I arrived early and got an early check-in offer. The free mini bar is tasty and just enough for the day's need of water thing. Have chance to taste two breakfast and I must appreciate the change in menu.
Highly recommend for business travel.

Very small rooms no windows do not recommend bronx type badly communicated area. Buffet breakfast with very few things the best the attic pool. Scarce food to be a 4 star hotel. The bathrobes were dirty.

Very clean and accommodating. The free fridge bar was most welcoming after the journey here. Staff were friendly and explained everything upon arrival. Let you know more tomorrow.

Central location in District 1 — rooms are small but very clean. Facilities are good with rooftop pool and gym. I really enjoyed by stay here! Would recommend to my family and friends. Do consider enjoying a light meal with cocktails or beer at the rooftop bar! Great views of the city!

Well I found no negative comment in this hotel. For us. Its clean especially the room and the stuffs are all clean. The staffs when we checked in coz its our tour travel "Orange Tour and Travel" who booked for us were so courteous and accomodating. In the dining staffs are also nice. The choices of food are all yummy. Everyday the room waa cleaned and stuffs are all provided. The little bar in the ref are all free and first time we encountered it. Everyday they replaced what's inside in it. Even in our country no free of drinks and in other countries we travelled. Only in The Bay Hotel. What is free only are coffee and tea. That's all. It"s our 5th day now and tomorrow were going to check out. We advised already the front desk of our check out tomorrow. To sum it up, no words to say but thank you to thr management, to the staffs and personnel of the hotel. Looking forward to our coming back with our family and friends. Good and more power!

The staff here were all first class, my only complaint was with the company who I'd booked the hotel with, they charged me the breakfast rate, but reservation was room only, not the hotels fault, nice roof top pool, and very clean.

I booked this hotel specially for the view and what was the surprise when I got in to the room?
No window!
It's a shame. When I told the reception about it, they told me it's because I booked a superior and not a deluxe room.
I booked the room online, never saw the "no view" option.
I had to insist and argue to change my room, finally they got me one for only 1 night.
Another thing that bothered me is that the day of the check-out, as my plane was at night I asked them to keep my luggages in the luggages room.
They never put them in the luggages room, they where all day long in the lobby. That's not correct! Even some guests told me about it and where surprised about it.
So Bay Hotel Ho Chi Minh is a great hotel when you have a window in your room but I can't say much positive things.
