Got the Swedish massage and was the best experience since being in Uganda. Highly recommend. Very hospitable staff and friendly.

The receptionist greeted us with a great smile. Provided us with drink and guided us to our room. Very clean and cozy and we had enough towels and pillows.

Besides the fun and loud street side, it's a great place for a quick stay. Very responsive management.

Nice food and reception. Checked out their accommodations too, and have no complaints.

OOooh my the rooms where clean, spacious with at. V, fridge, the bathrooms clean the resturant offering good food and coffee n in the heart of town I surely will come back. Not forgeting the food stuff. ❤

What a lovely hotel, its none other than Alnisaa hotel and spa, I feel its the only place to be in jinja, I tried out the massage in their spa and it was so adorable, the delicious meal I had, I mean the grilled king size fish made the whole weekend fun, the juice Oh My God guys if you have never had Alnisaa's juice then yo missing out something, I loved the services, the staff was welcoming, so friendly, I didn't know that you guys had a saloon but next time i'll come back and try it out too. I can only conclude by saying Alnisaa Hotel and Spa is just legit!

Rather disappointed by the resort. Not a place I'd like to spend any of my time or money anytime soon.

Didn’t have a chance to verify if the massages are even good. They failed to keep my appointment twice. Bad management. Poor costumer service. I was disappointed and annoyed.

I booked a massage at 5.30 pm this evening and arrived at Al-Nisaa at 5.35 pm. The receptionist went inside to look for a massage lady and came back to tell me that there were some abrupt customers who have taken my slot and they won't be able to provide me services. At least she should have called to check with me and looks like there is no point in taking appointment with this place. However I would say that I have enjoyed Al-Nisaa services past one year however it seems like it's time to bid them good bye.

Very conveniently located. Extremely neat and comfortable. Offered us a rooms at lower that what the online rates suggest. Steam room, spa and massages options available. Access to gym (10min walk) is free. Well worth it.

The place is well located in the center of town and the snacks served were tasty. However they need to prepare better for rainy season by having umbrella at hand for guests.

Looks a little questionable from the street/lobby, but the room was clean, nicely decorated, mosquito-free, Wi-Fi that was better than expected, and the breakfast was amazing!

Al nis aa hotel and spa is AMAZING! The customer care by ALL the staff is excellent. The rooms are clean spacious and tidy. The spa services are amazing. I had the Moroccan bath and massage that was awesome. Food is tasty and all at unbelievably affordable prices. Will definitely be back! ☺

I stayed there the last year for 20 days, I liked the place very much. I got the best service with only 75, 000 UGX per night. Which is more than awesome for me.

Great hotel for business travels. Rooms are incredibly clean and modern. And the massages are AMAZING. Breakfast is included and quite tasty.

Great service and great rooms. The staff know the area and are willing to help you out with anything. Their bbq was amazing well worth it. Would recommend this place to anyone.
