Peebles Hotels

I came here for a one night solo getaway and it was lovely. I booked over the phone and asked for a room at the back for peace and quiet.

Had a lovely tea/coffee break in the relaxing lounge this morning. We had a toasted teacake and a warmed fruit scone, with jam and clotted cream. It was delicious 😋 and we would return.

Dinner for 3 in the Conservatory. The food was simply delightful, wonderful flavour and presentation making the very best of local provenance. Very friendly and attentive staff.

Called in on a Saturday afternoon for a quick drink but ended up having a bite to eat.
Busy with locals and visitors, it’s so nice to see a pub thriving in these testing times.

We had a lovely meal. Food was excellent as was the service. One of our friends had the steak pie and he said it was the best he had tasted. Would go back if we are in Peebles again.

So glad you guys from The Kinleith have taken over the Neidpath. The food was excellent, staff nice and friendly and nice atmosphere. We have been a few times already.

It’s so lovely to stay at this great hotel again after giving it a miss for a few years after the prices went through the roof and they made a pig’s ear of the decor.

We recently enjoyed a stay at The Park and really enjoyed our break.
All staff were friendly and helpful. One staff member Susan, a part of the housekeeping staff, was very efficient and so helpful.

Fantastic place. Accomodation had everything needed and some nice welcome food. Clean property and the hosts were super friendly, kind and helpful (I could have stood chatting all day!

Beautiful cottages very quiet but close enough to local shops, pubs, restaurants. Hosts are very welcoming and more than happy to help with anything.

Fabulous meal. Highly recommend!
I had the chicken paté as a starter and my husband had the creamy vegetable soup and then I had homemade steak pie that was so rich and flavoursome.

Great wee hotel. Bit dated but very clean. Food was great and the staff were all lovely. Very reasonable price with breakfast included. Room supplied with tea, coffee and biscuits.

A fabulous countryside setting with an iconic building. Comfortable rooms with all necessary facilities, albeit a little warm.

We had a lovely stay at Barony Castle! All the staff were so nice and helpful, thanks to Bethany especially!

Friendly welcoming service, great range of beers (lovely Pentland), excellent roast, lasagne and fish tacos.
More than happy to recommend! You will not be dissapointed.

Stayed B&B midweek, we stayed in room 5, a lovely room with bath & walk in shower, lots of space & an enormous comfortable bed.

Absolutely fantastic experience, 2nd time at this hotel and the staff cannot do enough to make your stay enjoyable. Nothing is too much.

4 of us stayed overnight at this hotel. Hotel staff Salim, Karolina, William and all the staff where very welcoming and made our overnight stay at the hotel with our 2 disabled room mates.

On arrival at the Peebles Hydro, Nichola was very helpful guiding us through the check-in process. We had requested a front-facing room and it was lovely, very clean and tidy.

Everything about the Peebles Hydro is worthy of a 5 Star rating.
The Spa, the activities, great swimming pool and the gin tasting was exceptional.

Starting with all the positives — the hotel is located in a stunning and picturesque part of the Scottish country side.

Had a great weekend stay at the Cringletie House. Grounds were beautiful and we really enjoyed getting out and exploring and playing the available games on the lawn.
