SPA do not advise. You'll be very disappointed. Otherwise the hotel is super, good location, delicious food in the restaurant, the rooms are in excellent condition.

Stayed in two rooms with one being slightly better dated than the other. Clean friendly quiet with good breakfast and very helpful staff as is the case thru out Vietnam. Close to park, night market and at Least one mall. Good area and use of GRAB app lets you travel quickly easily and cheaply around the city. Loved my stay in Hanoi.

A perfect gem close to the vibrant heart of Hanoi. Staff helpful and speak good English (better than my Vietnamese). Highly recommended.

Hello world! One of the best hotels in Hanoi. Hotel Opera, Cat. Belongs to the international group of Hotels. Location, great city center. The central lake is only 5 minutes on foot. All in a row. The service is good. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a swimming pool and so on. The rooms are clean and beautiful, in the interior of the opera. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Recommended).

A beautiful hotel in the very center of Hanoi, close to Hoan Kiem Lake. The hotel is in the historical building full of character. Rooms are very stylish, with lots of “theatrical elements” and great beds. Breakfast buffet may look small at first — until you realize that there is an a-la carte menu (included) on top of buffet selection. All in all, my favorite place in Hanoi. There is also a fantastic Pizza 4P place almost right across from the hotel — all you need got a great dinner.

First night, it was so noisy almost couldn't sleep however except from that night the rest of stay was very good. Breakfast was amazing … Pretty good food and plenty of fruits. Service and staff are well trained and very good, helpful and proactive.

23 people in the first floor dining room, forget 1 people's steak, no one of the service staff found that the next person eat before serving, feel very bad.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, decent bar and breakfast. Only complaint is the shower tends to leak on the floor but extra towles take care of that.

Very well placed. Excellent breakfast with a huge choice for all nationalities including gluten-free and with possibility to order a la carte. Very spacious rooms with desk and bed incredibly comfortable. We were in "deluxe" room, I do not know how are the "standard" rooms. Good Wi-Fi except in the 5th.

Highly recommend this hotel. Beautiful rooms, great food, and the amenities are awesome. The pool was comfortable with an outdoor porch above the street. The gym was clean with everything I needed. The breakfast buffet was comprehensive and everything tasted great. The location was a big deal to us and we were able to walk around the lake every night. We had a great time!

We have only good experiences in our stay here. This hotel is full service with outstanding staff. Clean, efficient and very high quality best describe the general level of services, including food & beverage. This hotel is a very fine introduction for us to Vietnam, and in a superb location, this venue is great value for your money.

Nice hotel well located. Just don’t like the room facing the dark courtyard with black ceiling… be aware.

Hotel very well located in the French quarter, spacious and clean rooms, friendly and available staff, many attentions for members of the Club Accor and nice pool under a canopy with terrace on the 3rd floor (although it is a bit cold).

The environment is very elegant and romantic. The meal is delicious. With pumpkin soup green sauce Garlic Crisp bread is very fragrant, pumpkin soup is really, no extra milk flavor. Fish Steak is fair, pork chops are more astringent.

Located in the French quarter and only a short walk to the big lake and the old quarter. Friendly and helpful staff. Great buffet breakfast with a combination of western and asian foods available including eggs cooked to your liking while you wait. A la carte menu also available. Small heated pool and gym facilities located on the same floor as the beauty/massage centre.

I don't often rate bad places, I just carry on with my life. But for this price and the title of a 5 stars hotel I have to tell you that's not worth it. The room with a patio view are not calm, the sound is amplified and can wake you up. The toilets smell bad. And the beds are not for 2 people. What I mean by this is that if your partner move, even a little, the whole bed will shake and you will feel it. The breakfast and the staff was good and nice, but apart from this you should try other hotel, even cheaper. For the same price you can have a big room with a bathtub north from here. Sorry Hotel de l'Opera, step up your game.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, only issue was poor Wi-Fi. But everything else is perfect.

Lovely hotel with very high quality rooms. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in. No noise from the busy road below. Dinner and breakfast was very good. Staff are very friendly.

I lost my mobile phone in front of elevator nearby the lobby of the reception, and the housekeeper in the hotel still kept it for me. Great Vietnamese, Great hotel people.

My husband and I really love this hotel. It's clean, comfortable, and friendly. It's located in a fabulous part of the city.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Highly professional staff, very friendly. Priced just right for staying more than a couple nights. Nice sized rooms, updated throughout. Slept great, not too noisy. Great pool to relax by. Breakfast in the mornings were very good. Bonus: included in the stay! Saving more money already. Nice location as I am an avid museum visitor. All and all thumbs up!
