Incredibly friendly and helpful owners. Fantastic location with lots of cozy seats, and charming living spaces— lots of places to just “be” without needing to go out.

Had a wonderful 2 nights here. Rooms are spacious and spotless. The decor and comfort is fabulous. There is a well stocked honesty bar. The breakfast is excellent, with a great choice.

This was out first visit and will not be our last! Its such a friendly relaxing place — near enough the town centre but out of the hustle and bustle!

We had a perfect stay at Craigatin for the weekend to complete our two-week travels in Scotland.

6th July 2026: My friend James and I stayed at The Buccleuch Arms Hotel for one night during a motorbike trip, and from the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the incredible hospitality.

Absolutely fabulous hotel with outstanding hospitality and service offered on all levels. 100% Biker friendly but also catering for walkers and cyclists alike. The food was excellent and plentiful.

Absolutely lovely old country house hotel in its own attractive grounds. Very comfortable room with outlook towards the mountains.

I reserved a table for two for my wife's birthday lunch. We were welcomed most graciously and seated in the bar area and offered drinks.

The Cookie Jar is, without a doubt, one of my top 10 favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed in.
From the moment we walked through the door, we were warmly welcomed by John, and that level of hospitality

This lovely boutique hotel is absolutely fabulous. It was a convent, and the wonderful owners have maintained the history and one room is actually original chapel.

We were so lucky to have stayed 2 nights as this is a fantastic hotel. The 3 best things are the Staff so friendly and professional. The Food superb. The Room with sea view and a bed so comfortable.

On arrival we received a very warm welcome and throughout our stay every staff member was friendly and provided great service. In particular Aiden who served us an excellent dinner and breakfast.

We just completed 2 nights stay at the ever so lovely Dalrachney Lodge. What a great stay, hated to leave. Very peaceful and beautiful surroundings.

Thank you for a wonderful couple of days at Eddrachilles. We thoroughly enjoyed the cosy, romantic atmosphere of the beautiful building and the gardens overlooking badcall bay are stunning.

We stayed at the Eddracles many years ago and what a difference this time.
There is now a fabulous view (which was there before but blocked out by trees).

We recently had a one night stay,, absolutely recommend the Hotel is a very relaxing atmosphere, room was very comfortable and spotless. The food was first class good choices and cooked to perfection.

We stayed at Moffatt House to break up the journey on our way home from a holiday on Mull.
This beautiful place far exceeded our expectations.

Lovely hotel located on the stunning Loch Earn. Food was excellent and we enjoyed the pairing wines, there is also a bar with a good selection. The rooms were large, well equipped and comfortable.

First impressions were disappointing as the decor was dull and the bar very dark. We got the last room at the back which was very small with a view of a wall.

My friend and I booked a twin room plus my little dog for our weekend at Scone Horse Trials and Sunbank House Hotel was ideally situated for this stay.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in this charmingly updated B&B style hotel. The lovely setting provided a beautiful backdrop for family photos.

Lisa, Tracey and the team made our wedding unforgettable. A fantastic few days with the best team around us. Location, food and hosting is 10/10!

The Del Amitri restaurant at the Powfoot is a little gem. Tucked away on the shores of the Solway it affords fantastic views across the firth to the Cumbrian hills and Silloth.

After being in the Outer Hebrides staying in very good self catering accommodation we decided to spoil ourselves for a couple of days. We were not disappointed.

Wonderful location, short walk to the main street. Requested one room on the ground floor — was not disappointed. Remainder of the party more than happy with their rooms.

Pine Trees is a beautiful property, managed with the perfect combination of professionalism and warmth.

An experience we will not soon forget.
We booked one night at Pine Trees Hotel, and that is the only thing we regret. We should have booked two!

We had a wonderful time at Rosemount Hotel and used it as our home base to explore the highlands and Cairngorms. Super welcoming hosts that made us feel like family.

The old feller on reception when I turned up was super friendly and had a great personality about him. Very professional, but also chatty and funny. I warmed to him straight away.

When we arrived we were easily able to navigate the self check in. Ample parking and clear instructions about how to enter the building and find our room were provided.

I had a wonderful time at Aye Stay and will be returning. The house was cosy and super clean. The contactless check in was really easy thanks to the clear and helpful communication of the hosts.

Lovely hotel which has been beautifully decorated throughout! The bedrooms are a great size with everything you could need!

It was our second visit to Hetland Hall hotel. We stayed previously in May. It made such an impression on us that we booked again in August.

Just had another couple of wonderful days at this hotel and we liked it so much we have booked again for October.

This has to be the best B&B we've ever stayed in, from the minute we arrived our hosts Chris & Meg went out of there way to make us feel completely at ease in their lovely home.

We went there in May and it really was perfect. The house is incredible and so is the garden. It is also very well located, which really helps to visit the surroundings.

We have just stayed the night at Langley Castle, and enjoyed a superb dinner in the restaurant. The menu was very varied and gave us plenty to choose from.

Russell, the manager couldn't have been more helpful, from the moment I booked — only for one night, he was very friendly, and understood my personal situation.

Very pleasant stay. Even though we were on A1 there was no noise in our room we overlooked fields. Rooms clean. Tea coffee and biscuits. Staff very friendly meal in both restaurant and cafe excellent.
