Quaint resort at a modic price with large rooms and two pools. There was no access to the beach when I was there (low/rainy season) as it had been completely eroded by the waves.

We stayed for 2days. swimming pools are good to enjoy swimming. breakfast was so nice. There were lots of options. Boke street is very near from hotel.

I decided to stay this hotel cuz a couple of people highly have recommended to enjoy an amazing pool here and I was so excited about this. After checking in, my boyfriend and I had to relax in a room because of heavy rain. When I lay on the bed, I found some blood stain on a pillow, sheet and it made me feel super unpleasant. As soon as I show these pictures to a receptionist, she said “ what is your room number” Of course I know this terrible beding condition is not her fault, but she kept saying “I don’t know, wait in your room and we’re gonna change the sheet” without saying even sorry. Her unresponsible attitude made a whole day terrible. If a manager of this hotel read this comment, please more care to your staff’s kindness. I’m pretty sure it is not that hard to read some comments complaining staff’s attitude.

It has clean room and kind staffs. Also the breakfast was good. You can use swimming pool inside of there. and the problem was… my room's lights were too dark to doing something.

Nice pool with a great view. Hotel rooms are alright albeit a little too dark. Very good choice for a chill getaway.

Were there for a massage. Very cool.

Near many seafood restaurant, got its own bbq and grill buffet, big center across the street for spa and jacuzzi.

View is fantastic! A perfect place to chill. The service was so so. Not that fast and friendly. Food was just average.

Must be low season as the hotel is barely half full. That being said it is brilliant. The pool area is immaculate and the rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. The weather is great and the water is warm. All in all a good place.

When they pass us the room key never ask us to check, during the time we check out, then ask us to pay 70k for the penalty because room key is broken. Such a poor service and poor attitude from the receptionist!

Reasonably priced room rates with two different outdoor pools exclusive for the guests with bar and spa. Half of the rooms are across the street — still 2 mins walk from the beach, but quieter during the night with small forest ambient. A bit away from night-time busy sections in Mui Ne. Breakfast buffet is above average.

Average resort beach front area. Pay for access. Food is 5 out of 10.500.000 ₫ lunch for 4. Many loud, drunk tourists. Not suitable for small children. Caters to Russian tourists.

Absolutely beautiful. Amazing location and views. The grounds of this resort were beautiful, as were the TWO amazing pools. Rooms were beautiful (outdoor shower/vanity… didn't bother me but my girlfriend wasn't a huge fan), staff were lovely, and the breakfast… WOW. Will definitely stay again when we return to mui ne, thanks Lotus village resort.

Just read a Facebook post from a friend. Was going to book but after reading this never never … Book 3 nights at this disgrace of a resort. Stayed 2 and checked out.
There was many problems and the little things I passed off as nothing. Like no Wi-Fi for 2 days. Being charged to take water in from outside. Ordering food from the restaurant to be delivered 30meters away from the restaurant to my wife who is 8 months pregnant for them to charge a delivery fee.
I booked online and booked to check in at 10am. Then they sent me confirmation saying all is ok will cost 336$ for 3 days. Then when I arrived at 10 said we can't check in till 2pm or have to pay half a day extra. My wife being heavily pregnant I said we will pay it as we just travelled 250kl in a car to get there. Then after I heard the staff were rude to several customers thinking I don't understand when I clearly did. I decided time to leave this place. We checked out 10 mins past the checkout time and stage staff charged me for again a whole day. Then when I said I'm canceling my stay for tomorrow for the poor behavior of the staff and terrible Wi-Fi and customer service the reception staff was very rude. All in all they charged me 350$ for 2 nights in a room caved in the corner and no Wi-Fi with device. I have lived in Vietnam for 7 years and never had service this bad before. Many times a year we visit Mui ne to see friends and family. Very disappointed

The hotel is even nice. Clean and comfortable. It consists of two territories: near the sea and across the road. For the rest I recommend the territory across the road. There are pools everywhere. Cleaning and linen change every day. Breakfast with a wide choice of dishes. Vacation in the period November-December 2014. Those who write about mosquitoes and other inhabitants of these tourists vacation in Southeast Asia is contraindicated. Especially in Vietnam. On this coast I am the second time and ready to return again. All good luck)

The rooms are interesting and nice, two beautiful pools, beautiful grounds. Of the pros perhaps everything. On the map the hotel is 2 kilometers from the actual location. The room was very clean and the breakfast was good. No beach. There are flies and mosquitoes in the rooms. On the territory of the hotel lizards, frogs, flies, mosquitoes, rats. If you go to this hotel, it is better to take a room on the first line. The review touches the second part of the hotel across the road.
