If you are looking for budget hotel then I suggest Bloom Saigon. The room is not that luxury, but their service are good. Friendly staff and helpful. Breakfast in the morning is something you are happy about. Not highclass yet it is served more than you expect. Better than a Resort in Phuket. Only one small matter, but it gave us quite an impression to the management if this Hotel. We are a group of Catholic Pilgrimage from Malaysia, with an Indian Priest from Delhi as our spritual leader. On our very first day here we asked the on duty Manager for a small space to hold our daily morning prayer which normally took about 30-45 minutes only. The on duty Manager grant us the permission and assured us we can use the space everymorning. But our first morning was not so smooth as we need to ready the plce. So it took us more than an hour in there. The same evening, we were being informed that the Top Management of the Hotel is not happy with this arrangement, therefore if we have to use the space again we need to pay it for 1million dong (equally MYR180) it is not the sum we are talking about but the ATTITUDE of the Top Management. If not we could have rated your place with 5 stars and recommended it to other group of Pilgrimages from Malaysia. Thank you.

Amazing location, good clean rooms.

Room was so small, barely enough to move around. The bathroom has no counter space to put your toiletries and without sufficient lighting. However, the staffs are excellent, as well as the food. If you're a guy and on a budget, this place is for you.

Where to start the exterior aspect makes you want, the welcome makes you want, what it presents makes us want but … once arrive in the room or rooms for so-called luxury rooms
First non-functional, dirty, small, bathtub clon break
Second dirty room and small no toilet paper one glass for two
Third room after taking an hour to complete the little balneotherapy after 5 minutes in my bath the water disappeared and guess where? On the floor of the bathroom with 10 cm of water and full of dirt (butts, hair, plastic …) and I pass! I strongly advise against it!

Location is perfect for shoppers. Close to everything. Staffs at reception were nice. The staff at breakfast corner was very rude though! I liked the free steam, sauna and jacuzzi.

The location of the hotel is good, sauna, swimming pool.

I liked: — The very good situation (like many of the hotels in the district at the same time) — the (small) spa open 24/7 is very appreciable… if there is no one else.
— Breakfast with a lot of choices (at will) served on a rooftop.
— Staff rather smiling and good advice.
— Best QPR of the city if you do not give anything on the trio breakfast/spa/situation.
I did not like: — the ridiculous price offered to pick you up by taxi to the airport.
— double rooms fairly cramped. Not a dealbreaker, but to note.
— The average general state, the published photos are also deceptive (old? ).
— If you do not protest, the hotel will confiscate your passports during the entire stay.

I Want to save only the guy who worked in reception on the evening of 31/12/2107… Then, the rest is really hideous…
Microscopic Room, as humid as the mouth of the Mekong, old as one of the remnants of War of the adjacent museum (that is what I recommend to see it. ) …
Very few outlets, no bedside light, but on the other hand there is not even the nightstand… How could there be light?!
Breakfast Strictly Asian (and it's not that I'm not a lover of ethnic cuisine, but maybe at breakfast, not even…)
Elevator style sloth. That in an 11-storey hotel, it's not really ideal…
The Infamous SPA is really a set of a Tarantino movie, splatter like a few other things…
Carpet dating back to the beginning ' 900…
Extremely Noisy: From the only window in the room comes a lot of noise, smog and if you are not careful, even a few bats…
To finish: On the day of our departure a prankster from the front desk decided we had to take the taxi at 5:15 in the morning, despite our plane being at 10… Morale: Two calls in the middle of the night in an Asian "English" really surrealist…

Comfortable rooms, breakfast variety however only one small and slow lift.

Nice Hotel, friendly staff… always stay here if visit Ho Chi Minh City…

Friendly, clean, neat and tidy. The facilities like air-cond, TV and hot water shower works. Overall very good. A bit noisy in the night from other guest moving in and out of their rooms. Wonderful location in the city with easy access to shopping, restaurants and local sights.

Shady hotel, shady massage place. I would not go again.

Very good hotel. Clean, the staff was very kind and available forum everything, from currency exchange to baggage keeping. Good breakfast. We arrived late in the evening and we had a problem with the reservation, but the hotel solved it very quickly. We stay here just one night because we visited Mekong delta, and this hotel was a perfect mix between quality and price.

Room not very nice and full of critters that run in the false ceiling at night.

Warm welcome. The restaurant on the last floor offers a beautiful view. The rooms are rather small, noisy and sometimes not very clean.

The room is not clean, there was rubbish on top of the wardrobe and left-over soap from the previous guest. Floor and bath mat were filthy. Room very small and nowhere to put a suitcase. Windows are not insulated so rooms are very noisy, music in the nearby park starts at 5 am and can be heard in the room. Not much choice at breakfast. Some staff very nice, some couldn't care less. Good location.

The location here is super. You're right in district 1 and it's where you want to be. Good place to stay, Staff always helpful, good breakfast on the top floor.

Nice hotel right next to Ben Thanh market. The room in the back is great as the noise from the road is minimal. 2 double beds, flat screen TV with many English channels, bathroom with tub, modern quiet AC. Resonably priced at 800k.

Great Room for 30$ per night for 2 in double superior-room with great panorama windows including (bad) breakfast and garage for my motorbike. Great location in the city centre. Great and very friendly staff. Good service. I just can recommand that hotel. Looks very inconspicuous from outside but the rooms are very nice designed and airconditioned for sure with flat screen and bathtub.
