My second time right here but every one is willing to help from the reception, house keeping… you are doing great, from public areas to rooms… chefs ever doing their best to make their guests happy and they go extra miles and serve the eggs too direct to our tables.
Negative.
Lastly service (waiters and waitresses)
This time around you are not focusing on some important issues though you take them as simple ones e. G the customer has to look for tissues from other tables around the restaurant, some times the tables were not wiped, the buffet serving spoons were not changed, some times the cutleries are not on buffet station You have to first call them though it's not busy, Lastly it's like waiters and waitresses don't love what they are doing expecially the morning supervisor (Lady) she was ever Un welcoming from day 1 since I saw her until I left (kindly work on that)
All in all Thanks to the the Team at large and keep on going and you can do it better 💪💪💪

We enjoyed our stay at the Explorers Hub Hotel. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are comfortable and airconditioning is provided.
Early check-in and late checkout where not an issue when we visited. The area is very safe and quiet. There is nice greenery in the garden. We can definitely recommend staying here.

I had a great experience at Explorers Hub in Kampala. The place is spotlessly clean and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable stay. It's located in a quiet yet central area—perfect for exploring the city. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit, always ready to assist with anything I needed. You can really feel the care they put into making guests feel at home. I’d definitely stay here again!

Including a organic supermarked at the ground on same place. Let me check the breakfast tomorrow morning. But my feeling say, after I saw the rest of the smart hotel in can only be great! Always again.

This is a great place to stay if you are looking for a high-quality, budget hotel with clean private rooms, a central/good location, and good nutritious food. It’s a little more expensive than a hostel private room, but the attached restaurant REVIVE is such a good selling point.
All staff were super friendly and chill for my stay. No drama — Frank was especially super nice and was very flexible with my booking!
Highly recommend if you are not wanting to splurge too much, but still want comfort and privacy.

It's a great place for the price.
We had a group of 8 (4 rooms) and the hotel staff took great care of us. The rooms were clean, although one in our group was stuck with a non-renovated room which wasn't as well appointed.
Breakfast was good, the onsite store had a good selection of snacks, and the restaurant had several vegetarian options.
The beds were firm but comfortable, the AC was cold and the showers were hot. Not much to complain about.
We stayed for 4 nights and were able to walk to several locations for food as well as the Acacia Mall. I would stay here again.

It's an older hotel but set up for business travelers. The staff was very warm and accommodated. The location is very central places you want to go.

The rooms are very clean and it's having all the conforts we need either day or night, the location it's so perfect 👌, their services are very good and because of that so many customers are given great reviews out there about such a beautiful hôtel 👌🥰🥰

We stayed at Explorer’s Hub four times during our two week stay in Uganda! It was perfect for us as we needed a night in Kampala after arriving and before leaving as well as in between trips to Murchison Falls, Jinja and Bwindi. We were welcomed with open arms every time and they even accommodated our request for an early breakfast to help us set off to Murchison Falls National Park and Bwindi Impenetrable Forest nice and early. It is a great location with bustling nightlife on a short distance away. Some places are full until 6am at weekends. They also looked after one of our bags in between our stays for free. I couldn’t recommend more highly.

We had such a pleasant stay! The rooms are quite clean and comfortable. For a night out in the city… this was just the perfect location, accessible and close to all the prime party places. Loved it and definitely coming back.

Great place to stay and see the city. Like its own bubble in the middle of Kampala it offers lovely peaceful surroundings. The staff are beautiful people welcoming and friendly. Definitely a must stay. The restaurant Revive is amazing honestly I had a great time!
They also have an organic market and lots of events like street food to quiz nights. I loved it.

I have only had a tour of the rooms, but I was very impressed. Having a Revive Restaurant breakfast is a big plus. I will certainly be staying here soon!

A very nice place to stay in and easily accessible, the rooms are always kept clean, toilet okay, the garden is just beautiful with good fresh air around. I enjoyed my stay while at explorers huh. Very nice.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at explorers Hub for two nights, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way! The hotel's modern design, impeccable service, and prime location made for a truly unforgettable experience.

The location is great and rooms are okay but the service is poor. There was no water and neither back up offered. We ended up canceling the rest of the stay after one night.

Explorer's hub is the real place exploration!
