Lake Heights Hotel is an amazing place where everyone is supposed to be. Its services are superb like the spacious rooms, the bridge bar with the statehouse view and the lake. I will definitely be back!

It was nice being here the rooms are clean, well arranged, spacious, sparkling white, complete and nice breakfast.

Great, friendly service. We just used the pool, the pool area was quiet although could do with some sun loungers. The restaurant was again empty for lunch (Friday right after the holiday season) but the nile perch was fantastic. The home made lemonade was also fab — if a little expensive.

The hotel is nice but the staff has to work sometimes 19 hours. This is slavery since this people depend on the the job!

Hotel is African Standard. Rooms are clean. Bed is good /very good. Personal is friendly. Breakfast is so so. Lunch and dinner are very good and tasteful.

Very lovely place. The people there are very welcoming. Good food, elegant rooms, amazing ambiance…

Place is pretty nice, thanks… But… A lot of garbage at the neighbour area behind our windows attracts a lot of big noisy birds who scream very loudly! Managers always try to solve any problem with service, because personnel doesn't know how to use Coffee-mashine, cleaning ladies clean the room very long time. No umbrellas at the pool and only 2 or 3 sunbets. Food is delicious, their steak is really the best, but wine is too much expensive in the bar!

I love this place. You can walk in and use a swimming pool and the gym at a friendly fee. Use a restaurant and the bar at the roof. It's actually great for a weekend hangout and also a home away from home when traveling. They offer a free airport transfers for those who are staying for a night or 2

Very great place to go relax at, the service is awesome! the only problem is that I always stayed in my hotel and never went out (meaning I never used my card any were else but to pay for my stay) and when I checked out and left, I got fraud charges on the card…
