Absolutely fantastic stay, the staff couldn’t have been friendlier and went out there way to help with anything needed, room was spotlessly clean very impressed, breakfast was fantastic, just a lovely lovely place to stay, would 100% recommend this place to everyone, can’t wait to come back.

I would definitely recommend this hotel, room was spotless, bed was lovely and comfortable, staff was really friendy and to top it off, breakfast was from 8-30 till 9-30, and it was beautiful, thankyou for our stay, would definitely come back xx.

Great place stay brilliant staff and great karaoke every Friday every saturday.

Only a one night stay in room 10. A single room that had just been very tastefully refurbished. Comfy bed and clean roomy bathroom. Evening meal and breakfast superb. Pub service really friendly and might benefit from some local ales. Only negative was the shower needed a bit more oomph! Otherwise would have been five. I hope their refurbishment plans go well and look forward to staying there again in the near future.

Excelent friendly and helpful staff. Nice clean room with comfortable bed and extremely clean ensuite facility. In centre of town so good for shops and pubs but heard no noise in my room. Would be definately recomending to anyone staying in the doncaster area.

Bar tender took a used glass from the bar and didn't wash it before filling it with wine… hygiene standards are awful.

Stayed for a family event and used the function room, Fantastic staff, fantastic rooms, really impressed would stay again.

Great prices friendly and welcoming. The room was lovely the bar down stairs had a good atmosphere. Really enjoyed my stay and the breakfast was good too.

Loved it. Stopped in a guest room, the price was great and the room was way better than I expected. Lovely pub downstairs great atmosphere and great value drinks. Will def be using again. Very pleased. And must mention the friendly helpful staff and good breakfast too.

Brill stay here couldn't fault it, highly recommend the food all fresh and tasty the corned beef pie is to die for 1st time ever tried it 10/10 for the service from the young lady on the bar last night who also served breakfast today she is a asset to your pub well done team.

Very warm welcome and staff were always polite and friendly. Room itself was perfectly comfortable with an on ensuite and towels provided. The bar wasn't too my liking so much as I don't drink however, no noise could be heard from the room itself. Perfect place to stay if you're planning a trip away.

Great food!, great beer, £2 a pint up to 6pm!, lots of parking, wheelchair accessible, pool table, good atmospheric.

Called in for a drink when meeting a friend. It was full of the older generation but loved the atmosphere, staff was nice and polite. I never ate there but had a noisy on the menu and will probably try food in the near future.

Only booked last minute for a family christening and what a fabulous hotel. Clean and fresh and staff so friendly. We had two bedrooms and both very clean and modern. Breakfast so delicious. We would definately recommend this hotel and we will be staying again.

Lovely and clean rooms, very nice breakfast, welcoming and friendly staff nice place for an overnight stay, basic pub facilities with rooms above, Ask for a quiet room as can be noisy in bar area.

Attended a function at the Fair Green Hotel on Sunday. Staff were very pleasant, drinks were nicely priced, DJ was a bit rubbish but can't blame that on the venue I guess. A good time had by all. Buffet was excellent.

Cheap beer during happy hour 11am 6pm every day.

Nice pub. Friendly staff. Nice meal. We visited on sat eve 7pm ish and was nice and quiet. Can recommend this pub, guest house.

Stayed there as a contractor. Good food and atmosphere for my visit. Not for me as a holiday stop over.

Went for drinks on an evening. Staff were friends, prices were fair, and atmosphere was pleasant.

Went for a friends birthday drinks and couldn't have been happier. Can't beat £2 a pint!

Had my wedding at The Fair Green Hotel. The staff were amazing, very approachable and friendly, they bent over backwards to ensure I had a great day. The food was great, the room looked great, any questions I had they resolved straight away. I highly recommend them for any function, I will certainly be going back again. Thank you so much guys!

Excellent, very friendly and helpful staff. I enjoyed the Thursday quiz which was informal and good natured fun. Good food at reasonable price and good beer especially the Stella.

Very enjoyable meal with excellent hostpitality. Would certainly recommend.

Food at the Hotel was only Fair (I'm sure my evening meal was Ping and Ding) Breakfast ok But No way 3stars. The side of the hotel were the kichens are, is in need of a clean. Thorne its self is depressing and run downand needs more than a coat of paint.
