During my recent stay at a golf course hotel in Kampala, I had a truly memorable experience that blended luxury, nature, and relaxation.
From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the calm and beautiful surroundings. The hotel overlooked a stunning golf course, with lush green fairways and peaceful scenery that made it feel like a retreat away from the city's usual hustle and bustle. It was the perfect escape.
The hospitality was warm and professional. The staff made me feel welcome and were always ready to assist, whether I needed help with my room, restaurant reservations, or getting around Kampala.
One of the highlights of my stay was walking around the golf course in the early mornings. Even though I’m not an avid golfer, the peaceful environment, birdsong, and fresh air were rejuvenating. For those who do play golf, the course seemed well-maintained and offered a good challenge.
My room was comfortable, spacious, and offered a great view of the greens. The on-site restaurant served a mix of local Ugandan dishes and international cuisine, and everything I tried was delicious.
Overall, staying at a golf course hotel in Kampala was a unique experience. It gave me the chance to unwind while still being close to the city. Whether you're a golf lover or just someone looking for a relaxing.

Very condusive atmosphere. Noise free and the place is accessible.

It's a very old and not well-kept hotel. The internet wasn't working most of the time, the AC shut off in the evening, the room smelled like BBQ, breakfast looked like dog food, and it was like a maze inside the hotel. It's also very overpriced.

Great hotel. Could be maintained better. Rooms are huge and very good amenities. Beautiful views of the golf course. Dinner at the revolving restaurant was great only issue is they didn't have a lot of things on the menu. Breakfast menu was great. Really good.

Stayed at the Golf Course Hotel for one night only as we were in transit to Nairobi. Difficult to fully review the hotel and all it has to offer, but can safely say, it fulfilled our requirements. It is in a nice location and when on the premises you get a sense of peacefulness and tranquillity. I did not explore much of the hotel, but from what I have read from other reviews, it does have a lot going for it, such as the gym, the swimming pool, etc. It does seem to tick a lot of boxes.
The room was very spacious and comfortable, though the lighting in the room was a bit dim for my liking, but not too much of a hassle. Couldn't fault the shower, it was huge and very refreshing to shower without hitting my elbows against the glass :). I had a nice view from my room as well. Some may find the décor, especially in the rooms, a bit dated, but for me, it had a homely feel. Enjoyed the complimentary water that was supplied, and had access to a mini-fridge, which was handy.
Dinner was tasteful and very filling and the service was good. Overall, the hotel staff were friendly, helpful, especially the young man at reception. I had trouble with the Wi-Fi internet, and he did try his best to help me. I had no problem with accessing the internet from the front of the hotel and reception, but did struggle to connect to it in my room, which was a shame. No harm done as we were only staying the one night.

This place is so wow. 'I feel so secure and safe since they got security and cameras around the hotel. The hospitality of the staff is so welcoming the delicious meals in the hotel will not let you leave 😋 😀 I do appreciate how organised the place is and very clean all day. My phone has been connected to the Wi-Fi since. It must be the best hotel I have ever been in am so happy to say this you must come and visit this hotel at least come for the gym 'they got equipped large room for work out 24 hours so lovely 😍 👌

I went to this place one time, and my first impression started from check-in which was very easy, with good welcoming staff. I got one of the rooms where I had rest, and was very clean, comfortable, good faster Wi-Fi, room service very classic with nice meals. For gym lovers, and spa all available and it's a place I would recommend any other person to check in.

In Uganda, we have only golf course hotel that have all the desired qualities and quantities of delicious meals at affordable prices. It also have good self contained rooms with everything inside, they consider customer as their king. I couldn't say this but just because it's my first timed to reach such a pleasant place with warm and cool temperature that favours everyone with good care by the employees. L really miss such a place since it was my first time to reach. But only words can not mean what's their but l inform you Also to reach their you will tell a friend because it is too mush dears.

I loved the environment, it's so cool and friendly to everyone be it kids or adults. It has the Best treatment of their customers and the services provided is good. Nice rooms and beds, the food is great and a big swimming pool suitable for kids and adults. Highly recommended for vacations and fun.
