Had a lovely time here with my brother — breakfast is as good as everyone says, location could not be improved upon. Beds are comfortable, rooms are clean, plenty of hot water and good Wi-Fi. Felt incredibly safe and comfortable nestled in this little gem!
Fantastic hotel, main highlights being the location and the hosts. It is walking distance to all the main sights of Samarkand, and for those that don’t want to walk it is a very cheap taxi ride. The family were extremely friendly and welcoming. One afternoon when we were sitting in the courtyard the son even brought us some tea!
The room has all you need. The shower is nicely decorated. The hotel provides an Uzbek breakfast in the morning, and they make an effort to make it as healthy as possible; a lot of fresh fruit and Uzbek bread.

Stayed here in early Dec 2025. I love the breakfast, I love the big room, and most importantly, I love how attentive and accommodating the hosts were. My room was on the top floor, and I didn't need to worry with my heavy luggage as the host helped with it. I arrived quite early than the check-in time, but the host instantly brought me to the room and provided refreshment, which was really appreciated! The medovik that was served during breakfast, was the best I've ever had! Breakfast was the time when we got to know other guests too. Location was also good. The only downside was my room was quite warm haha. Writing this reminds me of the warm smile of the wife of the guesthouse's owner, I regretted not taking a photo with both of them. I wish you guys well :)
