We’ve just come back from the most gorgeous two-night stay at Schloss Roxburghe Spa in Kelso and I honestly can’t recommend it enough.
From the moment we arrived, the experience felt special.

Great Hotel and staff. Attention to detail 1st class. Evening meal was excellent too. Disappointed by a buffet breakfast and also not very good.

Absolutely delicious Sunday carvery. So tasty & brilliant value for money. Very friendly staff, quick service. What’s not to like?!

I was in the area and my friend suggested that we go for lunch together. The parking is quite limited and on a busy day I would imagine it’d be difficult to get parked.

They opened a week ago under new management. We went here for dinner. It was very good and a lot! In a nice community. Service was great, food was great and the atmosphere was great.

Beautiful place to stay, very clean massive bed with beautiful bedding for a great night's sleep. Off street parking and own entrance to the room.

A beautiful setting next to the river Tweed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Our room was very comfortable with plenty of room for us and the dog.

A return visit by a group of ladies who were there for a dog agility competition at Kelso.
Fab scenic location, clean, relaxing, warm and very comfortable.

Had a lovely relaxing weekend at the Philipburn Hotel.
Very quiet & peaceful, only the sound of sheep & birdsong in the mornings. Rooms were spacious & had everything we needed.

A fabulous countryside setting with an iconic building. Comfortable rooms with all necessary facilities, albeit a little warm.

4 of us stayed overnight at this hotel. Hotel staff Salim, Karolina, William and all the staff where very welcoming and made our overnight stay at the hotel with our 2 disabled room mates.

On arrival at the Peebles Hydro, Nichola was very helpful guiding us through the check-in process. We had requested a front-facing room and it was lovely, very clean and tidy.

Everything about the Peebles Hydro is worthy of a 5 Star rating.
The Spa, the activities, great swimming pool and the gin tasting was exceptional.

Fabulous lodge with hot tub and sauna in the veranda.

Had a family holiday. Lodge lovely and well equipped. Red squirrels seen just outside.

What a brilliant place to escape to this beautiful cottage with everything you could possibly need.

Wow! What an absolutely stunning cottage and grounds. We have had the best short break with our 2 doodles and we cannot thank our hosts enough for a beautiful retreat into the country (sorely needed).
