Stayed there for two nights. The rooms are big enough, good customer service. It's the restaurant that I have serious issue with. Made an order, went to my room to shower, dressed up, made calls and my meal wasn't yet delivered. Had to go to the restaurant to complain about my order, only to realise they'd forgotten about me. Other than that, it's fairly affordable.

Customer service is quite good the rooms are satisfactorily comfortable The showers have a few problems though.

It's a cool place for accommodation, affordable rates in the city of Kampala come experience together.

I just hate this times stay, from bad food, having no extension (telephone) in the room-you can't seek for assistance. You have to go down to the cafeteria and ask for room service. You also have to ask for towels from the reception. The management doesn't read the suggestion, I saw the suggestion box had many suggestions.

A serene and budget friendly hotel in the heart of Kampala.

The ambience of the rooms is good, very tasty food, plus the hotel van drops you off in the morning. They should improve on house keeping.

Affordable and friendly stuff, plenty of food too, I was never able to finish the food they served. Great View of Kampala City from the Bedroom.

The spring mattresses are like sleeping on bare wood, otherwise, the rooms are superb. Consider foam matresses.

Below average service plus the room had lots of cockroaches and blocked sinks.

The hotel is located on one of the busiest Kampala Streets near the Kisekka Market. Expect some traffic jam when accessing the hotel during rush hours.

I had the perfect stay at Ravens hotel! Awesome customer service, nice clean room and so serene! It was home away from home. Thank you for great service! Will definitely be back.

Ravens is the best place to be when in Kampala. I love their services. The food and rooms are fantastic. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. I love Ravens Hotel because their charges are also pocket friendly.
