Hotel El Emir Elemir

I wouldn’t recommend staying here. While the location is decent, access is through a narrow alley. Upon check-in, we were told there was no hot water, which was very inconvenient given the weather. Many previous reviews mention the same issue, and it seems unresolved. No complimentary water was provided, the room was very small and did not match the photos, and the bathroom was extremely cramped. The toilet flush was clogged, and we somehow managed it. We couldn’t wait to check out.

Worst experience of the whole country so far. I made a reservation and received confirmation for a large family sized room but upon arrival, we were given a small room and told the same price until we complained, then they gave us about $3.00 discount. These comforter on the bed had stains from somebody else's bodily fluids, 🤮🙀 and the air conditioner leaked water so much that we had to put a garbage can under it to capture the water. I emptied it three times throughout the night, so we didn't wake up pool on our floor.
We complained to booking. Com where we made the reservation and the hotel actually had the nerve to say we never stayed there and that we were a no show, which would mean we got double charged since we paid in cash upon arrival.
They called and left us a message saying, "yes, we made a mistake, and you made a mistake, " but our only mistake was choosing to stay at this place.
When we asked for the included breakfast, we were told, "No breakfast for you, not included. "
Im the voice mail message they left us, they said, "we tried to find you to give you breakfast, but you had already left. "
We have videos of the air conditioner, leaking, profusely, and filling the garbage can as well. There's a video of us leaving the room that was clearly just slept in.
Do we also have a video of the very black, scary alleyways that go to the hotel that smelled like sewer.
And even with that, they claim that we never stayed there and were a no-show.
