Advertised as having a car park but has none. Customer service and facilities leave more to be desired. Quite poor value for money honestly.
First of all it has the correct name of discovery accommodation as we had to literally discover where our accommodation was! Having being mis lead the wrong address then being told from the emergency line they have 14 locations When we finally arrived at the place which was sea breeze there is damp all down the wall there is dust all over the door panel the window is so dirty just avoided to open the curtain then the iron provided was broken and looked like it was 60 years old Tiny TV despite paying £60 extra for this Cracks in the plug socket Then phoned emergency line as that is the only option being no reception to deal with she told me there is nothing she can do only I have to EMAIL them will not be staying here again.

Everything one could need, ideal location, no fuss book in/out — ample parking (apart from council had closed a couple of local roads for maintenance but you can't blame hotel for that. Would certainly use again.
