Asmara Hotel

Went swimming, service was horrible. Took 1 hour to get my food and another hour to get what I actually ordered because the kitchen messed up my order.
Waiters loiter around, you have to walk to the bar to get served and they never check up on you.
Pool had no flowing water, not clean. When I asked I was told the person responsible for cleaning had knocked off. This was at 11am. And we’d already paid. Won’t recommend.

Beautiful space, with sufficient parking space, wheel chair accessible entrance, stairs to the rooms, great restaurant services, safety guaranteed, lovely well ventilated room, located near east park mall at a walkable distance.

One of the best places or rather one of what I rate a 5 Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ hotel, I really wanna come back every time.

The restaurant and food was great! We even had time to relax and watch some football. In the evening you can enjoy the romantic dinner by pool side with your loved one!

Beautiful ambience, very serene, good service tho the Chicken Alfredo was kinda sandy I think it was from the mushrooms added. Otherwise it was nice.

This hotel is very conveniently located for getting to the University of Zambia although there’s a busy road to cross. The staff welcomed us warmly and the hotel was modern and clean, with a lovely patio for breakfast and a very nice pool area and bar. Local beer (Mosi) was around £1 for a small bottle.

The rooms are quite clean and tidy and the friendly staff readily accommodated our needs as we were staying with children. Located in a quiet area and the food is quite good. The kids appreciated availability of kids channels on the TV for some evening entertainment!
