Nice flat but the entire building just needs a complete makeover from the outside in order to improve its look and insulation for good energy efficiency.

Wonderful hotel right in the middle of Zagreb. The staff was exceedingly professional and helpful, for example by recommending us some great restaurants in the area that we greatly enjoyed.

Wonderful place to stay in Zagreb. I was very impressed with everything from the moment I sent an email asking about booking 2 rooms for a night, and the Bistro for dinner.

We had the deluxe room which was big but the whole place is very dated and needs modernising. The rooms are very basic. No fridge or safe. €13 a day to park inside. Breakfast was also very basic.

A central clean located hotel, in the upper part of the City of Zagreb. Close to all departmental retail shops, lots of good eateries, efficient public transport.

The accommodation is very central and only a walking distance to the main prime sites and shops and yet the area is not noisy. The the room was sizeable and kept clean.

Good location with the a tram stop right outside the door and about a ten minute walk to the main square straight along the main shopping street. No issues with noise at night.

Park 45 is in the perfect location with parking. It’s close to the tourist sights and close to great bars and restaurants. The room was recently renovated and clean. Coffee and tea were in the room.

Amazing location, wonderful quiet room facing the yard in the center of town. Parking in the yard. Extraordinary kind and helpful landlord Tatiana went out of her way to make us feel at home.
