This was as much as I could go. Good hotel, in a good location, soundproofing which is important. Customer service skills are a necessity because without customer satisfaction no other customer will come back. An organization is a group of people in different departments working for one goal, so when one fails it means they've all failed. Amazing reception service. Staff response is very slow which you should work on. Food is amazing though I just had a problem with the mac and cheese for breakfast, it was as hard brick, sausages too where dry. Juice was too sweet, other than that it's a good place to stay. So I do recommend.

The service at this location was great! The General Manager and staff were very helpful and quick to respond to questions and requests. They allowed us to extend our check-out time without hesitation due to our departure time from Lusaka. Although they will be renovating the hotel over the next couple of months, the rooms were great as is. The breakfast was amazing, as was the Indian food we ordered one night for dinner! I would definitely stay here in the future.

Thanks for a lovely stay! I was made to feel welcome from the start. My room was clean, quiet, and well supplied. Toasted sandwiches from room service are great. I found the staff gracious and helpful. Personally I think this is Lusaka’s best big-name hotel.

Poor quality hotel. Rooms are dated and things don't work properly… such as the toliet. The choice of restaurants is poor and the staff are polite but unhelpful.

Went for the PAWS Ball the food was surprising good from the buffet freshly prepared, salads a bit dismal. Bar Service needed attention were overwhelmed. Clearing of plates not of a hotel standard, training required here. The buffet station should have been cleared in its entirety. Great banquet hall and ambience.

What can I say… of service her properly deficient, … the whole hotel since 3 am no water, … and will have all the time mentioned will be in 10 min again water. In 4 hours nothing happened. I can do everything that's going on here that's 4 star hotel not understanding. Best Western Hotel One of the known names worldwide, … but that has not to do with the quality of service… you get dirty yellow towels, … the only one per person, you have to beg for a further, … my advice only, avoid this hotel and book somewhere else.

Good place to stay near a shopping mall with Indian restaurant. The property and staff are appreciable.

Nothing impressive. Poor in services comparing with other Best Western Hotel worldwide. Poor food quality, very poor service, failure in commitment.

Good hotel, friendly & willing to assist staff, variety breakfast. However, internet Wi-Fi connectivity needs improvement. Otherwise, no regrets staying there for couple of days.

It's a nice hotel located in Thornpark area but along the great east road of Lusaka.

Connecting to Wi-Fi every time has been frustrating Staff friendly and helpful.

Do not go drink here their prices are crazy. I mean Heineken for 40kwatcha and food is crazy expensive rather go to real hotel like Radison.

Well this is a much improved Hotel than what it was 6 months ago. Freindly staff, rooms are clean and comfortable. The only issue remains with the restaraunt which is expensive for what you get and the quality is at best average. If they can sort out the above it would be an amazing place and no just good.

Really friendly staff and really good value for money hotel. Always enjoy staying here and would definitely recommend to others. Only slight challenge is that gym facilities are currently off site, but the reception staff are very helpful in arranging a complimentary transfer to the gym.

This is a decent hotel. And that is about it. There are much better rooms available just 3 kms away (at a slight higher cost though). However, if you do end up booking it, you will have modest rooms, mediocre food and much lesser no. Of people to deal with than usual.

Only 2 words can describe this place and they are Pathetic Service and Over Priced. The rooms are clean but many things are not well maintained for example the TV Channels went off and I was told sorry we can do nothing until morning as the Manager is not here. This is unacceptable where is the service that we are paying for. Good in the restaurant is average and is over priced with only a la carte menu available and no light meals. Would I stay here again? NO I don't think so!

Worst experience ever. bare foam mattress. Old gray torn or stained towels. Only 5 Tv channels that work. Broken remote. Expensive in comparison to what you get. Completely messed up the bill and ended up paying double for the room.

Not much choice for breakfast, kitchen was getting fumigated when I was there, linen smelt of sweat. Finishing leaves a lot to be desired. Friendly but inattentive staff.

The Hotel to be. The two times I have been at this hotel, there has been a lasting impression of excellence. The Staff will go out to please the customer. The rooms have been refurbished, compared to last time I was there when it was under Golden bridge Management. Assistance is readly available. The only area I feel need to be yet improved is the shuttle service. keep up the excellence.
