Supposedly new, it provides good service with pleasant rooms and an adequate breakfast. Expensive for what you get. No pool.

Comfortable hotel, with a nice rooftop restaurant overlooking the lake. Near the old quarter, but far away enough from the traffic and noise.

Good location, decent restaurant and limited lake view up top. My room was clean but REEKED of ammonia. I had to open every window and turn on every fan to survive. Staff was nice and helpful.

Hotel is just next to Hoan Kiem Lake and the room is good. In its nearby, there are many great restaurants. And it only takes 10 minutes by walk to beer street. I would recommend the tourists to stay here.

Pretty average hotel, some staff are ok, sometimes rude, not the cleanest, water pressure and temperature quite bad, either too hot or lukewarm, the toilet blocked once, service is very average, housekeeping is very rushed and not well kept. DO NOT go to the massage place on level one. They try to scam you by discounting the price then demanding a very large tip, more than the massage, the facilities are terrible they only have chairs no beds, so can only do foot massages. The only good thing about the hotel was when booking tours. Alex was helpful in booking tours and cruises to Ha Long Bay, the prices were very competitive. He was really helpful and really nice.

We stayed at Authentic Hanoi Hotel on last month, the location of this hotel very convernience for traveling and corporate. Hotel near by Hoan Kiem Lake and Hanoi Old Quater also staff very friendly and good breakfast.

Nice deaign hotel. Staffs a bit cold and lazy. Should get more train about behave as not everyone gonna give tipping to such a cold faces.

The hotel is nice for a short stay, if you don't need a lot of luxury. Near the lake, but in the middle of noisy traffic and nighttime music on the streets. Food was okay.

Hotel is extremely conveniently placed, within walking distance to most of the popular spots in Old Quarter. Amenities are modest, but you'll have all the essentials. Free Wi-Fi, and I was able to reach speeds of 3Mbps both times I stayed. Breakfast buffet is good, but not a lot of food choices. There's a gym and a restaurant with panoramic view of the city. They also have HBO, so I managed to catch an episode of Game of Thrones at the same time as the US airing. Protip: watch out in the showers, both the rooms I ended up in had issues with the sealant at the edges of the glass shower walls and water leaked through pretty badly.
