Central location and very good breakfast. Swimming pool is okay but the water is slightly on the cool side.

Noisy room (very noisy from exterior). Most TV channels are not allowed (no access). Swimming pool till 7pm. 4 stars hotel is a lie. The location is just the best of this hotel.

One of the good hotels in Ho Chi Minh city with great location and good rooms and good breakfast options as well.

Service was okay. Staffs were friendly and responsive but did NOT follow up. Breakfast/food was edible. I am eating the chicken curry right now and hardly chew the chicken because they didn’t cook it long enough to make the chicken meat softer. Glasses ran out but no one provided more, and also it seems like they didn’t have enough staffs to clean up used dishes. Some food/dishes were empty and staff didn’t bother to replace/fill up. Also, last night there was an event on 3rd floor, and it was way too LOUD. I heard people having karaoke? Seriously? This hotel deserves a 3 or less stars. But just so you know there are many 3 stars hotel with better service out there, so I guess this hotel is ranked as 4 stars just because its location.

Good location. Good facility, good staff. I book the park view room so I have the view of Independence Palace from above. Its locate within walking distance to Ben Thanh market which consider the center of Sai Gon.

I appreciate the calm of this hotel, a rare asset to find in the hotels of this lively city. The quality of its services is very good. The breakfasts are excellent and varied. It is very well located and close to all kind of local shops. The price of rooms is correct.

Good and clean rooms, nice staff and perfect location for discovery of the city center on foot. A lot of the sights are nearby! Nice restaurants and food markets too. Breakfast was also good as well as the pool at the rooftop. A good deal for 45€ per night!

The rooms are large, clean and well equipped. The hotels location is great! That said, there aren’t nearly enough lounge chairs at the pool (although the view is great) and we couldn’t get the air conditioning to work in the gym (made for a rough workout). Not a top notch hotel, but for the price it is a good value.

Tidy and smart. Good sized rooms and big TVs too. The internet is free and fast enough for most things. The pool is fun but there aren't that many loungers. It's not heard either do felt a little cool especially with a bit of a breeze which you would expect on the top of a high rise hotel. The staff are helpful but not inclined to smile that much which might be cultural. Good location for the city. About 8 km from the airport so walkable for the adventurous; loads of bike taxis will pester you so if you feel you've had enough you won't need to wait long.

A very well located hotel and whose staff is very small. The breakfast is very good and the rooms spacious. I can not find any negative points and I highly recommend!

The water in the shower is very hot and the pressure is excellent. The water heater is not pozhopilis. Cosmetics for washing decent. Towels are also enough. Great hotel to after a day of exploring the city, to wash with pleasure and fall asleep in a soft bed, in the morning to have a tight breakfast, to hand over luggage to the vigilant staff downstairs, and continue to inspect the city. From the minuses the strange smell from the street nearby, cleaning on the Chetverochku and poor selection of drinks at the bar upstairs.

Breakfast was really good and versatile. Pool is nice and staff excellent. Location also is very good next to park area.

Beautiful hotel in a good location. Very comfortable bed and nice soft clean linen. All clean, fresh, modern commodities. We had a City view room which overlooked the huge green park (reminds me of Central Park) and city in the distance. Only disappointment was the pool broke the night before we arrived, but they organised taxis to take us to another 5 star hotel to use their pool and complimentary house cocktails as well. Would definitely stay again but would really have liked to use the pool as it looked so beautiful! Breakfast was great as well, western and Asian available with fruits/ yoghurts/ pastries/ waffles / fresh made omelettes. Would definitely stay again next time.

Clean hotel. Fairly accessible to food nearby. Buffet breakfast is decent with an okay selection of local foods as well. However, walls are paper thin.

Good and large size room with good facilities. Comfortable double king size bed. Bit unsure about the curtain arrangements inside shower. Needs help in training staff how to put on fitted bed sheets. Otherwise excellent facilities but lacking management supervision. Buffet breakfast is good value for money with both oriental and western style breakfast.

Nice facility great value. The rooms are above average in relation to Ho Chi Minh City standards. Very good location in the city. The showers did not have warm water. The rooftop Lounge provides gorgeous views of the city especially in the evening.

Although rated a 4 star hotel, it is at best a 3 star hotel. The rooms are clean and well equipped but the Wi-Fi is appalling. The breakfast buffet was of good quality and selection. The hotel is well located and the staff were friendly and spoke reasonable English. I have no real complaints other than the Wi-Fi issues.

Staff are friendly, rooms are clean, there is a pool and breakfast available. It made my hell-like business trip into a good one. Thanks!

The hotel was nice and I enjoyed my stay but the front desk staff never smiled.

Good hotel, well located but lacking in detail to be a four-star hotel. Had not done the room because there was a switch "do not disturb", but obviously when you leave the room and remove the key for the whole day, should take precedence over the button.

Rooms are dirty, the bathroom isn't good. I never recommend this hotel. Beds dirty, the jacuzzi of the swimming pool smells very bad and yellow water. The bed desk don't have in one bedroom. The only thing is good is the breakfast buffet.

I like it coz it is quiet… but neaby Ben Thanh market, next to independance palace so many green.

Walking distance to shopping, Saigon Square and Ben Than market. Good breakfast and coffee shop. Easy to get taxi & Grab or Uber.

Very modern and excellent attention. Nice view of the city from the terrace.

We stay for 3 nights. Enjoy the location and easy to walk to lots of sights in HCMC. Clean environment, polite staffs, breakfast okay, rooftop swimming pool is good, 12F spa with Therapy is nice. Staff will assist to arrange taxi for us at entrance (to avoid us not to take bad taxi driver at HCMC). I like their green environment program to save world energy.

Enjoyed the location — easy walk to lots of sights in HCMC. Breakfast buffet was good — iced coffees were amazing! Only problem was the night time noise, being such a central location means anywhere will be noisy though I'm guessing.

Don't go there! The only good thing is the location. It is very bad service. We hired a pick-up service at the airport and never were, we had to come by our media. The room was ok but with some walls peeling off. I'm sure you can get something better for the same price.

Was a pretty average hotel in my opinion, friendly staff and a nice reception area. The rooms are poorly sound insulated and there was SDS drilling happening on the floor above at points during our stay. We had a drink at the rooftop bar / pool, which was fine — but certainty not enough space for many clients to use the pool, and they had awful loud music on.

We stayed 4 nights at central palace. Rooms were as you would expect, clean, spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was okay. Liked the rooftop pool as well! Downsides: rooftop bar is very much overprized and service there wasn't very good. Wifi in the hotel is very slow. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay very much!

Not so far from the city centre but very quiet place with wonderful views and swimming pool on the top.

Central Palace was awful for us, my rating reflects it's potential to become much better than it was for our stay. The hotel opened sooner than it should have and there was construction and unfinished floors when we arrived. We had no towels in the room and were told by reception to wait two hours. They never showed up, we ended up asking a lady in the hall for them. Wi-Fi was practically non existent which made things difficult but the green staff (who did seem to be trying painfully hard) seemed to have no clue what was going on made this stay very frustrating. Breakfast is not kept warm (under lamps that aren't heated!? ) and there is little variety. The rooftop pool will eventually be lovely but it was deserted with no towels or seating yet in place. We stayed 11/16, so hopefully they are able to pick this up.

Brand new hotel (3 weeks after opening) when we stayed. They weren't ready. No roof top bar, gym didn't exist yet and everything seemed mostly done but still needed work. Had trim missing in the room and the bathroom was odd. Shower had a glass wall to the room with a curtain to close for privacy. Can make showers a little sexy for your partner and yourself but watch the metal trim as I cut my finger on it. Water pools around the ruling and then drains onto the floor and I had tried to wipe it away. The water is also slowly leaking into the wall so they could get interesting in a few months. Our towels were missing when we arrived so they said they would be up in 2 hours. We found a cleaner to grab us some instead. The 2 hour away towels never did come. We also ran out of toilet paper and I ended up going into the housekeeping room to get my own. Internet — worked in the hallway but not in the room. This created a lot of stress and missed plans with friends. This alone was the biggest complaint. Brand new hotel in a new city and we were struggling to make plans. Because of all this it left us with little trust in the front desk staff. We actually went to another hotels tour desk to book stuff because we were worried they would mess it up. Maybe they'll be good in few years but I wouldn't recommend staying there anytime soon. I won't be going back.

One of the best breakfast I ever had in hcm. Clean and affordable room, will definitely come again.

This Place is not finished yet. 2016/11/12 we got an upgrade due to this fact into a suite and it was great, even the fridge/freezer wasn't cooling and the gym was not ready, this place rocks! Because why? The staff is doing an extraordinary job, they are super friendly and very professional at the same time. It is very clean and the room service quick. The rooftop with an incredible pool and jacuzzi offers an infinitive view on the city and its landmarks. The bar at the top is not finished. But can't wait to be back and enjoy the finished hotel. The gym located at the 12 floor offers an awesome view, unfortunately not finished till end of December 2016. We loved the breakfast and the location is great. You'll find a quiet hotel with a view on the park.
