Very friendly, lovely rooms.

Absolutely terrible never again.

Absolutely awful stay, wont be staying again especially when we pay extra to stay in longer and a worker bangs on the door and let's them self in and then an hour later they do the same again.

Manager Darryl threatened me. Extremely judgmental and discriminates against people. Just because I sat on a seat next to somebody who was involved in a incident I had to leave. Appalling place! STAY CLEAR BY ALL MEANS. Ps:went to premier inn that night when he told me to leave and it was brilliant!

It does what is says on the tin. Basic cheap rooms with a comfortable bed & a working shower. The reception staff were friendly & helpful too. Very good value for those not bothered about frills.
The location is great, right in the city centre within walking distance of the railway station and next to a tram stop.

Great simple room, clean and quiet, perfect for £20.

Absolutely terrible. The room is tiny, not enough room to change without hitting your elbows on the walls, the bathroom is smaller than stalls at a bus station and just as clean, no windows so the ambiance feels just like a prison. TV:extra, Wi-Fi: extra, comfort: extra. You'd be better off staying literally anywhere else. Just as if you can sleep in the coach station, they provide just as many amenities. Do not stay here unless you have no other choice.

My bathroom at home is bigger than this room with a window. Also can’t get round the bed, absolute rubbish hotel, never staying again.

Does what it says, easy, beautifully clean, simple, stylish and modern. Staff superior and courteous.

Having not stayed at an EasyHotel before I wasn't sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised! The room was really nice, the bed comfortable and the shower excellent! My only issue would be the lack of storage space but since I was only staying two nights this was not a major thing. Also having paid for TV access it didn't work however this was sorted with the minimum of fuss and with great efficiency by swapping to another room two doors down. Overall a very good stay indeed and I must add that Irene on reception is the world's nicest, friendliest, most cheerful, helpful and chattiest receptionist I've ever met, she is an absolute delight!

Arrived on Saturday. Hotel only half finished No lift in operation, my wife has a bad back but had to walk up 80 steps to get to the room which was no bigger than a shoe box. No drawers no wardrobe. Air con worked until you put the card into the wall for lights then went off which reception said they were having electrical issues so didn't sleep well because the windows don't open and was too warm. First time I've been to a hotel with no kettle or Anything to make a brew so had to keep going up and down stairs to go to kfc next door for a drink. Tried charging extra for TV remote. No towel change each morning or bedding no toilet roll day after They said they would try and get us a bigger room and get back to us, nobody did. We went for our anniversary to relax only to be let down. We'll definately not be going to this again. Paid £72 for what. Why has this hotel been opened before its finished. And to top our anniversary off my wife has to go back to doctors with her back again. Thank you easy hotel but no stars from us.

The lifts Weren't up and running, nor was the air conditioning. And the FIRE DOORS DIDN'T SEEM TO BE IN operation as there was no door furniture on them and they were all open!
