Amazing place, great food and friendly environment. Had the best time ever.

Excellent choice of lodging in Lusaka. We stayed in a double room with shared bathroom at the Natwange backpackers for 3 nights and had a lovely experience. The bed is super comfortable and the room simple but spacious. Bathrooms are shared in quantity more than enough. All very clean. Helpful and attentive staff. The outside common area is huge and the garden and pool are beautiful and very well maintained. Included a simple but tasty complimentary breakfast. The hostel has its own kitchen and offers a menu with drinks and delicious meals. Great value for money.

Natwenge is an excellent choice if traveling through Lusaka. Quieter than most of the other backpacker options, Natwange offers free breakfast and is a 70 Kwacha taxi from the bus station. It's an easy 5 minute walk to East Park Mall or Arcades which have plenty of food options.

Great place to relax and kick back. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the accommodation offers a variety of reasonablely priced rooms. Close to a shopping mall & not too far from the intercity bus station.

Very Clean environment, considering the location, this is very good quality for the price.

Well maintained, clean, safe. There is a pool, pool table and ping pong table for guest. The host and staff are wonderful. Close to two malls and the University. Visit the Angolan African Culture Center three houses from Notwange.

Deal place for travelers that want a quiet place to work or relax. The Wi-Fi connection is pretty solid, so makes it a nice place to work. The breakfast that is included is delicious and a great deal! Organizing payment was a bit confusing since I booked via Hostel World, but eventually, it was sorted. Additionally, the address sent to me on my confirmation email was wrong and there is no signage outside Natwange, which made finding it rather difficult. Finally, only one shower really functioned. The other two had such bad water pressure it was useless even using them.

What a great experience!
My last night in Zambia and I had an overnight layover in Lusaka.
A driver picked me up from the airport and took me to Natwange Backpackers then returned me back to the airport with plenty of time to catch my flight.
Awesome staff made me feel welcome.

Best Backpackers in Lusaka. Very clean, quiet but comfortable, AMAZING Wi-Fi (Free! ), Breakfast included. Wonderful staff. Always a good choice. Much better neighborhood than Lusaka Backpackers, Broads, etc. And not much more for the taxi ride to the bus station.

This hostel has two locations, which is not made very clear when researching or booking. So we arrived in a taxi only to be told we were booked at a different address and had to pay for another taxi to get to the other location, frustrating after an already long journey. Make sure you note the address and your driver is clear on which you are travelling to! Clean modern rooms and staff were good. Pool was too dirty to swim in unfortunately.

Accomodations are basic but cozy and clean. Wi-Fi is very fast and free. Great value! The included breakfast is delicious and filling. Nice pool and poolside game tables. Good location near East Park and Arcades malls.

It was clean. Quiet. Wi-Fi worked a treat. Priced really well. Would recommend to all would be travellers.

Flowers. Calm and Peaceful. The stuff work hard to maintain a welcoming home atmostphire. Management is a little questionable.

Easy to get to, staff friendly and helpful. Nice atmosphere, and breakfast is adequate.

This is a super place that caters for the backpacker or the ensuite market. My ensuite room is lovely, and the option of cooking your own food in the communal kitchen is a bonus, with a supermarket nearby. The outdoor area is great to relax in, and close enough to the airport where the hostel offer a cheap pickup/dropoff service. I would stay nowhere else in Lusaka if given the choice.

Nice place. Clean rooms. Big problem is no signboard. When I went there, I found an hour and a half in front of my destination.

Awesome place to stay here in Lusaka! Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and well kept. Great pool to hang by, a pool table, table tennis and darts. Also, it's close to restaurants (7 min walk) and public transport. Can highly recommend it!

Pretty good property to stay. Simple and nice breakfast included the room rate. Clean inside and outside. Friendly staff. There are large shopping malls nearby: east park and manda hill shopping malls. A bit shortage is the bed mattress is too soft.

I stayed at the Kariba Rd. Natwange lodge, they have 2 closely located to each other. Nice/comfortable enough place with dorm and single/double bed availabilities, pool (though winter when I stayed), pool table, TV, lounge outside and in with limited TV channels. Unfortunately, when I was there, the cable wire got cut and we went without until the wonderful Anita got us temporary Vodafone Wi-Fi access; otherwise, Wi-Fi is very good. Staff polite and ever-so-helpful and breakfast-free omelettes are made to perfection (but where's the bacon? ). Only one real downside here is the lack of a sufficiently outfitted kitchen — not enough plates, bowls, pots and pans to enable adequate cooking for those self-cooking occasions. Adequate stove options. Hopefully, short-falls will quickly be corrected. Keep up the good work Natwange!

Great Wi-Fi! We needed it. Also nice accommodation and free breakfast! We left earlier than breakfast was served and they still left us something to eat in the kitchen. Very friendly and helpful with info.

Very friendly and helpful service, pleasant simple rooms, just 20-25 mins walk from Manda Hill and East Park malls. They make a mean omelette for breakfast too! Bathrooms probably the worst feature but still fine.

A lot is happening, and opposite Paris eveil wellness center and beauty para.

Cheap And Best Place. I would definitely like to go there again.

Lived for one weeks.
Clean and refreshing hotel, affordable. The waiter is industrious and enthusiastic. Breakfast is generally a Western-style toast eggs, milk is desirable. The dinner has T bone (fry a little old, chew not move), beef hamburger (taste good, the amount of foot), fried fish (full weight) and so on. Wi-Fi speed is very good, than the Golden Bridge, Golden Peacock hotels are fast, but do not cover the bed and breakfasts, only a single room.
In addition, the dog's name is George.

Great place to stay. Has a nice atmosphere, and the staff is really friendly and helpfull.

Great place to be. Home away from home. I enjoyed my power plate work out. Swimming was great. A glass of cold red wine just completed my visit.
