Rooms very nicely decorated, small but cosy. Had a great time staff friendly and helpful. Close to centre of city. Loved it.

Good looking hotel. But the rooms are not well designed. Makes it seem you are in a prison cell but with nice amenities in the room. No sunlight, no windows. Staff needs to be friendlier.

Centralised location. Able to walk. Almost everywhere you need to go. Good service. Friendly staff. Nice rooms too.

Clean, courteous, they tuttl what you need. Good breakfast, central location pero a nice casino in Hanoi the rooms are sponsored accurate don't feel anything.

Price is okay for location. Toilet is not up to standard unfortunately. The balcony is nice, bed is fine, cleanliness is good. Service is excellent! Overall not bad.

Room was beautiful, spacious, heater was good during winter, staff and manager was great Only thing is the sound proofing so much noise banging on the fifth floor.

We had the biggest room. The honeymoon room of more than 40m2. There's a balcony with table and chairs and a super view of the Old Quarters (it's from the 8th floor). Great place for a rest, conversation and a bottle of wine. Then to bed…

Most beautiful room I've had. The bathroom is gorgeous and has strong water pressure. However you need to be careful because it gets hot VERY fast and can burn you! I know it sounds like common sense but I burned myself washing my hands and my friend got burned taking a shower. Also strangely you run out of hot water quickly and end up taking the rest of your shower in the cold. Otherwise, it was great very hospitable/professional staff. Would recommend.

Staff friendly and good breakfast. It is 10 minutes from the best place in Hoan Kiem! (Vietnam hanoi hoan kiem) for Hanoi tourists arriving on Saturday and Sunday on Friday. It is a place to recommend to friends.

Staff are friendly, speak english well and are honest. They really took care of me as a single traveller. I would recommend this hotel to most travellers seeking a price friendly clean and organized hotel. The renovation work is completed and it's up to quality standards.

This is the Hotel where I stay in Hanoi. Excellent quality / price ratio. Great breakfast buffet. Excellent staff. Hotel clean and in the old quarter. Close to everything. The rooms are large clean and well-lit. I love it!

The Hanoi Amazing Hotel is the very same as Hanoi Graceful Hotel. The Hotel is currently under construction as they are renewing all rooms. We got one of the already renovated rooms and it was great. Very clean, nice bathroom with the best shower we ever had in Vietnam and a comfortable bed. There is also a safe in the room which is always good to store the passport. The staff is lovely and more than helpfull. They will help you to get to know the most important things in Vietnam, for example how to safely cross a street. For those that are first timers in this country, this kind of service is great. Further more they will help you simply with everything if you have a question. We would definetly come back here.

Probably stayed at over a dozen hotels in vietnam around this price range and would easily say it ranks as one of the best. we had the room with a balcony overlooking the main street. The rooms are very clean, comfortable bed, enclosed shower and safe provided. Great service and helpful staff. complementary breakfast downstairs was also nice. Standard american fare, with some vietnamese as well as an assortment of fresh fruits. Great value. Highly recomend, if your looking for something near the old quarter.
