Well, check in wasn't very good as the young lady who checked us in wasn't very polite. I asked to know the time for breakfast and she responded with "wait because I don't want to say it twice". Then she proceeded to provide the information at a ridiculous speed as if this would be amusing or we should be impressed. My colleague is from Belgium and didn't understand a word when explained where fire exits were so the intrusions had to be repeated in the end, by myself. Oh, and I never was informed about the time of breakfast. My colleague had a loud room and I spoke to the manager who kindly relocated him with a professional manner — I didn't wish to speak to the young girl who checked us in regarding anything else. The beds were comfortable and the rooms are clean. My only complaint is the unprofessional staff member who checked us in. (I recall her name if anyone wishes to contact me regarding this)

Clean, comfy, quiet and has plug points next to bed. Lovely food served in pub. Staff very friendly.

Nice room, comfortable. Problems receiving signal for the tv, shower door lets water all over the bathroom floor so always mopping up after a shower. Heating always on so small window open and had to leave curtains slightly open to get air circulating. Staff friendly and helpful, good standard.
