We had another wonderful stay at this hotel and once again they proved why we keep coming back.

The location is simply incredible. Everything feels perfectly placed, and from the very first moment you arrive, there’s a sense of calm and beauty.

Nice, place, very good service. Excellent, central location. Our room was facing the street and was a bit noisy due to the tram line. Comfortable beds and generally all needed for a short stay.

The hotel is conveniently situated right in the city center, within a short walking distance from most attractions, shopping centers, and a variety of restaurants.

Spent 4 nights here on a city break in Vienna. Room was a great size with all the facilities I would expect and location was excellent — close to cathedral, opera house.

Pertschy Palais Hotel is in a fantastic location, just a 5-minute walk to public transport, and most of the beautiful sights are within walking distance.

An old fashioned style hotel, but everything you require is there except perhaps it would do with air con, it was in the mid 30's when we stayed, not really a complaint, just a suggestion, ideal

Great location. Walking distance to almost key tourist attractions. Though the rooms are slightly dated but it didnt really bother us too much as bed is rather comfortable, amneties are sufficient.

This hotel has an excellent location, central and convenient. The breakfast had lots of options including hot food, yogurt, seeds, nuts, fruit, and pastries. There were food labels on for allergens.

Everything about our stay was smooth from start to finish, especially the quick and convenient contactless check-in and check-out.

The apartment is spacious, beautiful and clean The location is excellent, 10 minutes walk to the Hofburg Palace and all the museums. The service responds quickly when contacted.

My stay at the Terminus Hotel was very pleasant. Farshad, the receptionist, met my daughter and me at the reception, immediately asked how we had gotten there and recommended interesting places.

My daughter booked this hotel for us, and I can not fault it. Check-in was easy and staff friendly, plus our rooms were available early.
The rooms were good, not massive, but enough for our needs.

All in all a really nice hotel in a great spot in the middle of everywhere you might want to explore.

Our stay at Graben Hotel was truly memorable.

Fantastic central location. Lovely small hotel. Very clean. Courteous and friendly staff. Quiet area. The clip clop of horses passing by and church bells was just perfect.

A beautiful hotel in an excellent position for enjoying the delights of Vienna. We stayed in 2 rooms over 3 nights. One of our rooms was on the 4th floor with a balcony overlooking St Peter's Church.

The location is where you want to be as a tourist. There are embassies next door, so you know the neighborhood is good, right? The management is very friendly and helpful.

What was good:
1. The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful area.
2. Spacious and comfortable rooms for two.

The hotel was really nice! The rooms were clean and comfortable, although a bit dim. What we really liked and appreciated was the professionalism of the receptionists.
