The hotel is very well catered for by the staff. The building design and the rooms are very modern: wheelchair access. The cleaning service is very good. The restaurant is excellent. The location is strategically located in the center of Montevideo. Recommended.

Great location, room was superb, good eating nearby and most site-seeing is within walking distance. Ines at reception was a gem and gave me the best advice on what to try and where to go. Not disappointed!

Very comfortable, clean, well catered. The neighborhood is somewhat unsafe, although it is a central point very close to the important tourist places of MVDO.

The room was clean and the breakfast was very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were very clean and the staff were very polite and the breakfast was very small. We were never told in which areas there were security cameras and we were told that parking a block away from the hotel there was no problem. They disunderstood and did not even collaborate to call somewhere to change the glass. All right, anyway.

We didn't stay at this hotel but had an Issue with our reservation with the hostel we were supposed to stay at, it was past midnight and we just had arrived in Montevideo and no body could help us, we stopped by this hotel to ask for availability and they were all booked but RODRIGO at the front desk was beyond our expectations, my boyfriend had lost his phone and tried to call the taxi site to find it and he made a couple of phone calls to different places to see if they had any room available, he helped us out to find a place to crash the night, his empathy and genuine interest to provide us service regardless not being guests of this hotel made the difference, you should be happy and honored to have the best customer service with him.

The best hotel in Montevideo without doubts… price and quality… better q several 5-star.

The hotel was simple, but surpricingly nice. Service at front desk was also good. Breakfast was as expected. Only negative was that the windows wasnt very good isolated, which made it a bit difficult to sleep in the morning, with traffic and construction ourside the window.

Very nice and modern hotel.

I am sure it used to be a nice and modern hotel. But I am not so sure it still is. Beside it's nice interior design it partially looks shaby and not very well maintained. And be aware that opposite the hotel they started to rise a skyscraper — it is incredibly noisy even on 9th floor.

Nice hotel close to the old town. Awesome staff, funny bartender and solid view on the terrace, open for all guests.

This by far one of coolest and best places we stayed at in Uruguay, the staff are very friendly and so helpful, this place is kept very clean, and one many great things about it is, that it's in an old neighborhood, and in walking distance to lots of amazing sites, shopping, restaurants, night life, this is the best place to be if you really want to take in the the true culture of the old city, plus with a good amount of modern convinces. We are planing our next trip to Uruguay, and this is going to our first stop.

We had a room with balcony on the 10th Floor, wonderful view and sunshine, nice staf at the reception and constantly good music with breakfast!
