Hotel OK Kampala

In the busy outskirts budget friendly and strategically located especially for those traveling by bus there seem to be very many stations around. Their Ugandan food is for sure yummy. The trouble is the noise and dusty ongoing road construction that may end soon enough. The kitchen staff are so friendly 👍🏿

Very quiet place, just walkable distance from the bus terminal, cool room to rest especially after a long trip.

Nice service and stuff was okay but the environment is noisy and the road to the hotel is not fine especially during rainy days.

Nice, comfortable and practical hotel, near to the airport.
When I arrived I was surprised with a room upgrade because I'm a recurrent guest. It is the first time it happens to me in Uganda.
The staff is very kind and helpful.
One little thing to improve is the managing of the breakfast space, some basic items missing (glasses, cups) but the staff was not aware or reactive.

The best are for chilling. With a full view of Uganda's capital city Kampala.

Friendly staff. Breakfast is complimentary (Love the bread). Freshly squeezed juices are amazing especially orange and pineapple juices. Laundry is quite expensive but done properly. Probably the best 3-star hotel I've come across in Uganda.

Clean, good size rooms, but that's all! At breakfast they ran out of bread, juice, fruit and a jar of nescafe coffee! We asked if there was more coffee (2 days in a row) and they we not very forthcoming. We had 2 rooms for 2 nights, on check in we were told 1 room the toilet didn't work, this wasnt fixed in the 2 days we stayed. Will never return.

Very good customer service, very good meals, very nice accomodations. Organized and perfectly clean. Enough conference rooms.

The hotel is half decent but staff need to undergo proper hospitality training. You can’t hire people anyhow who have zero understanding about customer relations.

Tricky place to find. Simply go to Sir Apollo Kaggwa road and look for shell fuel station along Sir Apollo Kaggwa road. Or type "Shell Sir Apollo Kaggwa road" and you will easily find the Hotel.
