Scotland Hotels

Our large, spacious room had lovely views and was spotlessly clean. Our hosts were friendly and helpful and made our stay a "Home from Home".

This guest house is in a great location, Stephanie and Steven are so attentive and extremely personable as well as fun, our room had a wonderful view across the Glen and it was clean, and had

Incredibly friendly and helpful owners. Fantastic location with lots of cozy seats, and charming living spaces— lots of places to just “be” without needing to go out.

Had a wonderful 2 nights here. Rooms are spacious and spotless. The decor and comfort is fabulous. There is a well stocked honesty bar. The breakfast is excellent, with a great choice.

This was out first visit and will not be our last! Its such a friendly relaxing place — near enough the town centre but out of the hustle and bustle!

We had a perfect stay at Craigatin for the weekend to complete our two-week travels in Scotland.

6th July 2026: My friend James and I stayed at The Buccleuch Arms Hotel for one night during a motorbike trip, and from the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the incredible hospitality.

Absolutely fabulous hotel with outstanding hospitality and service offered on all levels. 100% Biker friendly but also catering for walkers and cyclists alike. The food was excellent and plentiful.

Absolutely lovely old country house hotel in its own attractive grounds. Very comfortable room with outlook towards the mountains.

I reserved a table for two for my wife's birthday lunch. We were welcomed most graciously and seated in the bar area and offered drinks.

Clean, functional, and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is absolutely breathtaking — truly beautiful.

Clean, good value accommodation.
Well organised.

Days Inn by Wyndham Lockerbie Annandale Water was one of the first hotels we stayed at during our road trip through Scotland, and it gave our journey a truly peaceful beginning.

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Decent price, room was a little well used in spots but the place is looked after so clean and fresh.

We had a lovely night in a comfy bed, nice bathroom and good outlook onto the high street. Staff are lovely, great location, free parking. The breakfast was really excellent! all for a great price!

Excellent location — just about everything you would want in Grantown is in walking distance. Anagach woods are just across the road, loads of eating places and the co-op also very handy.

Liked: Lovely well kept site. Shower and toilet block was clean and lovely hot and spacious showers.
Pool and hot tub was an added bonus.

Liked: Lovely quiet site. The staff were pleasant to deal with.
The food in the bistro was excellent and the cider went down well. Live entertainment on the Saturday night was good.

The staff are really friendly & offer such great service. The facilities include a large dining area with a separate bar / lounge to relax & unwind amongst other areas.

Prefect place for a pit stop / night halt. The rooms are decent and well equipped. Staff is warm and Friendly. The place has around 80-90 rooms. Good amount of car park available.

We had a wonderful stay at the Royal Highland Hotel in Inverness and would happily stay here again.
Our room was much larger than we expected, and the high ceilings made it feel even more spacious.

This well established and historic hotel is attached to Inverness railway station, which is why I chose so I was close to picking up my train the following day.

I had the pleasure of staying at this charming apartment and it exceeded all my expectations!

Stayed here a twice for a night passing through.

Great location! 2 minutes walk from bus station.

Hotel and facilities were excellent.
Brilliant location in centre of Inverness — 2 minutes from bus station, 3 minutes from train station.

A great value stay for the night. The room was clean and bathroom very well kept. The room felt quite new and had all the usual amenities; Hairdryer, Safe etc.

Apartment is so weird it's great, there are loads of random turns and hidden rooms that you just don't expect, and there's even stairs up to roof windows? in the bathroom?

Fabulous apartment — so originally laid out with lots of little nooks and crannies. Well equipped and very clean. Would highly recommend. Great location for exploring Inverness.

The Cookie Jar is, without a doubt, one of my top 10 favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed in.
From the moment we walked through the door, we were warmly welcomed by John, and that level of hospitality

This lovely boutique hotel is absolutely fabulous. It was a convent, and the wonderful owners have maintained the history and one room is actually original chapel.

We were so lucky to have stayed 2 nights as this is a fantastic hotel. The 3 best things are the Staff so friendly and professional. The Food superb. The Room with sea view and a bed so comfortable.

On arrival we received a very warm welcome and throughout our stay every staff member was friendly and provided great service. In particular Aiden who served us an excellent dinner and breakfast.

We just completed 2 nights stay at the ever so lovely Dalrachney Lodge. What a great stay, hated to leave. Very peaceful and beautiful surroundings.

My wife and I had a marvelous stay at this property. Our hosts Steve and Tracy were extremely attentive to our every need. Our room was wonderful and very modern. Our breakfast was lovely.

Thank you for a wonderful couple of days at Eddrachilles. We thoroughly enjoyed the cosy, romantic atmosphere of the beautiful building and the gardens overlooking badcall bay are stunning.

We stayed at the Eddracles many years ago and what a difference this time.
There is now a fabulous view (which was there before but blocked out by trees).

We recently had a one night stay,, absolutely recommend the Hotel is a very relaxing atmosphere, room was very comfortable and spotless. The food was first class good choices and cooked to perfection.

We stayed at Moffatt House to break up the journey on our way home from a holiday on Mull.
This beautiful place far exceeded our expectations.

Stayed 3 nights in 7m motorhome in May.
Loved this campsite.

We booked a pitch for our motorhome, the staff were very proffesional, the pitches were all laid out well lots of birds around. The shower block was excellent. Would happily recommend to anyone.

We had a fantastic family experience at Loch Insh Outdoor Centre!

We just went for the day, It was brilliant to reconnect with the warm friendly people of Loch Insh. They were so very generous with their time and energy.

Stayed in the Stag chalet with my wee dog. Everything that you need for a self catering break is provided. Fantastic powerful shower and really comfortable bed.

Travelling on my own, Broom loch chalets were perfect.

Can't recommend the cottages enough! As a family we're already starting to plan our next visit. So peaceful, spacious, clean and relaxing!

Enjoyed a 2 night stay. Lovely location, cabins well appointed, staff helpful and friendly.

My first smile was due to adequate parking to the rear of the Townhouse.
Was welcomed immediately and a brief description of the amenities was given.

Situated in beautiful Aberfeldy the hotel is stunning, tastefully decorated and modern. The restaurant is spacious and has a well stocked breakfast menu with specials every day.

Had a lovely stay here with my 82 year old mum. Beautiful setting, gorgeous rooms which are a great size with lovely decor.

We booked this accomodation on the strength of tripadvisor reviews and we weren't disappointed.

I booked to take my mum for a couple of days and when booking I asked for a ground floor room. This was because my mum can’t manage stairs.

Really nice restaurant just a few minutes walk from the middle of Pitlochry. Really nice rooms with king beds, and a lot of effort to care for all the details of what makes a place comfortable.

What a lovely place to stay. I loved the decor, our room had a bath and shower which were sparkling clean. David was very friendly and very witty.

David, the owner, greeted us on arrival. Our room was gorgeous and very large with a lovely view of the park across the street.

Great hotel in a great location. We stayed here for 1 night when visiting Nairn to play golf. Rooms were very spacious and spotless. Highlight for me was the bar.

The location of this guest house is phenomenal! Situated right on the boardwalk, it offers breathtaking views that make your stay even more memorable.

Lovely little hotel in Grantown-on-Spey — very near the Speyside walk path. Everything was thought out and immaculate.

The young couple who own this B&B is delightful. We enjoyed our two night stay in the Fraser room with a beautiful Mountain View. Breakfast was delicious and cooked to order.

One of the best hostels we've stayed at! All the staff are really friendly and helpful and the location is perfect if you're staying in Fort Augustus.

Only booked earlier in the afternoon so very last minute, but very impressed with all aspects.

Really lovely hostel — clean, safe, quiet in my four bed female dorm. Bathrooms and kitchen were actually enjoyable to use and there is a small lounge. No weird smells, no weird vibes!

This is the best hostel I’ve ever been. Nice staffs great vibe, nice location, good facilities. Even the people I meet here are all nice friendly and respectful.

I stayed in both a private room and a shared room at the beginning of February 2026.

We had a private room. Twin beds. Couldn't grumble at all. Everything was spotless. Room, bedding, showers, toilets. Whoever is running this hostel is really on the ball.

Good coffee. Great local fresh food. Friendly service. Huge portions. I had the fish cakes with chips and salad. Delicious and most welcome after cycling the coastal road.

Lovely lunch! We had tempura prawns with salad and the veg balti pie. Both were very tasty and accompanied by a nicely varied salad.

Great location. Nice helpful people. Room was clean and quiet.

It's a hostel. Unbeatable location and views. Value quite good. Was quiet and private room with ensuite bath were spacious.
