Beautiful place and amazing service.
People are kind. The breakfast is amazing. The rooms are clean. Everything was perfect.

It's located in the heart of Kampala city, opposite Kampala Central Police Station (CPS), Koki hotel offers great hotel services at affordable prices. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is rich and the local dishes are cooked to perfection. The staff are a plus. Everyone is so respectful, kind and very helpful. There is a shopping centre below, free parking but almost always full. It is highly recommended if you like to stay in the city centre.

I took my wife to Kampala for a week just to have a break after working hard for almost 4months consistently before we pick other clients in Entebe who are coming from Utah.
The place was very clean and high end security, the service was outstanding, the meals were so delicious thank to Jamilah was so helpful because she organized us a private car from Kampala to Entebe.

Great breakfast even though we had to wait ages For the eggs. We got a bigger room. Rooms large good air conditioning but the living room was throwing ice to us. One street away from downtown hectic in the entrance.

As someone with light sleep and sensitive to noises I tried two kind of rooms. Windows/views ones traffic noise inconvenience, but in the higher floors good in the night. The not windows isolated for traffic noise absolutely day and night. No that much if noisy or not respectful neighbours, it's easy hearing their voices. So I advise for view ones. Traffic timing is more predictable than potential neighbours.
Aside of that (my priority) the hotel is becoming my favourite in Kampala for future travels. First the quality-price ratio or value for money for me it was so good. Big size rooms and beds, all the facilities you could and need, plus toiletries and amenitiees (including bathrobe, toothbrushes, and toothpaste), AC, Fridge TV, not mosquito but excellent mosquitoes net in the beds, enough extra plugs for technology necessities of the travellers. Lights and lamps beside bed for readers. Wonderful, kind and patience staff. Restaurant affordable and 24h open, room service. It's also allowed and available getting food for delivery at hotel if needing food from outside. Excellent and so spacious the Executive and Family rooms that I could check. Good and stable Wi-Fi. Desayuno buffet plenty of variety, both of vegetables, fruits, as well as drinks and food to have a complete breakfast, which was included in the price of the room. Center of Kampala location. I had a nice stay.

Is a place not ideal for business trip. The location is in a very busy area and in shopping centers. If you're going for leisure, oh yes there's a lot of shopping spree at your doorstep 😂😊. Rooms with windows 🪟 comes with extra cost☹️ and limited as well. Bed isnt comfy as expected 😕

Amazing staff friendly helpful will go the extra mile. Clean facility rooms freshened every day. Loved the breakfast buffet and omelettes. Ace location in central kampala. I will book her for future visits. Light sleepers may need earplugs due to town centre traffic although it didn't bother me and for a central location it's to be expected.

Great option for a stay in Kampala center. Even though it is in the center, you don't hear any noise from the rooms. Very cosy room.

The hotel is excellent and located in the heart of the city. It is clean, tidy and comfortable. The rooms are very spacious and the corridors are as well. The staff are very kind and the reception is more than wonderful.

The treatment is good and their rooms are always clean and they make you feel at home.

The best night I had was when I was at Koki Hotel, the rooms were so clean, smell good and the beddings were too good and I had a comfortable night sleep. The breakfast was everything for me, the staff is very friendly and they have really top notch board rooms. I recommend this hotel due to its strategic location in the Centre of Kampala. Every thing is easily accessible. The rooms have sound proof which was amazing and not interrupting my sleep during the day.

A good budget hotel, but because of its location, some rooms can be noisy — moving cars, motorcycles and people.
The food at the restaurant was good.

When Garrison was the manager this place was a 1000% better. Whoever is managing the restaurant portion of this hotel needs to be coached because the service has declined tremendously. The employees look miserable and unwelcoming. I waited for over 30 minutes to not even be asked what my order was meanwhile my guests order was taken. I took upon myself to flag down an employee and asked for a salad with lettuce, cucumber and onion only. 35 minutes later I still hadn't received my salad and my guest finally received her food that was overcooked chicken breast (allegedly) We were the only guests in the restaurant aside from one other person. Please someone rescue this restaurant in koki hotel before it brings the entire place down.
