An excellent choice to get away from busy Saigon with 3.5 hour train! We had a great experience throughout the stay! Love the spa and the pool bar! We’ll be back soon.

Service good, nice and clean room, spa.

We felt very comfortable. The complex is very nice, quiet and well maintained. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
We spent 6 days here to finish our trip through Vietnam. The breakfast buffet offers a lot of choice and everything is very fresh and delicious! Everywhere it is very clean, modern and not so overloaded. A great place to unwind.

This is a beautiful hotel. The staff are very friendly and asked us if they could call us something friendlier than Mr and Mrs. The hotel is on the beach, its white sand is very clean. I love it here.

Staff are really friendly nothing is too much trouble. They all took the time to ask our name and remember it making our stay so much more personal. Hotel is right on the beach which is very clean.

Great hotel to enjoy mui ne. Everything was good including breakfast, swimming pool, room condition, bathroom, and friendly staff.

Overall hotel quality is good. However, if you are expecting 5 star staffs, this is not the perfect place. I requested knives, folks, and dishes and waited for an hour. I called guest service for the first place and they told me to wait. 30 mins passed and I called again and they asked me to dial restaurant. I called restaurant but they did not answer. So I called reception and they told me to call restaurant again. Anyhow I got what I asked for after an hour but the service overall was very disappointing. I really enjoyed staying here but bit disappointing.

It's a great hotel. Not cheap, but it's worth it. Huge numbers. The view is great at sea. The restaurant is gorgeous. Well, you probably can't write about the friendliness of the staff. It's all right here. If there's a penny, you've got to come here. Don't regret it.

Super Nice hotel with a really great and well kept resort, in my opinion one of the most beautiful hotels in town! We were greeted very friendly and felt really welcome throughout the stay! The rooms were large and kept with dark wood plain and noble (which unfortunately also liked the mosquitoes very well). Minibar and TV (unfortunately without German channels). The restaurant was great and the international breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired, as well as direct beach proximity, pool with pool bar, in the direct vicinity there were also many restaurants, shopping and bars (with food and drinks at reasonable prices), in Hotel was also able to book various excursions… Recommended! We would come back!

Very nice hotel in our view the most beautiful hotel in the area. We had a pool villa near the beach-NR 535. The rooms are very spacious and nicely decorated. Something we didn't like so much and that there was virtually no privacy in the villa — garden, it's called from the outside, speaking neighbors or even from pool facilities every sight in our garden had. There were few little things that could not happen in the 5 star hotel, but nevertheless we spent very nice days here. Staff earned here 6 stars we booked half board and were very happy with it. The beach is very good for long walks, but you have to say that it is very dirty. If someone wants to have some rest on the beach it will be very disappointed — hotel next to the whole day until the night only party and disco music. Despite some negative points I can recommend Anantara and should I be close again I will gladly choose it again.

Sophisticated resort along a rather unattractive tourist mile. The villas are beautifully decorated, the service courteous and friendly, the kitchen OK, the beach so La La, the value for money for Vietnam just still acceptable. Unfortunately, the resort is located in the immediate vicinity of a hotel, from which, from the morning until the night, there is noise of the ball-man music. The resort would have earned 5 stars, but only 3.

Every single minute of our stay has been exceptional. We have been so well cared for by the beautiful staff and the setting, room, food, facilites are all 5 star and beyond. We will look forward to returning. Thankyou so very much.

Very peaceful garden meandering around the ground of the hotel making the hotel feel like a private retreat. Wonderful, tasty breakfast buffet. Very friendly and helpful hotel staffs.

One of a few 5 star resort in Phan Thiet, the resort has a big buiding but less bungalow. However bungalows have a private area with gate which suitable for groups of people. The resort is next to a way from street to the beach for public so the area is not clean.

Lovely relaxing place! We came off season so was very quiet! Maybe not to everyone's liking being so quiet.

All things are good but the soundproof ability is not good. I can hear the Voice from the outside.

Amazing place for holiday.

From having a 5 hour drive from Saigon, to arrive and be greeted with a head, neck and shoulder massage was bliss. The rooms, pool, garden and restaurants are beautifully maintained. And the staff where do I begin, the managers spend time to speak to guests. Pool staff are there to great you, set up sunbeds, serve you drinks. Reception staff are very helpful with any enquiries. Restaurant staff again greet you, assist with you choosing where to sit. Special mentions to the staff that made my holiday memorable are to Tin, Bich, Lam, Trung.

Definitely the best resort hotel in the area! Beautiful pool, great ambience, reliable & very friendly staff, extremely attentive staff and service at breakfast & pool-bar. The best breakfast buffet variety I saw so far at 5 Star-Hotels. The Best Honey-Moon ever…

Really good rooms, great and friendly team in all departments and really good food. Best hotel in the area. Location is good for kitesurfing. Recommend manta sailing for lasers.

Gorgeous property in an otherwise so-so town. The restaurants are a bit expensive, but nice. Make sure you take advantage of the happy hour service on the deck down by the beach!

Beautiful hotel and one of the best in the area!

We stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks and absolutely loved it. The location is perfect for beach walks and there are many windsurfing schools nearby. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a large selection of fresh fruit as well as more traditional local and western dishes. We stayed in a house with a swimming pool and loved having our own area to relax. The main swimming pool is large, but make sure you reserve your loungers early. Many of the guests leave their towels on the loungers and often by 9am all the loungers would be occupied. Its very easy to walk out the front entrance and find hundreds of restaurants and street vendors which is great for evening time. Overall a great stay.

Very nice hotel. Pool villas (425) very quiet and spacious. Something dark and a bit in the years come. Staff is very trouble, but little English. Happy hour at the wrong time in the restaurant, (20.00-22.00) at the same time with dinner. Before the meal would be better, then more people to eat would remain and not in the surrounding (for the part) good restaurants move.

Phan Thiet is a Russian enclave, and will go under sooner or later in the garbage and the arrogance of this package travellers. What a pity!

Amazing, the best hotel I ever been and I've been in several, the staff very friendly and the attention to detail is exquisite. It is a quiet place in front of a beautiful beach and the rooms spectacular. Highly recommended.

Highly satisfied. Stayed for 2 nights and everyone is very friendly and helpful. View is wonderful. Beach and sand is clean. Pool is very nice. There's a lot of tree and garden around. It was very relaxing experience staying here.

It was my best experience of traveling. Sunshine and wonderful view around the resort, I really enjoy the vocation. everyone is kind and always with smile. Stay there, not only relax, also let me have a chance to clean my thought. especially, their service is excellent! I left my passport and money at the resort, and back HCMC to catch flight. It is hard to believe they help me find them and send to me for free charge. I really appreciate for their help. next time go Mui Ne, I will chose it again. If anyone is planning to have a wonderful vacation experience, highly recommend it for first choice.

Hotel impresses with its beautiful swimming pool surrounded by coconut palms and direct view and access to the beach and sea. Also the plant itself is beautifully designed, very modern and the rooms are very clean and big. The service was excellent from the check-in (including massage! ) up to the departure. The location is perfect, within walking distance are many nice restaurants and also the local doctor is close. We were glad to have chosen this hotel. Of course, not every other hotel we inspected just, but solely by by strolling through the village, we have gained the impression, to have the most beautiful hotel.
