Experienced a terrible service at this resort, they claim they are 4 stars resort and spa but I believe they are not worth even one star. I called the staff to ask for Wi-Fi password, the receptionist said she doesnt know how to deal with this and blame on the technician. I called and ask for Room menu, she said there is no room menu, and she gave me the kitchen number if I wanna order any food. Dont spend a single dollar at this hotel. T.
