Clean, comfortable, very good care.

I was a long time ago for work (only one night). Well, nothing protruding. The parking was paid separately (and it influenced a lot in the final amount). Very good location. Easy to get to.

Great rooms, comfortable beds The food is not very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good view.

Very good breakfast buffet that is not included in the value of the room nor the parking. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Extra pillows and towels are missing.

Not sure if it's a three star, it's more a 2 star, very few services and lacks some basic stuff, like a frigobar. But the prices are ok for what you get, clean, nice bed, nice shower.

Very pro staff and ibis well located by the sea on the rambla.

The hotel is OK, but the staff at the front desk was very helpful in getting us transportation to Puerto San Antonio (due to last minute changes by NCL that switch embarkation port from Valparaiso to Puerto San Antonio)

Premium location, but a big building is being constructed just in front of it, blocking view and making lots of noise.

I found reasonable the price very nice, but ultimately if also not very big. If a 5 * expected you have to just go somewhere else and pay n few peso more.

Cheap to stay, but their is no water on the room.

Very simple place, clean and small. The breakfast is very disappointing. Basically it's just to have a coffee and a piece of bread or a fruit. Not the usual banquet that some hotels have. Moreover, only hot air conditioning is available. So, if you're sweating (like me when I was there), then you open the window and hope for the best. The room also doesn't have a fridge in the standard option. There's a supermarket right next to it and the location is indeed great.

The breakfast is very good. A bit far to want to go to the centre to walk. For the rest a good ibis!

The rooms are ugly. Wi-Fi Internet is slow. As not kitchen had ordered a hot sandwich, when I went to look for it (don't bring it you room) you had forgotten to prepare. The food is very bad. The TV in the room was not working.

It is an example of my own country hotel. Uruguay is one of ls so many hotels q have excellent in my country.

You could improve the food, the rest ok.

Perhaps a good hotel for local standards, and there's nothing wrong with it, but I wish I had chosen wiser. Also: terrible food.
