This is a budget hotel. Set your expectations as such. Paid ₫300k per night for a double room and had an enjoyable stay. Been travelling SE Asia for 3 months and this was one of the best rooms at this price range we've stayed in. Location is amazing, loads of places to eat nearby for all budgets and close enough to the nightlife for convenience but far enough to not hear it. There are 2 K — Circle supermarkets across the road and a HSBC bank with atms within a 5 minute walk (isn't on Google maps but is by the nearest KFC). Most attractions are within a 15 minute walk, you can easily get a Grab to the further ones for around ₫30k — 40k. Room itself was small, bed was a good size but not the best mattress, still got pretty good rest on it. Room came with a fridge freezer, hairdryer and wardrobe which were handy. Bathroom was small, shower got really hot and had good pressure. Didn't have too much interaction with the staff, but they all seemed nice and spoke to us as we came and went. Rooms were cleaned regularly and were given loads of bathroom supplies. Only complaint was that the doorframe of the bathroom had rotted through causing quite a big hole which a cockroach crawled through. We plugged the hole ourselves and didn't have any further problems. Bathroom could of done with a lick of paint and some new tiles but nothing serious.
