Very bed experience.
No buddy should book this Hotel.
Totally cheater.
There is very bad room, no shower, no any charging point, no ac, no tv.
They confirm Rent 30$ per day, ask me to pay advance every day, I give them 100$ and ask for give balance, they told me they don't have exchange right now, so they give me 100$ deposit receipt, after 2 days I check out and ask for balance, they refused to give balance amount.
Totally cheater.
Nobody book this Hotel.
The rooms at Excellent Hotel Kampala are generally good and comfortable, but I was disappointed by a few things. Water was a problem during my stay, and what surprised me most is that I entered the room and found no towels at all. The hotel has potential, but these basic issues need improvement.
