It was a nice place to stay in with good customer care.

Good to refresh peoples minds.

Covers all the basics (food, bed, hot water) but not excellently. Great view and atmosphere though.

The view from the top floor is very nice. The single rooms are horrible. The double room not so much better. The executive was very good mostly without the carpets (rugs). I stayed for 3 night and didn't use the pool cos it wasn't that clean. The food was good. Staff was mostly good. Would only go back if staying at the executive room and for the view.

Stayed for 3 nights. Executive suite offers a good size room with air conditioning. Building is a bit run down and pool was not clean on arrival. Staff are lovely and can organise any activities you like. Beautiful view of the lake.

Jinja is a great town but skip this Hotel. The management is very arrogant so if you really need to go here it should be the last option, I would rather push my trip if every other hotel is booked. The place is really old and the only reason am giving them 1 start is the view. Ended up eating at another hotel because the food wasn't nice.

Only the view that breath taking, anything else food and facilities need a brush to bring to life. Noisy with bats and staff aren't that keen to assist there's a feel that they are scared to either talk or be friendly with customers. You need to look it before you leap online.

Wi-Fi is terrible. Food, service and staff were excellent.

The price is okay, but you get what you pay for. If you research all the other reviews you will see that the property is run down, old, and need of major repair. This is both inside and outside. The ceilings have holes and there are crevices every where. It is a dim and low lit place to ward off the lake flies and gnats and mosquitos that will surely invade your room as they are attracted to light. Along with the bed bugs to keep you up at night. Step on your balcony to see the flurry of bats haphazardly flying about. This along with guano are abundant. But, ignore all that and enjoy the lake view. The staff is pleasant indeed. The internet speed is best in the lobby. The beer is cold. What an experience.

Restaurant service was terrible:workers in the Restaurant were lazy. Accomodation was good.

Swimming pool is usually dirty, rooms are cramped up, but it is low budget and has a great view.

Nice view… Annoying breakfast though… But the bats will lead you all through the night.

Paid extra money for a better hotel room. Room was descent but not for the price. Lights went out on our floor but not the other floors. They didn’t believe me when I told them and had to take them up to my room to show them. They eventually cranked up the generator. The others staying had a broken lock, which they weren’t willing to fix. After pressing the issue, they finally changed their room. One of the bathrooms was horrible and filled with bugs. First and last stay there.

Terrible terrible experience. The place is gross and my 2 friends both had their belongings stolen from their locked rooms. The manager did nothing to help.

Not only is this hotel discusting and dirty, but a hote employee stole my friends phone and used the hotel records to get her email and harrass her. Not recomended!

Hotel full of thieves! Criminals! An employee stole my friends phone out of her room! The managers wouldn't do anything to help!
2 months later the employee blackmails her to get money for it. When they met up it was the guy she accused all along from the staff. Disgusting behavior!

River view from most rooms food, TV, Wi-Fi reasonable price huge place can bring a group of people. 130 rooms. Conference room, wedding garden, gym swimming pool.

This place needs a LOT of TLC. It is falling apart. Our room smelt dank and the carpet looked like it had definitely seen much better days. Paint is peeling off walls around the hotel and a number of other repairs need to be made. The pool was, amazingly, in good working order and made me wonder why the rest of this place was in such bad repair.

Too many bugs come into the room at night plus their presentation of their fish was not up to standard plus late with the food. Lastly the pictures you see of their hotel is not what it seems to be, the walls need to be painted as it there are cracks. Will not spend any money there again.

Good things: great view of the lake, friendly staff and quite economical. Bad things: old building and not well maintained. Poor lighting in the evening. Very basic setup.

The room service isnt operational 24/7 and the pool wasnt that clean.

As far as my opinion, Brisk Hotel Triangle in Jinja is having the best value for money. -You can see mountains, Lake and Gardens all at one place. -You can see Fox Bats flying in the sky, I know some people would be scared of that but the sky looks beautiful and is a amazing once in a lifetime view one shouldn’t miss. -It is enormous, it is very hard that you don’t get the rooms not because it is not high in demand but because this place is so big that they can accommodate hundreds of people without any hesitation. You might get lost finding your room, But the staff is helpful enough not to let that happen. -Great food, My African friends compliment about its food. Not only the African food is great but Indian food is also savory and delicious. I called the cook at that place to compliment myself. -Huge swimming pool and also baby pool. Swimming complimentary to room rates. -Has pool table also. To play when not planning to go out. -Has 4 conference halls for business meetings or private weddings. -Service of staff — Extra ordinary. All at Most Affordable Rates.

Waitresses are not committed. And they serve like they are doing you a favor. Communication is poor. Only informed that room was double the price upon payment and checkout.

Unfortunately not the highlight of Jinja anymore, it was clearly a nice place way back, not any more. A lot of renovation has to be done.

Former glory of hotel triangle has faded but some of the cheaper rooms in jinja with lovely views of the lake.

Clean refreshing swimming pool with separate children's pool at affordable day rates. Changing rooms are a bit run down. Sometimes loud music inappropriate for families.

Delicious food but terrible service, holes in the mosquito nets and dirty bathrooms. Incredible view slightly makes up for the hotel lacking in other areas.

Good value for money Double room at 109000 UGX (25 euros) with fridge and bathroom (a real one with hot water). Negotiated at 100000 for several nights.
Spacious room with balcony and stunning view of Lake Victoria. This is the big plus of this hotel. The comfort remains average (mattress a little tired and general maintenance to the local standard. )
Do not accept credit cards.
There is also a swimming pool (with water), a bar (with water too), and a restaurant where the choice revolves around chicken, tilapia (fish), pork and local beef.
I highly recommend it for travelers who are a little tolerant, accepting another culture, that of "no stress" and carelessly.
Good trip.

They changed the price on us twice. We called them and they told us one price for a double room. Then we get here and they tell us the price is higher than they said, and we didn't get a double room, we get a single room with two small beds, and a double. Then later that night they charge us extra again beccause we had 4 people instead of three. We mentionedd everytime we had 4 people. They also told us we could swim in the evening, we knew you couldn't usually at night, but they said it would be fine. Then changed their minds. There is clear water damage to the ceiling. Then to top it off they told us we had to pay extra for access to the balcony off of our room.
