My husband and I had a great stay at Lotte Saigon! We had a clean, spacious room with a beautiful view of the river which was very relaxing watching the boats sail by. Breakfast was great with many selections. Most of all the helpful, friendly and courteous staff. Many thanks to Xuan My the guest relations manager who made us feel welcome and ready to assist us in any way she can. I will surely recommend Lotte Saigon hotel to our friends when visiting HCM. We will surely come back as well.

Bad service, the reception dept had a bad attitude, the handling of customer complaints is also not satisfactory. Definately I will never come back. Absolutely not worthy of a 5-star hotel.

We are so pleased to tell you we are so happy with our stay here @ the Lotte hotel. Everybody was so kind and accommodating to help us. Breakfast was yummy and delicious.
