $100 as good will hoping to get some money back. I was told I understood when I made the booking. 2 weeks is plently of time to re-sell room. Horible service.

DAY ONE I am currently staying at that Novotel in Canberra. We turned up with our book-in receipts printed out. They could not find it on their computers. I knew it was going to take a while to book in so I sat back and waited. We had booked two rooms. The counter staff were great at sorting out the problem and up-graded us to a room with a balcony. This took a while, and a phones kept ringing, they took the brunt of incoming patrons, though their number seemed to thin out when things started to get complicated. Because the next morning will be busy, we decided to order room service for breakfast. This took a little time as the phone was not working properly. After plugging it in the correct socket, I managed to get though to order, though the handset was still not working and I had to use speaker phone. Coming in after dinner we asked for milk in the morning. Soon after the phone began ringing. We picked it up. Nothing. It called a few more times, and after pressing a few more button we finally heard a voice on the speaker phone. The milk order was fine, but they had lost our breakfast order. They told us that it must have went to the front counter, even though we dialed "7" and did as instructed. The orange juice is $4 a glass, I asked if it was freshly squeezed or from a bottle. "It is fresh from a bottle, " was the reply. I skipped it. Nevertheless, the rooms are spotless. The rooms are nicely presented and very comfortable with PC access points (pity we are on Mac's.
